It was a nice spring afternoon in Happy Tree Town, with it being the birthday day of Flippy, with his friends deciding that they would make him a special surprise party with Flaky, Nutty, and Mime on party planning and decorating while Cuddles is out keeping Flippy busy until it was time for the party to start.

Flaky themselves were currently rushing around Flippy’s home, micromanaging every little detail and decoration that Nutty was currently doing, with Nutty noticing the paranoia Flaky seems to be having.

“Are you okay, Flaky? You seem nerv-exited.” “Nerv-exited?...What’s that?” They asked while snapping out of their paranoia with a confused look, “It’s like you want to jump up and down in excitement while also wanting to curl up in a tiny little ball and hide!” The green squirrel said with a big, dumb, happy grin, “Well…when you put it like that, I am a bit nerv-exited,” the red porcupine said while sighing before speaking back up. “What if he doesn’t like the party? Or he doesn’t like the cake? Or decorations? Or? Or?…WE SHOULD CANCEL THE PARTY!!!” They ended up yelling out while covering their hands on their head in embarrassment. “You are worrying too much, Flaks! I promise Flippy will like this party; we got the best party planners in all of town, including you!” Nutty said while trying to reassure Flaky with a smile on his face.

Flaky slowly removed their hands from their face, looking a bit nutty. “...Are you sure I’m a good party planner?” “Well, duh! Mime can do the entertainment aspect, and I can do the baking aspect, but with you, we become more organized with our ideas!” With this reassurance, Flaky grew a small smile. “Thanks, Nutty, I needed to hear that.” And with that, the smell of freshly baked cake filled the air, indicating that Nutty’s cake was finished baking. “Oh! It’s done!” The green squirrel said before rushing off to the kitchen to take out and decorate the cake…and possibly steal a bite or two.

They had a bit of a chance encounter on a day where Blueblood was dealing with something that was very difficult and was so caught up in his emotions he didn’t even care that he was in the garden getting grass stans on his coat and Ditzy, with her natural impulse to cheer ponies up, didn’t even notice or care that she was flying into the palace gardens when she saw someone sat in the rain.

At first he was definitely going to call the castle guards to come apprehend this strange filly with the odd eyes who was intruding when this was the last moment he’d want to entertain any desperate debutantes, however she surprised him by not fawning or anything, not even caring about his status, just putting one of her fluffy wings up and asking if he needed somepony to lend an ear.

“Don’t let my eyes fool you, my ears work just fine!”

She was incredibly disarming and while he didn’t reveal everything about why he was upset, he found himself talking about his feelings to her. And she made such cheerful remarks, and was very comforting. In the end, he felt better and she came to check on him the next day, even sharing a blueberry muffin with him. He remarked that he’d never seen her around before, and that he wouldn’t mind terribly seeing her more often.

The rest, as they say, is history.

grim and yuu in year 4

Because Yuu and Grim come as a 2-in-1 deal (with Grim doing all of their assignments that require magic), it occurs to me that Yuu would be SO fucked with their schoolwork if anything happens to Grim. And Grim needs Yuu to keep him under control— This is particularly true in the later school years, as first year classes focus on theory and transition into requiring actual magic use in the upper level classes. This is, of course, assuming that assuming that Yuu stays in Twisted Wonderland and continues their education at NRC.

So… what does that mean for the fourth year internship that is a prerequisite to graduate?? Yuu cannot complete a magic internship on their own, and it doesn’t make sense if only one of the pair can formally graduate. Does Yuu have to follow Grim wherever he decides to go?? Together forever… (There are fan theories about Yuu and/or Grim becoming the new Ramshackle dorm leader + vice or even the new headmaster, which might be an… interesting avenue to take for an internship 🤔)

One idea I think could be neat (if not corny) is Yuu doing a cumulative project instead of an internship. (This way, Yuu is actually doing some kind of active work in addition to babysitting Grim at his own internship.) They could submit a photo album of all the pictures they took with the Ghost Camera. Three years of good and bad times, documenting how Yuu and their peers have changed over that time…

“What’s this?” Crowley will ask, looking confused at the thickness of the tome. What would possible be contained within its pages?

“This is the summation of everything I’ve learned at Night Raven College. My thesis,” Yuu states plainly, “on the magic of friendship. Take it or leave it.”

this is a very self indulgent au based on pinkie dealing with the conflict of wanting to be taken seriously while also playing themselves down constantly as a way to please others, especially when it come to their identity as nonbinary and their disabilities

i was going to make the first post about this au a little comic but ironically the disabilities have made that a bit hard and i wanted to post something for it

I wanted to make reference sheets for the three, even though i took a ton of inspo from many things but its for investment i promise i promise

Those three are friends in this AU, they are all in the present world and they are like a family to each other tbh, they might get into a few arguments but they talk it out later on.

