hey did you know that it's okay actually to take a painkiller for things that "aren't actually that bad" but that are preventing you from doing things

#I'm chronically someone who goes “no it's fine i can deal with it” and then actually i just try to ignore it and Dont Do Anything #i took a painkiller for a headache for the first time just a few weeks ago. and wouldnt you know it actually helped #and i took another one just now after chugging water didnt fix the headache bc i really dont want to just be scrolling on my phone #(and squinting at it bc light hurts). instead i would like to continue organizing my room and some other to dos which i cant do with this #annoying ass headache #also. nowadays i take a painkiller as soon as i notice period cramps (and i know im actually on my period and it's not that confusing stuff #that happens before) because my cramps get BAD on the first day and i used to be incapacitated for almost the entire day or be awake all #night because i refused to take a painkiller before it was 'bad enough' but thats really silly and not anyone should do #ibuprofen is your friend she wants to help #(but yk dont overdo it. but im not talking to that kind of crowd)#randombabbling

what is wrong with my brain that for now 3 years in a row i get a depression episode at the start of spring. that is literally the worst time ever to get a depression episode.

#im training the new girl and im trying so hard not 2 be bitchy but ive got a headache my ears hurt from the mask glasses conbo and its also #so fuckjng hot in the vuilding today for some reason AND my mouth is consrantly sry no matter what i do AND im cramping .#and she like. brenda was like yas sooo were having you train her so she can see how everybody does the rooms differently #but she isnt listening to me when i tell her how i do rooms shes just doing the rooms the way nee does and its like . annoying me abit #and also just now i was like Ok hokd off on vacuuming and if yiu could just sweep the bathroom bc theres tons of litter #and then i went to drop off recycling #cane back abd shes vacuuming . and didnt sweep the bathroom. and its like . ok girl listen 2 me now im going to sweep the bathroom and #there will be litter all over the carpet you just vacuumed do you understand. at home with COVID. came up positive yesterday. stuck at home for at least these next 6 days, could be more.

i think it happened so i would have time to do the courses i've been working on since the beginning of the year. i was slacking these last couple of months. i will be investing some of this at-home time cracking down on said coursework. then, lots of rest, hydration, and some minor cleaning until i'm better.

#esther types about random stuff #this does suck though lol #yesterday i felt like total ass #today is much better than yesterday #as long as the headache doesn't come back #so far that has been the most annoying symptom i have had
