I always imagine having a sleepover with jolyne and her friends ugh,,❤️💕I bet they’d be fun

i know this wasn’t a request, per se, but i thought it was cute so i wanted to write some headcanons for the idea!

No matter how old you are, a sleepover with Jolyne and her friends is going to be full of fun, laughter, and getting into trouble. While occasionally Weather Report and Anasui are invited, Jolyne prefers to have sleepovers with Hermes and Foo Fighters. (Or, sometimes they throw fun sleepovers that Emporio can come to so he has something fun to look forward to!) With you, though... Jolyne can’t wait to have you join one of their infamous sleepovers for the first time.

Since Foof is in attendance, you are going to be loaded up with drinks. Sure, she may just need water, but that doesn’t mean Jolyne and Hermes aren’t going to ignore the opportunity to buy a bunch of pop and, if you’re into it: alcohol. They’re actually not huge drinkers themselves, so they may substitute it for something more light like sparkling cider. 

With lots of fizzy drinks comes lots of junk. Jolyne has a huge sweet tooth, so expect to walk into a room with chocolate strewn all over the table. Hermes is a killer cook, so she often makes tasty snacks for the sleepovers. 

As wild as the sleepovers can get, Jolyne is excited to have a ‘traditional’ sleepover night with you and her friends. The four of you pick some cheesy movies (or horror, if the mood calls for it) and break out the nail polish. Hermes, being a many-talented woman, can do excellent nail art and doesn’t mind indulging her friends in it. 

Jolyne usually dyes her hair during sleepovers, and she’ll happily help you dye yours if that’s what you want! Hermes will also offer to braid your hair. Foof may not be great at doing your hair, but she’ll volunteer anyways! 

Half the fun comes from introducing Foo Fighters to new things and watching how she interacts with them. Jolyne especially likes playing games on her N64 or PS1 with Jolyne — though if you break out Mario Party, expect a broken controller or two. (Jolyne plays Wario, Hermes plays Peach, and FF usually plays Yoshi.)

Even though the four of you are a little old for traditional sleepover games, they still get a kick out of playing truth or dare and will invite you to join. Jolyne and Hermes always pick dare, so have fun with whatever you can get them to do! FF picks either and always has a funny answer. Want to play ‘light as a feather, stiff as a board?’ Sure! Never have I ever? Hell yeah. Anything you wanna play, they’re down.

By the time the night winds down, the four of you will find yourselves in a comfy cuddle pile. Jolyne has plenty of blankets and stuffed animals to spare (just don’t tell anyone) so it’s rather easy to get comfy.

T: Tree (How do they decorate their tree?)

Honestly, the tree is probably very minimalistic. 100% not real, and it’s probably one of those aesthetically pleasing white trees with silver garland, gold ornaments, and white lights.

E: Evening dance (A night at a ball? Or maybe just silly dancing in the kitchen?)

You’d probably be in kitchen or bedroom doing your own thing when he sneaks up behind you and whips you around.

You you’re alarmed, his brows would furrow before he looks away, visibly surpressing a grin.

“Just.. dance with me, tesoro.”

Music isn’t even needed. I mean, bonus points, sure, but a simple sway side to side while he rests his head on top of yours is enough to satiate his heart.

A: After dark (A date after dark? Late night cuddles? Surprise mistletoe?)

After dinner and everything, he’d be straight up EXHAUSTED.

He’s really soft after some wine and good food so, he’d either drag and pull you into bed with him, clasping his arms around your waist, or force you to stay in the room with him while he slept while you did whatever you needed or wanted to do.

“Thank you for today.”

That’s the last thing he’d say before drifting to sleep for the night.
