#igbokwenu Abacha is an Eastern Nigeria dish and is prepared with dried shredded cassava. This exotic delicacy is easy to prepare and is relished as meal or a snack. It is also know as "African salad" Ingredients: 1 cup, Palm Oil 6 Garden Eggs, diced 400g Abacha(dried shredded cassava) Stockfish,10 pieces, spiced and cooked 10 pieces of Kpomo, spiced and cooked 100g Ugba, sliced 1tbsp Garden Egg leaves, finely chopped 1/4 tsp Potash water 1 Seasoning cube Chilli Pepper to taste 2 tbsp ground Crayfish Boiling water Salt to taste How to make it: Season and cook the stockfish and kpomo Soak the abacha in cold water for about 10minutes Drain out the cold water, pour boiling water over it and quickly drain out the water Let it sit in a colander for about 5minutes Dissolve the potash in water and sieve out the water, then stir the potash water with the palm oil in a pot Place on heat and add the pepper, crayfish and seasoning Stir properly then add the ugba,chopped garden eggs,the stockfish and kpomo Add the add abacha and mix properly allowing all the ingredients to blend Garnish with chopped garden egg leaves Add salt to taste. #abacha #igbodelicacy #nigerianfoodie #igbofood #nigeriansnack #foodpage #nigerianfood #lunch #nigeriafoodblogger #foodbussiness #foodcorner #instafood #instarepost #gardenegg #africansalad #foodtolove #wednesdaypost #foodpost #foodporn #instashare

Imaginary Nation is thrilled to announce the release of the debut album from Mani Lapussh, African Salad, available on major streaming platforms.

African Salad reflects a new wave of Afrobeat / Afropop music. This eight track album features songs like “I wish” produced by acclaimed producer Lussh beatz. Visual for I Wish is now available on YouTube. Other tracks included in the album are Party hard, You fine, Baby I like, kill somebody, Love agbawamisi, E burst and Edumare. Mani Lapussh teams up with Imaginary Nation on this album project.

Mani Lapussh, a graduate of civil engineering, rapper, singer, dancer, and songwriter has established himself as an artist to be reckoned with. List of his many accolades include 2012 Hennessy artistry and Beat FM Cipher champion. His talent as a dancer and musician has seen him reach the finals of numerous competitions including 2010 Malta Guinness street dance Africa with his dance crew Legacy, 2012 Dear Artiste Battle of the MC’s and Star Music App’s Emerging Stars Contest
