HCs: S/O That is Shy When Receiving Affection (Sanji, Ace, Bartolomeo)

Sanji

- first off, Sanji is not used to receiving such romantic affection from anyone, so he’s really thankful for his s/o and how much they love him 

- thanks to them, he truly feels loved every single day and they make him the happiest person alive

- he’s honestly not the best at receiving affection either (nose bleeds, blushing, stuttering, etc.) but he accepts it all graciously and aims to make his lover feel just as cared for every single day

- and as well know, Sanji is the king of spreading love, especially to his s/o; it’s just in his nature to love and care for them!

- he finds out very early on how blushy his partner gets from being loved on and he’s been shamelessly amused by it ever since 

- “What’s got you so shy, (Name)? You’re never this shy when you tell me you love me.” he cooes with the widest smile on his face 

- he’s a bit of a tease towards them, and will act extra loving just to get a reaction out of them but goodness their blushing only makes him blush harder (and pass out from nose bleeds)

- he’s crazy for them and doesn’t plan on backing off his affections towards them any time soon, but he will make his gushing more subtle if that helps calm down his lover’s racing heart

Ace

- Ace lives for affirmation, so he really appreciates when his lover gushes over him 

- he can get a bit blushy about it too since he’s not used to it, but for the most part he just turns into a big smiling dork 

- he really feels the love from his partner, and he loves them just as much, so of course he’s going to reciprocate all the romantic attention they give him 

- when he sees how flustered they get after he loves on them, he finds them cuter than ever and he’s completely smitten for them; how could someone so darling love him so much??

- though his s/o is on the brink of dying from embarrassment, he doesn’t let up on his affectionate nature because he knows he’s the only one who makes them react this way and he wants to be the only one forever

- he’ll touch them intimately, whisper sweet nothings in their ear, kiss them with the softest of kisses, all to remind them how much he loves them, but to also get that endearing tint in their cheeks

- “Hey now, don’t cover up that adorable face. I wanna see you like this.” 

- he’s a bit cocky and teasing in his manners, but he’s genuine about every romantic gesture; they can whine about how embarrassed they are all they want but Ace is going to smother them with his love dammit let him love you!

Bartolomeo

- Barto adores when his partner gushes over him and he’s an equally blushing mess, but he much prefers to spread his affections towards his partner

- he feels as if it’s his god given duty to gush over them since he’s so crazy about them, and he does so on the daily despite his lover’s embarrassed reactions

- anytime his lover goes red in the face he is all heart eyes for them so this only eggs him on to do it more and his poor s/o is on the verge of explosion lol

- Barto can’t get enough of his lover’s blush and knowing he’s the cause of it makes him feel just all the more special 

- he becomes a bit relentless in his affections, half doing it to get a reaction out of them, half doing it because they’re just so darn cute anyway

- “(Name), you’re so precious when you blush! I want to make you blush for the rest of our lives~!!”

- cue the reddening of faces and shared squeals between both Bartolomeo and his lover lol 

- there’s really no way to get him to stop gushing over his partner, Barto loves them very much and he will make sure they know this every day ❤️
