🥹🩷 they are just so soft I truly love them so much too! It always makes me so happy when you guys say you love that story because I thought the unrequited love element would push people away and yet people truly seem to love them 🥰

And while they are married and trying for a child, they are 19-20 years old. They got engaged so young, and Lexa always having loved Clarke, the romance they are slowly building is all so exciting and new! And even Clarke, despite having had a relationship with Finn, it was never physical and even if she doesnt love Lexa, she cares deeply for her and sees her life with her, so while sex for them is always rather loving particularly now that they are trying to make a baby, they are also getting more confident in it so it gives leeway for a little more adventure in bed.... or out of it 😉

IT JUST MAKES SENSE. listen, they get an orange cat when they first get their house (named bambi bc he’s chaotic but cute), but then they have kids (twins - they’re the brady twins) and they JUST NEED ANOTHER PET (annie wonders why bambi isn’t enough) and so john brady finds himself going out one night to get a turtle because his daughter just CANT GO ON WITHOUT ONE (she learned about them in school. she couldn’t stop talking about it. begged her dad. dad doesn’t say no bc he’s a girl dad so).

SO NOW — the brady’s are proud owners of pet turtles. that’s it. it’s canon now. here we are.

returning to the jack & abigail dynamic: i'm imagining that after the first two or three times abigail drags jack home to have dinner with her family, hannibal pulls her off to the side like "are you sure this is the friend you want to make? :)" (<- is thinking about how Jack is allergic to using napkins properly and will wipe everything off with his sleeves) (he's not rude, he was just unfortunately raised by winchesters)

and she just crosses her arms and shoots back with "you get to keep will >:(" (<- knows she will get her way, partly because hannibal is going to give her what she wants, partly because if he doesn't, she's not above asking jack to do a little mindwiping.)

at which point, hannibal just has to accept that she's going to bring home a weird little guy just like he did.
