I kinda popped off with these ngl
+ Explanations
I think I've talked about Fernando's before on here but. I really miss when he had the black fireproofs bcs it just made hom feel so much more intimidating/larger-than-life to me. The way he prowled around the paddock, just very big cat to me! Though I once told my mom this and she said, "more like a bobcat, he's so small." 😭
Seb is a fennec fox because...idk why it just suits him. He is both kitty and puppy, so I think foxes in general suit him bcs they're described as, "just cat software running on dog hardware." And fennec foxes are blondies too! The way they make little laughing noises, and also the way their ears/tails are way too big for their body also remind me of him.
Jense has always and will always be a wolf to me bcs his wolfish smile. He's just got that big, bad wolf vibe. He wants to snap you up! On the whole dog-cat scale, to me he just feels like neither really suits him. Wolves are so noble to me!!
Mark is dog boy, what else needs to be said!? Though there is something to be said about how the rest of them are wdcs and are wild animals, and he's.... domesticated. Something something wild animals seen as more noble and impressive- He really is just whatever dog breed he has irl, they are his comrades.

Sorry if anything sounds weird, English isn't my first language. But could you write a Farah x reader that gets flustered quickly?
Also, mentioned that you had a moth demon OC in the tags of one of your posts, she sounds cool! Could you show her? If you can't no worries 🫶
Hey! Don't worry about your English, it's fine ^^ And yeah, I do have a moth demon OC! Her name is Arya and I love her dearly! The one above is a picture of her in her human form drawn by Castawolf on Etsy and the picture below is one I drew when I was 17 or so! I never said I was an artist, I can't draw at all, so that was the best I could do back then! She'd be beige and a lot more fluffy, though :3 She was kind of inspired the the Radiant from Hollow Knight! Useless trivia, I know, but I just get so excited whenever I get to talk about her!!
Farah with a Reader who gets Flustered Easily
Farah would have a field day with you from time to time. While she won’t go out of her way to fluster you each time, she sometimes will do so. It’s just too cute, the way you go quiet, stumble over your words or fumble around a bit. Yes, she knows that she has to maintain the trust between the two of you, and thus she shouldn’t be playing around with you too much, but come on! It’s so much fun! Sometimes she just has to tease you about it as well and watch you get defensive over your behaviors. It’s all just too endearing to her. Sometimes Farah will stand closer to you than necessary, touch you a bit more than needed, like holding your face in her hands when you won’t stop looking away from her, or just straight up compliments whatever it is you’re doing. If you’re especially close, then she might just give you a kiss to your cheek to watch you hide behind your burger, for example. While she may not be the most cuddle-seeking person out there, she’ll offer you more hugs than usual, if just to watch you freeze up and go speechless. However, only she is allowed to fluster you like that, anyone else needs to grow up and leave you alone. Anyone else could be malevolent and tease you the wrong way. No, she can’t have that. If you’re flustered because of someone else, then Farah won’t take too kindly to it. You’re hers to fluster and no one else. This may or may not be because of the crush she has on you, but she would never admit to such a thing. As far as you’re both concerned she just likes to tease you. But never too harshly, she doesn’t want to see you cry either. Will tone it down a bit if it’s obvious you’ve become uncomfortable and apologize, but it will happen again, I can assure you of that.

Greatness in the Making PT 2- Crocodile x GN!Reader
X 1
Welcome back!
CW: gn reader, canon typical violence, swearing, slightly older reader, possible ooc Crocodile due to age, mdni, pre canon, some ocs for plot building
PT Two: Absolutely Not.
The captain was impulsive. extreme. followed her own tune. But this? Oh no, this didn't sit right with you at all.
You were against it. When you got back on the boat and noticed that the captain and first mate weren't drinking and singing on deck, you knew something was up. The rest of the crew didn't seem to notice or care, but you knew there was something going on.
So when a roughed up lean boy was grumbling and scrubbing the deck the next morning, your suspicions were somewhat confirmed.
"Captain, please!" you called out after your new "crew member" was so casually introduced after last night's events explained. Everyone else went on about their day, but you couldn't let it go.
"Y/n, drop it!" your captain's first mate sent a glare in your direction. And while that would normally be enough to set you straight, you didn't back down so easily this time.
"I can't allow it! This child threatened the captain's life! And we're supposed to be okay with them onboard?"
"Oi! I'm not a child! I'm going to be a great pirate one day!" the young man called out to you, but you paid him no mind.
You huffed as your captain laughed before plowing her smoke out. "My life was never in danger to begin with. You know that." she ignored your mutterings. "You were a bit of a rascal when you came aboard. So don't be so tough. That's your new junior; show him the ropes. Those me orders."
You grumbled in agreement, but there was no way you'd go against those words. You'd just have to keep watch for now.
~~~
The boy named Crocodile did not make your teaching duties easy at all. In fact, while it was noted that he had some working experience on boat maintenance, he seemed to not want to interact with anyone who wasn't the Captain or first mate. He'd only grunt when given his tasks for the day and took his meals away in a corner while everyone else laughed and chatted.
You kept an eye on him through it all. Despite his stubbornness, you were close by to inspect his work and make sure he wasn't sneaking around at night. You understood that no one was really threatened; this was a seasoned pirate crew to be fair. But that didn't mean Crocodile could go doing whatever he wanted. You'd make sure of it.
And soon enough, you realized that the boy was up late at night because he couldn't sleep well. If he did sleep, there was a lot of tossing and movements you heard. Yet somehow, he was up just before you already checking the sail lines and other little things.
