thank you!! i'm really happy to hear that! there are so many good foods in the world, and my favorite really depends on the mood and day and season.. but i have a particular love for salmon (as sashimi or lox), pigodi, and kimchi/anything pickled really.. oh and adjarian khachapuri

Look, tlaquetzqui, we all know you have the IQ of a rattle, but you failing to realize that both groups have resided in Central and/or East Asia for centuries for is just embarrassing. (Mind you, the government of Myanmar has tried to argue that the Rohingya people only migrated during the period of the British Raj, but most of the evidence is not on their side).

Yes, yes, most Muslims in western Europe and the Americas are immigrants, but that ain't how it works elsewhere.

One wonders if he thinks the Albanians, Bosniaks, Crimean and Volga Tatars, Adjarians, Chechens, and Ingush are also "invaders" because they're Muslims and therefore foreign... Then again, we're probably better off not knowing.

Him calling the Muslims in France "invaders" is also pretty rich considering that most of them are North Africans from France's former colonies and that they were widely invited to move there after World War II to help in France's economic reconstruction, much like the Turks in Germany and South Asians in Great Britain.

Sometimes, you do something for the first time and you know it will change your life forever. Figuring out how to make khatchipuri was one of those moments for me. This Georgian cheese bread with butter and runny egg in the center is a likable cousin to pizza and pide . This is the Adjarian version, according to wikipedia. I read, the traditional cheese are Imeruli (similar to mozzarella) and Sulguni (a britney cheese similar to Feta). For the cheese, I improvised and used feta, stracciatella, and white cheddar. We also created a whole Georgian meal with Tkemali over marinated chicken in khmeli suneli (blue fenugreek, dill, marjoram, tarragon, bay leaf).

Today I had Georgian kitchen! It was soooooo good 🇬🇪 I had:

2 small piece of khachapuri in Adjarian

1 1/2 small piece of khachapuri with julienne

2 table spoon of salad with pepper and cabbage

4 cherry tomatoes

Now finally: Merab and Irakli are going to dance kintouri!

So it all begun with Aleko so I'm actually wondering about his thinking process:

First he decided to replace one boy with another in adjaruli dance duo. Nothing uncommon, nothing personal and definitely his goal was not to humiliate anyone - that literally what his job as a choreographer was. Yet of course he was aware how it still usually causes frustration in the boy who's been replaced and makes him jealous and angry at his "rival".

And then the very next day Aleko gets to know that the two said rivals were... practicing together this morning.

Now that was unusual.

Aleko did not know the new boy too well but he certainly knew Merab long enough to be surprised. Obviously the silent and ambitious boy is never good at making many friends, especially in the ruthless group of young male dancers. He was most probably on the sidelines, yet always ready to compete. Both too soft to win and too proud and stubborn to give up.

So what could there be in that boy from Batumi to make Merabi ever change his attitude?

Looking at the adjarian boy the man could only come up with one possible explanation for his ambitious young dancer to practice with him: he was very skilled. But also carefree at the same time (Aleko was still bitter remembering about the earring) and probably making friends a lot easier.

Anyway Aleko, being serious working man, could not make any decision based on unverified informations. Confirming what he had heard was the first thing he needed so he simply asked the boy straight about it before the classes begun. His tone was confidential yet suspicious (to Merab it sounded like a teasing but Irakli, who didn't knew Aleko well, wondered if they were accused of doing anything wrong).

Merabi, given that one most simple and socially accepted reason thar practicing with another talented boy is to improve his own dancing skills - could only approve it without a second thought.

The decision has been made. If they managed to get over the potential rivarly and enough to even practice together - it all probably brought Aleko into conclusion that they would make great partners...

In dance that is.
