"I think with all the drivers I've been lucky enough to work with over the year, their feedback is vital," he says.

He designed every single car behind each of those wins and they just overtook Williams to take p4 in all time constructor wins, a team he spent seven years with. Without question, he is one of the most successful bts figures in f1 history.