To be fair i think those three would give each other kisses, not in a romantic way though, its just more of a platonic thing i guess??

The three of them own dragon type pokemon, from gen 4, 6 and 8 (me like even numbers dont mind me), i kinda felt like these pokemon fit them best by personality (im not exactly sure for 100%)

Dropping the lore here :

The only way Adaman and Irida could go back and out of Hisui was by Volo taking them with him by going through portals with Giratina, of course the two of them got frightened at the sight of Giratina showing up right in front of their eyes for the first time but they got used to it later on.

As a gift of gratitude from Volo for still being accepted by Adaman and Irida even after everything he's done in the past, he made and gave a clone of Origin Dialga and Origin Palkia to them so that they could also travel through the portals or around the world without his help (he's getting tired from babysitting them pls let him live).

Adaman and Irida just live with Lucas, Dawn and Barry in Twinleaf Town, sometimes Volo comes by to visit them and hang out with them. Lucas and Dawn dont have memories of Rei and Akari, so they have no idea of what Volo used to be back then, if they would then oh boy they would try to kill him.

{With Dialga} Adaman possesses Steel type powers (or Metal Bending as they say), he uses it a lot for combat but also for reaching high places if he cant go up there or reach it by climbing, he bends the metal into a form of a long rope in order to get up there.

{With Palkia} Irida has Water type powers (or Water Bending), she is not really the type of a person to fight but she rather heals others, it also works on pokemon too, though sometimes she can kick ass once in a while if anyone drives her mad.

{With Giratina and Arceus} Volo has all the elements, including Dark type powers but he never uses those as he only sees the bad in them and never wishes to use them, reminding him a lot of Cyrus {bro hates him more than anything}, with Volo being an Archon, he can summon pretty much every pokemon, including the legendaries and mythical ones, and the ultra beasts, even though the legendaries are gods too and are feared by many, Volo however just sees them as misunderstood creatures/beings, as he has a better bond with them than with his own people.

Volo despises humans, he only sees the bad in them as he has only seen the bad things that humans did, and with Volo being isolated in Arceus's realm and being there for about 280 years (met Arceus at 20), he cant really change his opinion about it, even if he has friends that are different than the rest of the humans, Volo still has doubts that humans are good, unless proven to him. Sure, Volo is the archon and savior of this world and he is trying his best to make the world a better with no wars or catastrophies, he hates humans, but he just wants peace, but he is aware that even if this happens one day then the peace wont last forever, the world cant remain peaceful for eternity, theres always going to be something happening all the time and he will have to deal with it on his own.

since mlp g5 died tragically, i decided to make my own take on a sixth generation of mlp.

so, basic lore synopsis:

"the empire of equestria has long been gone for nearly a thousand years, with the land once part of the empire now split into three nations: the kingdom of tianyang, the dalbyeol dynasty and the islands of hoshiya. legends say that the midnight constellation is inhabited by the former ruler of equestria, who was banished to the stars for betraying her subjects' trust by draining the magic of all creatures and using it as power. and now, after a thousand years since her banishment, she might return to wreak havoc once more."

worldbuilding:

this will be an entirely different universe from g4/g5, though some locations will take names from previous gens' locations, as well as characters from all generations appearing here. as you can probably tell from the names of the three nations, the worldbuilding will be heavily inspired by east asian culture and folklore. ponies are the dominant species, but there are other species living in these lands, such as kirins, dragons and changelings.

silver serenity's design is heavily inspired by another oc named silverlay, though i think i might have to redesign her because i fear i might've taken too much inspo. 😭

fireburst's pose is a reference to another piece of fanart of firecracker burst by egriz.

all of them are east asian(-coded). moon dancer and zephyr storm (zipp) are chinese, fireburst and silver serenity are korean and kimono and cascada are japanese.

most of the cast is female, with zipp being the only exception. they're non-binary.

as for ages, all of them are somewhere in their twenties. zipp is the youngest while kimono is the eldest.

i will not get into too much detail for each character since they will have their own dedicated posts with everything you need to know about them.

I was creating a murder drones au where Cyn’s core ISN’T dead. She was just kept in confinement and like.. whatever it’s called where you’re alive but asleep forever but you’re not dead.. i guess.

Anyway, the point was that my oc (Neva) stole Cyn and woke her up, now she’s on the run from Uzi, V and N!! (The reason Neva stole Cyn was because of like horrible nightmares and stuff, and then she met Uzi and they got worse!! Suddenly she meets Cyn and she yoinks her)

Now to the actual point of the post.

I thought it’d be funny if Neva put Cyn in a jar.. like she was a toy.
