Ancaps have the worst arguments. They always try to make it seem as if their system is more free. You cannot start some communal apple farm under capitalism because under capitalism you are forced to compete in the market and make profits which requires exploitation.
While capitalists hire poor people and heavily exploit them, especially under the ancap system which would be far worse as there isn't any worker protections and they can pay them less or nothing at all. Work or starve would be much worse than now and becoming homeless is a much larger threat under their system. Anarchism with a ruling class? That's not Anarchism. The power is concentrated into the hands of a small group of rich people who have all money and power. Workers who try to strike would be killed by hired cops.
Communism has no class so power is in the hands of the people. If you want apples you get them without charge. Everyone is free to take them and free to grow them. Instead of framing it as people are forced to share. It's more that you have them available for everyone instead of only available for these with money. The apples don't get wasted like under capitalism where they throw away what they don't sell. More people go hungry under capitalism as they waste food. Communism wouldn't need to waste food. If there is an abundance left then anyone can take them or give to those who need them most. Not difficult is it?
Ancaps have never tried anything in practice because their system would result in a state. Capitalism cannot be stateless.

[A] great embarrassing fact ... haunts all attempts to represent the market as the highest form of human freedom: that historically, impersonal, commercial markets originate in theft.

People are so propagandized under capitalism that they'll reinvent leftist ideas without knowing it. I've seen a "right libertarian" describe what he wanted for his economic system, and it was degrowth.
