Mickey welcoming folks aboard the Disney Wonder back in the end of August begining of September 2023. I hadn't been on a Disney cruise since ten years prior. That one changed my life, and this one certainly did as well in all it's own magical ways. Now I'm working through preparations to apply to work for them. Hopefully I'll see this adorable waving mouse again in the next few months. 🥰
Greetings from Alaska! Senior Litigation Paralegal Janet Van Wie recently took an Alaska cruise with her husband, Wayne, granddaughter, Sophie, and our favorite bear, Max. ⛰️🧸❤️

Back in high school when my parents took my brothers and I on cruises, there was a kids club to hang out and meet new friends. I may have overreacted knowing that i was too old for the kids club, and I don't really drink or gamble. HAHAHA.
ps. I actually brought 11 board games. I fit telestrations as well in CodeNames / Just one box.

So this is from the end of August/ beginning of September last year (2023) when I got to go on the Disney Wonder to Alaska. I hadn't been on a Disney Cruise in 10 years. This is such a happy place for me I'm now pursuing a job with them!
I apologize for all the extra voices you can hear in this video. There are excited cast members chatting with my mom (who's filming) while I chat with Spidey about the fact that Thor is expected to make an appearance later and we sailed through an impressive thunderstorm the night before 😅
1 year anniversary of when I went cross country with my grandpa. My favorite trip and would absolutely do it again if given the chance.
(It’s also the unfortunate anniversary of me getting Covid for the first time which resulted in us having to shorten our trip so the photos stop when we were around Moab on the drive back. Don’t worry my grandpa didn’t get sick, I made sure to be extra careful)

Mexican shoreline’s on the horizon. Mickey sips tequila. Hardly noon, but so what? Let Ian drag his retired ass on a goddamn cruise. Hasn’t even killed anyone yet. Earned it.
“This is how we shoulda done it the first time. Fuck hotwired beaters,” Ian marvels
His silver strands sparkle in the sun, but it’s not enough to quell those vivid memories. Nothing’s ever enough. Not even decades of stability and healing, happiness and fulfillment.
Sometimes he wishes he could go back in time. Convince him. Keep him.
But he wouldn’t. Because then—he squeezes his husband’s wrinkled knee—they might’ve missed this.
