omfg i keep complaining about how much i hate my geography class but i kept taking it because i figured since the course was SO easy that id be getting a good grade but inexplicably my teacher is the worlds harshest grader. i just got told i have an 82 which is not bad by any means but i knowwww i should be having a 90 at least. well tbf im hardly giving it my all but still for this level of work… well most ppl i think have a 60-70 so i guess im okay…. anyways i might end up dropping the class after all 🤪

#i have to maintain a 90 minimum average for my university scholarship. which is most important to me rn #i only have one class under 90 on my transcript (i think…?) and its an 85 #BUT in my stats class i have an 81 rn so i cant afford another low grade yknow #im not stressing over that grade because i know that is actually more reflective of my level #actually ngl its better than i should be getting lmfao #but anyways my teacher tells me our grades should go up by the end of the year because we’re starting with the hardest units #and ending with the easiest #idk i dont care about all that. also i dont hate that class whereas i DO hate this one #i have like a week or two until i cant leave it anymore so hmmmm 🤔#a guy i know was saying she treats us like we’re 2 when she teaches but grades us super hard and hes righttttt. urgh

#the white lotus #saxloch #as far as we see lochy was hoping for something to happened since the shared room scene #and viewing saxons actions from lochys view who WANTS to see it it looked like 5 episodes of teasing/#/leading lochy on #then saxon makes this speech and its like a confirmation for lochy to go for it. he sees the biggest opportunity he can get #also especially in a party scene where everyone is drinking its a moment everyone knows its easiest to do something that might end up with #rejection/humiliation #i think lochy def played his best cards and planned to confess/do something since choosing saxon over piper at the port #in a “i think something could happen tonight and i will try my best that it does” kind of way #but i dont think hes planned and manipulated and purposely teased saxon the whole time #he IS shy and the way that he is. but he sees an opportunity and wants to take it knowing its now or never #especially with saxon being his brother. they know and trust each other. its easier to be confident once he isnt immediately rejected #instead of like with a stranger he cant read #and if anyones easy to read its saxon #that doesnt make loch a coercive scheming manipulator. i hate that people read it that way when saxons speech basically tells u the opposite

Question: what's the story behind the picture you made of Ratchet in a dark-looking area looking back at the viewer with some weird evil-looking creature above him?

Ah, yeah, I suppose this does look weird out of context! This drawing is All 4 One fanart, one of the Ratchet & Clank games I...actually don't like playing, but I did enjoy the story. This game centers on a creature called a Loki that can possess life forms. The Lokis are enemies with the Cragmites as well, which is a detail I found interesting.

This fanart is basically a bad ending AU of All 4 One, where the Loki Master chose to possess Ratchet (whom he has captured in the beginning of the game) instead of the larger creatures he favors. This is why Ratchet's visible eye is blue and matches with the creature— the Loki above him is actually inside of him, I just added the visual cue to make that point clear.

The Loki himself says the "smaller ones are easy to control" ... besides the glaring fact that Ratchet is a badass and that Lombaxes being the sworn enemy of the Cragmites is an added flavor of irony, it just seemed like a cool idea to me. It's rather impossible to make Ratchet a villain under normal circumstances since he's so naturally kind-hearted, so I have to get creative if I wanna have fun with it lol.
