Amberlight v4 Status

Amberlight City v4 is still under production, and is planned for release around August 2024. While the original release was planned for 2023, v4 has been much more ambitious than the original plans. Expect a complete metro overhaul, new towers, more details, and fixed issues that plagued v3. More details to come soon!

Every time Winter Veil came up Kaz couldn't help but think of Dice.

At one year's celebrations, shortly before Kaz had joined the Tarts himself, was one of the first times he'd really spoken to the man.

Dice had been playing Greatfather Winter and Kaz had sat on his lap without thinking despite being a bit too big and when asked what he wanted he'd said how wonderful the time he'd had with his new friends had been and that he just wanted the next year to keep going as well.

In hindsight he'd been embarrassed at his cheesy answer and nearly having crushed the poor fellow! But the memory was still a sweet one with the man having been so kind about it.

Kaz liked the man and wished they'd gotten closer.

Honestly, the Amberlight 2 interface becomes extremely easy to understand once you actually dive in. Even with this help, I didn't fully understand it until I got in and had a play with everything.and there is a lot. You can jump in right away and manipulate what you see, or hit a 'random' button to get a different, interesting starting point.Īt first, the interface looks a bit daunting, but there is a starter tutorial you can access to show you all the controls and what they do. When you first start up Amberlight 2, you are asked to choose your image size, while a random variation is already rendering in the main window.
