No, give me the REAL Star Guardian Urgot!

Yeah, no, this skin is a cop out. The meme - the joke - was "ha ha star guardian urgot, he's a big burly man with spider legs, that can’t possibly be a Star Guardian, wouldn't that be funny? Ha ha ha!”

And my philosophy is that the best response to that kind of joke, to the assumption that this silly thing is surely impossible, is to find a way to make it happen. Put those billions of Tencent Dollars to work, tell your amazing team of creative artists to put their heads together, and design an actual Star Guardian Urgot. Not a joke, not an April Fools skin, not a meme, a real Star Guardian, with a real story and real meaning to the skin-line's universe.

Star Guardian Ahri is easy. Star Guardian Urgot is a challenge, and those challenges are where the best designs, or the most interesting failures, ultimately come from. If you're gonna respond to the meme, exceed expectations, do not bow to them. Which is what Pajama Guardian Cosplay Urgot does. It is a skin which bows its head in surrender and says, yes, Star Guardian Urgot is impossible. We don't know how to make that work. That would be hard. Come on!

Now this lady cosplaying as Yor I actually know, she works at the Gamestop at my local mall back in my town, I also work in another part of the mall in the grocery store so we see each other often since we're loyal customers of each other. XD

Pomni bringing her doll self was just so adorable, I have the same doll at home and I kind of regretted not having bring it at the moment.

That woman had the right spirit as Vox with her mug ngl. XD

Doflamingo and Mihawk apparently met Ivankov. XD Just kidding. They were awesome!

Charlie is ready to fight! Met a couple of Charlies there, but I think she's the only one I got a picture of.

Met this guy, and apparently Hatsune Miku next to it, realised it now as I'm posting the picture. XD

One of my favorite disney princess ever, Ariel! She was so sweet!

I think they were waiting for a roman legion to pass by so they could beat them up, no such luck, but they stood around to take pictures.

So a wolverine and 3 spiders walks into a bar, they do a few poses for pictures and then go back to enjoying themselves.

For some reason we could pet some interesting pets there, I got a chameleon on my arm, pretty chill, I passed the spider though, I would have screamed my lungs out. There was also a turtle and 2 snakes, one small, another one was, well.

Garfield was also there, he would be extra grumpy this morning with all the walking he did yesterday.

Third row from the left, the fourth one, the 2 fishes in a black background was the one I took back home, given how much they were 1 was the only reasonnable thing to do, and I was tempted to have a tattoo there, because yes there were at least 2 places there where you could get tattoos, I was pretty wishing for the Chandelure one with other ghost types pokemon but I was like if "If I get one I'll lose valuable time to see the rest of the event" and given it was my first event I needed to see it all... well, what was interesting to ME at least.

Those 2 were pretty fierce looking.

Met Adam and Lute, they were pretty chill.

Pretty sure if my best friend would have been there she would have spent a good hour or 2 wondering what to take back home with her.

Star Guardian Ahri, probably on a secret solo mission, didn't see the rest of her team.

The heroine of my first legit anime that I remember watching on tv, I loved her outfits so much. I still look back on it fondly, hope to see many of her stuff at the Otakuton next month. ^^

Also one of my oldest anime, I always found it cool.

And that's about that.

I feel I should have spent just an entire hour taking pics of everything and everyone but I wanted to check the boots and the loots, 10 am from 17 pm ain't enough to see everything. XD

Star guardian costume and popstar costume is in the Popstar music video. A lot of people already speculated that Star Guardian Ahri is a TV show in the KDA universe.

and a lot of people can speculate that! it’s just not the vision i have for the verse and would like respected. i understand that SG is at the very least a manga in the verse, and perhaps a costume is there as cosplay, but other than that i don’t see anything else that would allude to a series/tv show.
