Here's a "sequel" to the "Collector turning people into animals" as well as mistaking Amity for a cat. Imagine Amity wanted to prove that Luz would always be able to recognize her, no matter what. so the Collector turns her into a cat and places her in a room with 300 other cats, with Luz having to figure it out (only a kiss from Luz can break the spell).
