I did reference car engines for this. Actually trying to draw them though was a different story.

POV: you’re the tired Pokemon partners to a trio of slightly feral rat children. (You are also feral yourself)
One part experiment, one part art style study of @critterbitter’s GORGEOUS art, and all an excuse to dabble in drawing some Pokémon (and bonus rat children because Crit I love what you’ve done with them so much it’s ENDING ME every time you post)
Done in Procreate entirely with the syrup brush to capture the feel of MS Paint because that’s the mood I was in lol, and only a single blend layer right at the end to harmonize the colors. Those shadows and highlights were picked entirely by hand and I feel stronger for it <3
Bonus: Rat children reactions!

I thought about the Pokemon Sun Pokedex entry for Magneton, because it's one of my favorite dex entries and how a few times, I thought about it with HMS because - you know. Three of them. Although the general idea of drawing them as Magnemite and Whole as a Magneton was also funny so uh. Here.
This is the entry by the way:
Why does Whole suddenly become a shiny Magneton when they all evolve?
When Harmonia shines or something--

Linn, besides Virizion, Keldeo, and Kyurem, have you ever met any other legendary or mythical Pokemon? Which one would you want to meet most?
[The former has been answered, but as for the latter...]

Backstory End!
Now we have the reason why Sunny's family moved to Paldea and her motivations for being a champion. It's nice that our character became champion for Nemona but I'd say aiming for such a high status should have some more backbone to it aside from "Some girl I'm neighbors and classmates with told me to do it so I just did."
What do you guys think of childhood friends Hop and Victor? I think it's cute u3u) <3 They're gonna come back for post-game shenanigans! And yeah, one of my fave gen 8 mons is the Sizzlipede/Centiskorch :D

@ogre-n-partner Poni runs up to Rimi in her gijinka form.
Hiya! Didn't think I'd see you here! I don't think I got your name before, I'm Poni! How's the festival been treating you?
Oh, hey hey! Yea, we barely had time for this... I'm Rimi! It's nice to meetcha, Poni!
Rimi looks at Poni's mask with a surprised look.
[ Continuing from this ]
To be honest, the Teal Mask...isn't teal anymore.
I read in a "History of Kitakami" that the Teal Mask was, in fact, indeed teal, until the original Ogerpon passed away and it was given by one of her children.
For unknown reasons, the mask changed completely. Here, take a look.
This is the only known photo in the net alone. I believe there's more from the human, who visited Kitakami long time ago and met the certain Ogerpon.
Sadly, nothing known about it, because the photos are believed to be in the Paldea archive, which is very classified. However, the rumors can be found in a website called: "Have you seen Hasumi?"
It's probably a nickname of her when she was befriended by a human.

here's my piano cover of "time to set out" from psmd!!
this is the first part of the game that had me in tears…i really liked serene village, and at this point i grew attached to its cozy atmosphere, the villagers, and the classmates. it all felt like a nostalgic memory that i knew wouldn't last. i view psmd as a story of growth, among many other themes. this moment was a huge turning point for the partner and hero, choosing the path of independence and adventure over the safety and innocence of childhood. as someone who was on the cusp of graduating from college, seeing how the game portrayed the bittersweetness of leaving your home/childhood behind really moved me.
and of course, the letters… :'^) simipour, carracosta, and nuzleaf's letters all hit so hard…
