“Let’s see here...I think she said it was on the left?” Alphonse stepped out of the elevator, squinting at the receptionist’s loopy handwriting as he swirved directions down the hall. It had hardly been more than a day since he had settled into his own suite and he was already lost. Directions never were his strong point; a trait he shared with the very person he was trying to meet. He counted the number of doors, stopping in front of what he thought was his sister’s room. How many months had it been at this point since they had last seen each other? Honestly, he had no idea. But if he was going to be staying here for an undetermined amount of time, it was worth saying hello.

What is your relationship like with each of your siblings?

“Alex and I get along pretty well in short bursts, I think. There’s a lot I find admirable about him, but we tend to butt heads a lot. Alaina’s pretty similar in the sense that I think both of them need to take a break for a bit. I feel a bit guilty for being born ahead of her at times, because she’s got this amazing drive and she could probably find a path to world domination if she wanted. Adelina and I have always had similar temperaments, and she’s been able to keep up with me from day one. She also packs a mean punch when she’s mad, like ‘how dare you read my diary’ mad. It’s both hilarious and painful. Honestly, they’re the best siblings a guy could ask for. I wouldn’t trade them for anything in the world.“
