If you’ve been around for a few years, you’ve seen me vaguely mention a “Silverborn Countdown Challenge” several times. It’s been delayed and changed as many times as the book itself, lol.

If anyone wants sort of a low-stakes, very chill and spaced out version of this ye olde never tackled challenge to complete in the next year before Silverborn, I propose what I’m doing:

Every 3 months leading up to the initial release, I am creating one thing based on each of the books.

January — Nevermoor

April — Wundersmith

July — Hollowpox

i've been getting less misgendered lately at work to a point that now it surprises me when it happens </3 like i would be helping someone out and be hit at the very end by a thank you madam... do i look like a madam </3333

ootd + im always wearing some caterpillar big shoes that allow me to get some inches for my weak 5'2 height. im not even getting upset whenever i get misgendered im more simply. dumbfounded. cos i always go with my most masc outfit at work and it's still noooot enouuuugh aough

#other books are the watcher in the shadows by carlos ruiz zafón jazz by toni morrison clap when you land by elizabeth acevedo les misérables #gather together in my name + singin' and swingin' by maya angelou also & a thousand splendid suns by khaled hosseini <3333 #ALSO i saw bruce springsteen's born in the u.s.a. but yday & i though i'd take it later bc that's easier for my coworkers but then it was #gone :(((((( LITERALLY I SHOULD'VE KNOWN...to think i could have owned a bruce springsteen LP...it was good quality too.....#and got a pair of pants but less excited abt that bc like. they're pants. BUT i did get them for €3.25 instead of the original €14.25 :3 #also the books & vinyls weren't that expensive <33 and i get discount on top of that bc i'm an employee <333 #so pretty happy 2day! despite the fact two of my fave coworkers are going on vacation for two weeks like literally don't leave me alone..😔.
