some cute lil headshots i got of my OCverse characters got done this morning so i re-made / updated the old relationship chart i had >:)

starting from the top and going clockwise we have Will, Eros, Jessie, Ronan, Emmerson, and Emari

i WILL be yapping about some of their dynamics more in the future, this is just like a brief overview of everyone's opinion of everyone else ig-- the two versions are from before an after Will and Emmerson break up

all i will say about one of the dynamics is that Emmerson hating Ronan spawns from the obvious (to everyone but Will) fact that Ronan has a major crush and a fear that he's going to attempt to like steal them or smth which is REALLY funny bc what about this teddy bear of a man makes you think he's the type to intentionally break up a happy(-sh) relationship for his own gain

So, between @ravarui and I, we've been in discussion for many months about Shanks and Thea having a surprise kid together. We do keep it mostly between us, but I wanted to share this art of him all grown up.

This is Asahiko, although he is commonly referred to as Sprout or Sunspot by his parents. He's a wily and cheerful fellow, easy going but somewhat competitive and ambitious. Wanting to have a reputation that stands on his own deeds, not because of who his parents are.

He will be considered a shared request muse between Akki and I, and I'll be putting him on my multi ( @wxnderers ) as soon as I have the energy to finish my carrd.

A One For Each

You enjoyed christmas more than you enjoyed your own birthday - but mostly it wasn't a holiday that you couldn't get off (and even wrote in 11th grade about a whole essay on why it should be). 

Genji? You didn't know at all. He was bright, radiant and always seemed to have a smile on his face. He was the sunshine on your rainy day, and the rainbow that came right after it. 

Even if you did, you never felt like you did much but go to your parents house for christmas. You never had your own little christmas party, but now, you were more open to the idea than you thought. Just genji and you on christmas, and really, you liked that thought.

You admired the stocking with joy, a faint smile on your face. The fireplace sparked subtly, sparks from the fire was just one thing that made the setting better. Genji said he was coming home soon, a little Christmas eve party held with a bunch of friends as they just took a break from everything. 

The radio blinked on and off, the CD turned as Christmas carols played. Taking your phone out, you checked the time. 11:01

Great. It was nearly christmas really, and he hasn't even come back. You were disgruntled at the thought, and grew anxious as you bounced your leg back and forth. It wasn't of the thought that he was in trouble or doing something bad (well, more of wished of so, but you trusted him enough for him to not do that), but just the thought maybe he won't be here at all made you worry.

You wanted him here for Christmas more than anything, and you knew that he could be careless, free-thinking man who did whatever he pleased if he just tried hard enough. 

You couldn't just sit there, no, you had to do something. You went to your contacts, and dialed him with immediacy.

One ring, he didn't pick up. 

Second ring, you heard nothing at all.

Third ring, only silence still reigned through the room.

Fourth ring, no words were spoken.  

Fifth ring, and you fell defeated.

A sigh of vanquish graced your lips, and your thumb hovered over the end call button. "Hello?" 

Your eyes widen, looking at the phone with amazement. "Anyone there?" 

"Yes! Genji, where are you?" You asked, a worrisome tone in your voice. He chuckled, almost like he was mocking at you for being such a worrywart. 

"I'm literally outside the door right now, I just find the keys." He said, a jingling of keys in the background was faint but you knew what he was doing neverless. 

You got up from the couch, going to the door, opening the door to see Genji. "Merry Christmas."

A sudden rush of joy washed over you, and you hugged him with all your might. His own phone fell out of hands, and a grin plastered on his face.

"Nice to see you too babe." He said, hugging you back. Releasing him from your grasp, you looked up at him with sheepish eyes. 

"Sorry about the tackle, Genji, just I grew anxious. I didn't think I told you that I really really like christmas and not seeing you here made me grew worrisome." Your eyes wandered away, and his hand took yours into his - your fingers intertwined into each other. 

"Well, here is your Christmas eve gift." He said, taking your up in his arms and planting a kiss on your lips. You were shocked, but, you did nothing but felt joy with the kiss he gave you. You gived in, but you just felt comfort knowing you could trust him.

You looked over to the clock in the apartment, 12:59. 

"Good timing Genji, one second late and it would be Christmas." You said, and watched the clock tick to 1:00. 

"Who said I couldn't give you another one for Christmas too?" He said, he grinned and a soft peck on your lips again. You smiled, you liked him adoring you like this.

"Now, let's continue this somewhere else."
