Interesting traits fora slave family                    

I know!  I wanted the traits randomiser to determine their traits as much as possible without too much interference from me, so there are definitely some interesting ones there.  I see this family at wanting to better themselves, but kind of through the means of “who you know” not “what you do”.  I have already had some interesting things happen with the traits mods in this ‘hood, and I’m looking forward to more mods coming out.  The traits certainly add another dimension to the Sims!

I have Newsea Liela and Moonrise, but they are bundled.

They can still be reuploaded with a warning that none of the colors can be deleted if you want to share. :)

You guys are brutal!! I do agree it was less satisfying seeing her get the good treatment simply because of her husband's family status. Especially because she tends to the mean and I know she’ll do something horrible again. Just give her time. If she becomes drunk on power we can always have her executed, right? *evilhandrubbing*

I was so worried as well, you guys. The crazy thing is that just before I opened up the game that day, I wondered why I hadn’t had any sick sims. I began to think my game was broken and I had somehow messed up the disease system. I don’t know what I would have done if she had died, I LOVE her! And she unfortunately can’t make Comfort Soup...but the hope is that she will learn the healing spells soon.

Yes!!! I loooove Anne and Frederick! I was all about Darcy and Elizabeth when I was younger, p&p was my Austen gateway drug. Lost in Austen is one of my absolute faves.

Pride and Prejudice is totally the gateway drug for many and I don’t begrudge people whatever brings them into the cult.

Thanks! I’m pretty happy with how they all turned out. It’s amazing what you can do Frankensteining old textures together and adding details (And a bit more of an advanced texture system.)

This round is pretty much all regency, but I do have a couple of things on the list for after I’m done with this first round of regency stuff that I think you would be VERY interested in. And that’s all I’m saying about that.

I’ve pretty much, with a little Georgian/Victorian overlap (Mostly in the form of “undress”, unmentionables, and athletic stuff.) decided to dedicate this particular hood to Regency styling. (So there’ll be a lot of suits too.)

I think all three of you, even you, Kiri, will be somewhat excited for the next bit. It includes a few things you can use even without playing a period game.

I always find it easier and refreshing to just start over! When my old simbury exploded, I started fresh - new sims, new lots, new cc - it was like a spring clean. You also get to be pickier and find the things you really really love.

I do want to be pickier about my CC that’s for sure! However Malston is currently running just fine, which I guess is why I have a hard time just leaving the sims in it :)

At the same time, it is is nice to make a fresh start, but yeah, I’m a little torn. I might age up the children in Malston and use them to create new families, but I’m not sure :)

Oh, I used a fair bit of cc in there. Actually, I think almost everything is cc. :D I have about 10 GB of cc, so I’d better use it! :P

lmao oh nooooo! At least you don’t have that problem anymore (right???). In my apartment, I think I’m the noisy one hahaha. Not that I make an exceptional amount of noise, but our walls are really thin and my landlord goes to bed super early - so sometimes if I get carried away listening to music or watching TV with the volume up a bit too high, I hear the broom banging on the ceiling LMAO

Yes! Kraftwerk is amazing! I saw them in D.C. during their Kraftwerk 3D tour last year and it was so much fun. I wasn’t sure what to expect (also I don’t really care for most things in 3D) but it was a super cool audio/visual experience. :) I hope they do another show soon (and preferably a little closer to home - I love traveling to new cities, but I can’t always go a couple hundred miles out of the way for a show :)).

Yessss, it’s all thanks to my boyfriend! We both tried for tickets when they went on sale last week and I got completely shut out. D: He has amazing luck with tickets, I really don’t know how he does it. I hope you’re able to see them over there! They just keep getting better and better. When we saw them last summer, they played “Let Down” for the first time in ten years and I CRIED. :3

Oh gosh, if tweaking the mesh is too much of a pain, then don’t worry about it! The game’s supposed to be fun, you know?    

As for dagger meshes ... there’s one that was converted from TSM  here at PBK. If you were to accessorize that for both right and left hand, I would be blissfully happy. 

It’s so silly, but I’m working on a “choose your party” themed set of armor recolors, and I’d like to be able to pose a Sim as dual-wield rogue in screen shots. :D

Thank you! I didn’t think of that as a possibility until I had quit my game and was making the post or I would’ve checked it myself. I was afraid something was wrong with the neighborhood terrain I downloaded and I was going to have to find a new one and start from scratch. But moving the mailboxes back is np, so crisis averted! :D

Friends have commented it’s the Snow X-Ray Cursor and it’s under Game Options, thank you! I’m going to make sure I never turn it off again because all the melty-snow cursors are belong to me :D
