Affinity Designer Tutorial - Creating a Tree of Life for Cutting In this video tutorial from 2Dgameartguru.com, I will show you how to create a cut-out design of a tree of life. The design is created by using just circles, strokes with pressure curves, symbols, and compound groups. I start by creating a spiral [as Affinity Designer currently has no spiral tool]. The design of the tree uses basic shapes. Starting with the frame, I fill the design and then add decoration to it. Compound tools are a great tool when working on cut files or exporting to SVG or EPS. Ants in the garden 🐜

I was enjoying the rare warmth in between so many rainy days in my garden on Friday, and there were so many ants. Sometimes, they manage to get inside the house too. The walls are at least 60cm thick and made of stone...

They can be quite annoying, but they are such interesting creatures too.

They inspired me, and I spent a few hours on this design. Which version do you prefer?

I *love* this line, its probably the exchange that warmed me up to Nimbus. Look, I know Lightfall and the Neomuna and the Cloud Striders are divisive topics, but let's ask the important questions here: How much stargarita does one serve to a cloud strider? Can Miko have the same serving? Yes, I am roughly the size of one cloud-strider leg and NOT structurally integrated with nanites...is that a problem?