When the marines attacked, you were sure you'd need to rescue the boy, but he held his own for a bit. He was only a little roughed up, but he seemed to try to wear his knife prosthetic more. After that successful raid, he even partook in a cheers. He softened a bit.
But you weren't convinced.
...
You yawned as you caught the knife that was aimed for your head. “What’s got you so stressed out, lizard-boy? It’s not even 8 in the mornin’?” you went over and took a seat at the kitchen table very unbothered.
The man sent daggers your way, but you didn’t care to feel threatened. He turned away and continued to scrub at the dishes in the sink. “Tch, why are you up? It’s not your turn to make breakfast.” he grunted out.
You leaned back in your chair and shrugged as the morning light started to pour in. “Someone’s gotta make sure you’re not snaking around tryna steal. Cap'n might’ve let you on board, but that doesn’t mean you’re part of the crew.” Crocodile cussed to himself when another dish fell and shattered on the floor. “Tch, how about you find yerself a better prosthetic? No point walking around with that damn thing if you can’t even use it.”
“It’s how I protect myself.” Crocodile argued back. You rolled your eyes before standing up to sweep the mess. “I don’t need your help!”
“Never said you did, kid. But if you’re going to be staying around then someone’s gotta make sure you don’t go making a mess.”
“I can take care of myself.”
You flicked the other’s forehead. “Yeah, but you’re on a crew now, so it’s not just about yourself! There’s other to look after, and they’ll look after you. If you’re just gonna be a selfish brat, then I’ll haul you off this damn boat myself!” you barked before dumping the shards away.
Crocodile didn’t say anything and turned back to continue cleaning.
“You talked a lot of shit about wanting to be a great pirate, but you got a long way to go, kid.” you started washing the dishes so the man could start drying.
“Oh, and you’re gonna show me?”
You looked up at him with a mischievous grin and winked. “Well maybe if you shut up and just watch you’ll learn a thing of two.”
And soon, you could tell he was paying a little more attention. After the chores were done, he usually lurked away to his corner, but you quickly noted the new face in the crowd when you sparred your peers. You didn't say anything when Crocodile's head turned quickly away once you looked in his direction. You even noticed another presence in the library skimming maps and stories of weapons.
You grunted to yourself when you saw his foot tapping while the crew sung.
Seems things were looking a little better...
Open ask time! What would you be willing to share about the novel you're working on?
Ohh, I would love to share a few things about it! 🥰 (I could talk about it always.)
It’s a Fantasy Dystopia, meaning it plays in an alternative universe, a huge world I spent 3 years developing in detail, the continent Hora, where science and technology meet magic.
Behind what’s perceived as reality is another realm. It can be touched or interacted with through mirrors. A group of magicians found out how and how to use this knowledge to gather power. 2000 years ago it ended in a war and a magical disaster changing the continent forever.
They also awakened the interest of the discarnates or bodiless, creatures living in this realm and able to appear as a person’s reflection. They yearn to make physical experiences and to overtake the bodies of those lucky enough to have one.
The wilderness and every creature are heavily changed and influenced by magic that’s in all things on Hora, making every place intriguing and many of them extremely dangerous.
In the Free Cities - which developed over the centuries -, people (changed by magic as well) learned to live with it. They use different strategies and no Free City is like the next, some very simple nature-bound settlements others big driving centers of multi-faceted life.
And then there is Solis: An union of huge metropolises all over Hora, most of them surrounded by giant white walls to separate them from the wilderness so nothing gets in without permission.
Magic is strictly forbidden there (because of what came from it) and any reflecting material that doesn’t wear a seal to prevent communication with the mirror realm as well). They have the Legion, an independent anti-magic-military to protect the people from dangerous influences, and are ruled by the Tetragon, a corrupt senate. Solis is a beautiful place with lots of potential and many important technological discoveries, but things for those living there become worse and worse under the ruthless rulership of those in power.
The reader follows the path of 3 protagonists that soon lead together:
Salvadore, a prisoner without memory who is supposed to become part of a radical change in Solis and slowly starts to remember worrisome details from the past he has forgotten.
Rowley, an assassin who is forced to work with Salvadore and to help achieve this change, not out of philanthropic reasons but to somehow save his twin brother who is captured and in danger since twins are highly valuable on Hora, reflecting each other and providing a connection to the mirror realm.
Both, Salvadore and Rowley, seem to be mere chess pieces in the hand of the one acting in the underground to take revenge for a personal loss and make Solis a better place: Acantha, a young magician, bound to the mirror realm as well. Her most loyal servant is the one teaching her to use her abilities: A street musician and magician too, with high arcane knowledge, Eneas.
None of those people is exactly what they seem to be in the beginning.
🖊? :D!
*falling all over the place, visibly disheveled* Would you like to hear about our lord and saviour the Usurper? He's the secondary protagonist of my WIP On Crimson Wings and he's my babygirl bastard man and I love him soooo much. He's been inspired by several fantasy men I have loved (Maedhros from the Silmarillion, Geralt of Rivia, Drizzt Do'Urden, and Prince Nuada from Hellboy, to name a few), as well as my desire to write a smarmy goth with the kindest, most fragile heart. He has quite the character arc in the book, and by the end I want him to be uncategorisable as either hero or villain. He's loving and passionate almost to a fault, but vengeful. He has committed several crimes, some of which were totally justified lol. I absolutely love him, he should be the king of everything.
Want me to gush about my OCs?
