Breathing style and forms

Iron breathing style

Subsect of mainly stone breath, She mainly learned under Gyomei as his tsuguko, but when she realizes that defense for her frame cannot be kept forever despite her above average strength. And so she finds another style to help compensate with more dexterity. Flame breathing showed promise, and she learned the techniques and building stamina since she and Kyojuro were close friends/frequent sparring partners. Later she realized while flame breathing techniques compensate for the immovable defense of stone breathing, with her dual style it did not feel complete. Now that defense and dexterity was covered, she felt like it could be improved upon with more fluid movements. Isane trained to have the strength to take the hit, but if something stronger hit her, she could not only defend herself, but use their power against them. She didn’t want to constantly use up her stamina and energy, she studied water breathing with Urokodaki so she would have the ability to transfer energy back to the opponent without expense to her physical capability. Basically kind of made up her own subsect using some aspects of two style while based mainly on the defensive stone breathing. In all essence a three way hybrid

Iron breathing has 8 forms she developed

First form(Stone)-Full defense (Unyielding Will)

Second form(Flame)-Dexterous offensive (Piercing Temperance)

Third form(Stone+flame)- Defense and offense dexterity counter (Honed Double edge)

Fourth form(Water)- Full dodge with swirling dual blades to deflect and gain better ground (Steel Maelstrom)

Fifth form(Stone+water)- Mix of powerful grounded attacks with upward and downward slashes (Corrosive force)

Sixth form(Water+flame)- Agile offense with fluid redirection, bunch of flips and avoiding while flowing to find an opening, simultaneously redirecting their attacks to use up their stamina (Metallic Blitz)

Seventh form(True Iron)- A move set where she swings both blades in synch with another for devastating offensive attacks, like a large singular blade (Behemoth blades)

Eighth form- (True iron)- (Valiant Iron Guardian)

Overall Outlook

Because she did not experience an inordinate amount of trauma like many of her other hashira, similar to Mitsuri she brings a new perspective to them as to what it means to not let their actions be dictated by this extreme of loss and weakness. If things get heated and words exchanged, she brings up advice and perspectives to challenge their somewhat jaded views. They often say. “It is easy for you to say.” But Isane is more than willing to help them see how they can achieve it in their own way so to help them heal and be more understanding. In all essence, she knows the toll of demon slaying, that it is training your body and mental state to exceed human boundaries so to better protect others from demons, but what good will that be if it self sacrificing and you can’t be human when it matters most. She reminds them of the importance of their humanity and compassion. Though in some aspects, she is a little naive.

Do the best you can to help the people affected is her mentality

She can make an impact in the world by helping people come out of their ignorance. Change is inevitable, iron used to be for swords, and now it is for Trains and cars. Isane is the embodiment experiencing and embracing change, and so her journey is basically learning to become more malleable while also tempering her understanding and acceptance of cahnge

I’ve been bulimic since March but last night i binged and could barely purge, scared me right back into ana. I was ana for about a year before that though.

It’s currently 8 AM and i haven’t slept, but i don’t wanna sleep through christmas eve so i’m too scared to go to sleep now, oh well I’ll pull another all nighter

Kind of? addicted to getting high on benadryl which is really stupid but yknow. Trying to stop because last time i dosed i had 35 (875mg) and barely hallucinated at all and if i dose again i’ll probably want at least a gram which scares me, don’t want seizures. Was alcoholic when i was 14 but passed out behind a closed down bush’s chicken (blood alcohol level was 0.27) and had to go to the hospital, haven’t really drank since. Been hospitalized once for benadryl as well, took 35 before my tolerance was very high (like it is now) and was speaking gibberish and my mom found me :/ went to the psych ward after that one.

Been to 3 psych wards in the span of 2 months for various reasons, was diagnosed w a lot but i don’t trust them because they diagnosed me w BPD even though i’m only 15? Off all my meds too because fuck em.

Dad recently shot up my house then killed himself so that’s fun. Happened 8? days ago i think. He had a little psychotic break. He had pretty bad bipolar disorder so honestly he wasn’t really acting out of character.

Obsessed w butterflies and ready to make it my whole personality. The color purple too.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know that all sides are literally the same person, so things like height should also be the same... BUT, what if we assume that they all have different heights, which depends on their role-ego-place in mind-anything else? Who would be the building and who would be tinkerbell in that case? And how much difference would they have in size? 🤔

Oh well, if we ignore the fact that they should all have the same height and body type, here are my thoughts about it.

In general, I think they should be quite tall. Not only because they're men and men are (on average) taller than women, but also because Americans are all so tall, what the heck how's that possible, I want a few more inches, centimeters or whatever unit of measure you use, please send some to me.

So the shortest Side would still be around 170 cm (5’7”) and the taller around 190 cm (6,2”).

Patton’s height is average, maybe tending on the shorter side. However, he would compensate with a robust body and the ability to lift anyone over his head, no matter if they’re taller or shorter than him. He’s a dad and dads are strong, so he should be strong.

Logan is a building, because of course he is. Logan is physically made to be tall and, thanks to his good posture, he looks even taller.

Also he’s clever and smart and he definitely knows the importance of physical exercise, so he’s probably fit. He doesn’t have a lot of muscles, because he doesn’t need them: all he wants is to keep a healthy weight.

Roman & Remus

They’re probably around 180 cm (5’11”), because it’s a perfect height for a noble, brave, beautiful man.

Speaking of that, Roman would also be very fit. He’s a prince, he’s a hero, he probably spends most of his time slaughtering evil beasts: this is a physically demanding job, so I suppose he would develop strong, muscular arms and some defined abs.

Remus would also develop a more muscular body, if compared to Logan’s simple, fit figure. But I think Remus would also be more ripped than Roman. The reason is quite simple: while Roman spends his time fighting evil beasts, Remus IS an evil beast and bringing chaos with him is definitely more physically demanding, than just fighting stuff.

I know there’s a strong division in the fandom between tall Janus and short Janu. Hence why I will base my decision on the canonical fact that Janus is based on the mangrove snake. And, as I explained in my post about this snake, they can be very long bois.

So yes, Janus is tall. Not as tall as a mangrove snake (they can reach 230 cm, aka 7’7”), because it would both be hilarious and menacing, but he should be quite tall. And even if someone is taller than him, he would still be on top of some huge tree because he’s a goddamn mangrove snake and they live on trees - so in any case, he would have the higher ground.

Speaking of body shape, his figure would probably be very slim, even if still strong enough to let him climb tall trees without any problem. Just like a snake might seem an harmless noodle, but be strong enough to suffocate its prey.

Virgil is probably the shortest and he’s even shorter because of his slouching figure. Also, being short make him disappear faster and it works great for his anxiety.

However, I think Virgil would be ripped. But, like, VERY ripped. He’s the embodiment of fight or flight, after all, so he should have strong legs to run away and stronger arms to fight. His muscles are probably made of steel and, despite his apparently weak appearance, he would be able to win (almost) every fight.
