We meet the lead actors, Tom Prior and Oleg Zagorodnii, get to know their personal stories, and learn how the production process affected them. Lady Windermere’s Fan

Hey everyone, in this post I will recommend my first play to you. During this pandemic which everything is close, I get some free time to read some delicate little scripts. I don't know how to say it, but I am glad that I finally get some free time. When everyone is posting doctors, nurses pictures online with stirring text, I was very much feeling depressed and helpless. I wonder if you feel the same? So I decided to read something that will cheer me up. Then I find Oscar Wilde. I actually fell in love with fellow. After reading his script, I said, "gosh, this dude is great." Here is his picture:

After searching it up, I realized, "wow this dude is also so good looking!". So my interest about his script rises. Okay, let's make it short. I will now officially introduce this script to you: Lady Windermere's Fan. It is a four act comedy of Oscar Wilde, telling a wonderfully delicate story about Lady Windermere who is a well-born upper class English lady married to a rich husband who loves her dearly. Oh, you would say, what a cliché. Yeah, I would say that too, but Wilde is awfully good at sarcasm, so you will see.

However, Lady Windermere's good and happy marriage is disturbed by a third person----Mrs. Erlynne. There are gossip around the society about how Lord Windermere, her husband, frequently visits this mysterious "young widow". After her finds it out, she is shocked. But more shockingly, Lord Windermere insists on inviting this person to the party they would have tonight. Despite Lady Windermere's objection, Lord Windermere invites Mrs. Erlynne to the party. Mrs. Erlynne is this charming woman who flirts with men all the time, which causes real annoyance among ladies. Lady Windermere feels she is been humiliated, and she cannot stay in this marriage any longer. Under this circumstance, Lord Darlington, Lady Windermere's "dear friend", steps out and expresses his admiration and passionate love towards Lady Windermere. She refuses his proposal of elopement immediately, but regret about it after. She is deeply harmed after the ball is over, so she goes to Lord Darlington's house out of a pure momentarily impulse of revenge to her husband.  But fortunately, Lord Darlington is not at home, and Mrs. Erlynne comes and begs her to go home. When Mrs. Erlynne is still trying to persuade Lady Windermere, they hear that Lord Darlington comes home with his friends, including Lord Windermere. Lady Windemere hides herself behind a curtain, but forgets her fan, a birthday gift from her husband, on a bench. Such a little fan can cause so much ambiguity of morals and gossip around London. Sometimes morals and decadence are such ambiguous with a woman's fan. At this fatal point when everyone is gossiping why Lady Windermere's fan is found in Lord Darlington's house, Mrs. Erlynne comes out and claims for that she mistakenly takes the fan and leaves it at here. Why would she do that? Sacrificing her reputation for a "unknown woman"?  I think I will not spoil for you and it is your time to find it out.

Another thing I love about Oscar Wilde is his use of language. His language is as smart and "good looking" as himself. There are so many famous quotes come from this play which represent his delicate use of language.

First, they wanted to close Laagna-tee for four weeks, but as a result of constructive negotiations with the city, they reduced the need for using Laagna-tee, combining temporary closure of the road and redirection of transport. Changes in traffic management will take place between July 10th and 28th 2019.
