For all five of you Beni and Hein fans.#Makeup girls are wild because they'll be like 'I'm getting ready to go out!' and then take 60-90 min in front of the mirror.#I adore the bonus comics where Ryoto Kui does the step by steps of how characters do their makeup and hair.#I personally know very little about those things so it's cool to see how thought out it all is.

what a fantastic transition

#as much as i absolutely adore LT with all my heart there are no cartoons out there that give me such a CONSISTENT sense of raw visceral joy #than the Fleischer Popeyes #they are the epitome of fun. that’s such a vague word i know but i think it perfectly encapsulates these cartoons #not too gaudy or self absorbed. despite the fantastical nature of some plots and the gags and visuals there’s a down to earth humility as #well. it owns its simplicity very well. hearing that ‘30s jazz reach a climax as the visuals and gags and tactility and emotions get #stronger and faster in the climax of these shorts literally #gives me goosebumps! it’s an adrenaline rush #i also adore Olive Oyl. i mean i love them all. Bluto is the greatest cartoon asshole of all time. i love the nobility of Popeye. but i #really love that Olive gets to be just as loud and mean and weird and ‘ugly’ as the rest of the guys. she can throw a punch too. she’s not #just there to look pretty or be coquettish. she has a really natural charm and doesn’t feel forced like ‘oooo look at the cool LADY #participating too!’ which i feel is an issue with cartoons of both the past and present #she’s just another facet to these cartoons without calling much attention to herself and i really like that and wish there were more #like her #popeye #seasin’s greetinks #kneitel #vid #the lack of regular woman characters outside of thin tropes in golden age cartoons doesn’t bug me as much as it really should #because as a kid i was so used to watching ‘boy’ cartoons and connecting with ‘boy’ characters (i thought liking girl characters would make #me ‘girly’) and so it’s something i’ve always been sort of used to #but with that said Olive is one character i feel very strongly about and am glad she exists for those reasons #i don’t know why i’m getting so deep on this 10 second post? but anyway you should watch Popeye if you haven’t

Hey! Don't worry about your English, it's fine ^^ And yeah, I do have a moth demon OC! Her name is Arya and I love her dearly! The one above is a picture of her in her human form drawn by Castawolf on Etsy and the picture below is one I drew when I was 17 or so! I never said I was an artist, I can't draw at all, so that was the best I could do back then! She'd be beige and a lot more fluffy, though :3 She was kind of inspired the the Radiant from Hollow Knight! Useless trivia, I know, but I just get so excited whenever I get to talk about her!!

Farah with a Reader who gets Flustered Easily

Farah would have a field day with you from time to time. While she won’t go out of her way to fluster you each time, she sometimes will do so. It’s just too cute, the way you go quiet, stumble over your words or fumble around a bit. Yes, she knows that she has to maintain the trust between the two of you, and thus she shouldn’t be playing around with you too much, but come on! It’s so much fun! Sometimes she just has to tease you about it as well and watch you get defensive over your behaviors. It’s all just too endearing to her. Sometimes Farah will stand closer to you than necessary, touch you a bit more than needed, like holding your face in her hands when you won’t stop looking away from her, or just straight up compliments whatever it is you’re doing. If you’re especially close, then she might just give you a kiss to your cheek to watch you hide behind your burger, for example. While she may not be the most cuddle-seeking person out there, she’ll offer you more hugs than usual, if just to watch you freeze up and go speechless. However, only she is allowed to fluster you like that, anyone else needs to grow up and leave you alone. Anyone else could be malevolent and tease you the wrong way. No, she can’t have that. If you’re flustered because of someone else, then Farah won’t take too kindly to it. You’re hers to fluster and no one else. This may or may not be because of the crush she has on you, but she would never admit to such a thing. As far as you’re both concerned she just likes to tease you. But never too harshly, she doesn’t want to see you cry either. Will tone it down a bit if it’s obvious you’ve become uncomfortable and apologize, but it will happen again, I can assure you of that.

#its set in a fantasy world thats very vaguely a fantasy world and is pretty much just a parallel of our world. like the fantasy map at the #beginning it literally just a world map with different names for the same countries #main character is a native girl from an island called masquapaug #she finds a nampeshiwe (native dragon) egg and it chooses her as its nampeshiweisit (not MASTER but like. companion/soulmate/whatever?) and #they have to go to an anglish school on the mainland in order for anequa (mc) to be allowed to keep kasaqua (her dragon) by the anglish #government. its SUPER SUPER COOL and delves into the themes and effects of colonization and native genocide via fantasy world #its like. so thinly veiled the veil is basically glass. the veil is not there #the writing is AMAZING and kasaqua is adorable #im 128 pages in and anequs has made friends with a black maid/servant/slave working at the school and im kind of getting gay vibes from it #but that might just be me hoping for rep lol #HOWEVER on the page im on right now anequs talks about TWO-SPIRIT PEOPLE (or her culture's equivalent) and how her people have a name that #encompasses basically the whole transgender umbrella of people. transgender and nonbinary and genderfluid and UGH its just amazing i love it #so much. moniquill blackgoose i love you this is everything #magpie thoughts #books #magpie reads #new tag?#to shape a dragon's breath #nampeshiweisit #<- thats the name of the series

So last night I made out with my friend (hopefully soon to be partner. We're talking some stuff out) and aside from just being really fun, I learned I apparently really like teasing them and I may not actually be 100% submissive

#dont get me wrong #im still a massive bottom #but also i grabbed them by their throat and made them purr #at one point they were leaning back to collect themself and I grabbed them by their jaw and said 'no no no. come here' kinda aggressively #and they made some *very* nice noises #we just kept going back and forth teasing each other and getting revenge when one of us made the other one flustered #at one point i broke them just by crossing my legs #i was wearing this dress with a tall slit in the skirt #so when i crossed my legs it fell open and showed like my *entire* thigh #i was still decent but i could see them rebooting and they just went 'what was that. what did yo do??' in this adorable shaky voice #we completely lost track of time and ended up leaving the lounge area we were hanging out in a little past 5 in the morning #and we'd gotten there at 11 #and had a 2-3 hour break when some girls showed up to use the microwave for their dinner #they were cool and we hung out and shared queso #and then my friend got me super flustered as soon as the two of them left by telling me how cute I am when i talk about my interests #while they were choking me a little #i have. not recovered.#my post

I'm playing bg3 again and trying out the honor mode (which as it turns out, might be a bad idea if you never beat the game in general, much less beat it in tactician mode) and I have been confronted with the fact that I absolutely have dnd race favoritism and it absolutely is contributing to my need for many many bg3 saves because I constantly think "hmmm I want to try playing as a deep gnome to see if I get special dialog with Barcus Wroot, the Iron hands, and the underdark" before picking Drow for the 4th time.
