I think Deidara is quite good at the mechanics of sex, due to the whole hand mouth thing. He has multiple mouths, and he's very good with his tongues. This translates to him theoretically being very good at sex.

However, I think it would be really, really funny if the drawback of sex with Deidara is that he just talks the whole time.
