How would ezra having a girlfriend (age like 15) and inviting her over for dinner go
oh my God, it will be chaotic.
ezra would tell it to both you and eren during breakfast. he's been planning on it with his girlfriend for forever, especially because if ezra dates someone, it's more or less serious even tho he's so young (perks of having eren as a dad in this au bc he teaches his sons how to be gentlemen djehnd). eren would choke on his eggs and he'll ask ezra to repeat it. you, on the other hand, are somewhat surprised yet happy for your eldest. you're looking at him like, "huh," with a tiny smile.
"i'm bringing over my girlfriend for dinner later," ezra would say as if he's talking to a toddler, his eyes specifically on eren.
"ezra, when was this?"
eren would be so dramatic bc one of his babies is finally dating someone ??? [insert swooning from the head of this chaotic family] and it's at a younger age than when he had his first relationship dwhdw kids these days. cue eren just asking questions about ezra's girlfriend while you're patting him on the back bc he's more excited than anyone in the room. when you see ezra's eyes light up while talking about this mystery girl, you feel your heart melt. it's so pure and so sincere at the same time ??? if you can classify it, it's almost like puppy love at its finest bc ezra looks so infatuated that it has caspian gagging on his milk (mind you, he's basically a kid (11) and he's plotting something against ezra at this point), to which aran slaps his arm at.
then, the dinner comes.
the girl is absolutely pretty. eren feels so proud and just stares at you while you welcome ezra's girlfriend into the house. he's leaning on the wall, full on admiring you for being so kind and welcoming to this girl. once he finds ezra's gaze, he immediately nods in an impressed manner and flashes a thumbs-up at his son, something that ezra rolls his eyes at. aran and caspian peeks from the family room like gossiping little shits. caspian doesn't believe ezra could ever date someone in general, given that he's known for starting fights with the youngest of the family. aran, though, is amazed that ezra can act so soft ??? bc both of them are watching ezra whisper to his girlfriend's ear, with the girl shaking her head with a smile, and ezra would furrow his brows but there's underlying relief peeking through his face. (he's probably asking her if it's too much and she's saying it's alright. cue the choreographed awwww.)
ezra acting so lovey dovey with his girlfriend: 🦋🌼💞✨💕🥰💖😮💨🦋🌻🌷
cassie and ran while watching their brother: what the fuck ????? what sorcery is this ????
no, but really.
ezra with his girlfriend: 🥰🦋🥰🦋🌼
ezra with his brothers: 😈👹😈👹💢
during the dinner, you're engaging his girlfriend in a chat (read: interrogation). like what are her intentions with your son, what are her plans for the future, you know the usual parent questions that have every child cower in embarrassment. ezra is looking at you like, mom, are you crazy ?? shut upppp and eren is like, "no no, she's doing something right, ez, let your mother be." caspian, oh this little shit, is spewing all the random facts about ezra and even aran joins in.
"did you know he once practiced kissing using the back of his hand?" aran casually starts a conversation while cutting his hamburger steak.
"ooh! i saw that!" caspian cackles. he then makes kissy faces. "he was like this. i bet he was practicing for you! oh, we can't forget about him belly-flopping on uncle zeke's pool and his swimming trunks floated up the surface before him."
aran full-on laughs at the dinner table.
"oh, my God!" ezra exclaims with a warm face. "can you two shut the hell up?!"
"language," eren calmly points his fork at ezra. you simply narrow your eyes at him.
aran sobers up from laughing. "remember that one time he called 911 because our cousin, helene, got her period while visiting us?" he bursts out laughing again. "the 911 operator was laughing at him and he nearly cried."
"hey! i was eleven — i didn't know what to do. cut me some slack!" ezra glares at both of his brothers. "in my defense, you," he points at aran, "are freaking out, too! you were looking for tampons and pads in every drawer here!"
"at least i wasn't crying literal tears and shouting that she's bleeding out to death." aran looks at ezra's girlfriend, wordlessly saying, "you're dating this guy?"
ezra's girlfriend meekly catches your gaze. "is it always like this?"
you laugh a little. "understatement of the century."
it ends with eren adding on to the embarrassing stories (though he is proud of telling them rather than purely for embarrassing ezra), aran and caspian still giggling to each other, ezra out for blood, and you feeling so exhilarated that your family didn't scare the poor girl away.

Dad eren with teenage daughter who’s hailey, cassie is lily, aran is alex (ezria decided to stay home) (0:32) eren having a panic attack knowing this day would come but still wasn’t ready for it
if lock!eren has a teenage daughter, she would always be butting heads with aran. she's closest with ezra given that she's his twin sister. eren always gets a near heart attack when his sweet little girl does things that gives the implication that she's slipping away from his fingers. i can't help but make this into a scenario, good Lord. here you go, love! < enjoy 3
[at the time i finished this]: this took longer than i anticipated :> i have so many schoolwork because we're nearing our finals. this explains why i spend less time here now :< i can't seem to find the time to write these days and it's making me sad.
aversion? — set in the lock universe where eren and reader has a teenage daughter
masterlist
"This sucks," Eileen Jaeger grumbles in the backseat of the car, huffing away her hair that she inherited from you. She's squished in with her little brothers, both of which pull on her sanity every single day of her life. She adores Caspian simply because he has this baby face that he never lost even at thirteen. However, the bane of her existence comes in the form of Aran, the cheeky bastard who's the second mother of the family when you're out for the day. Eileen crosses her arms on her chest while leaning forward to place her face in the middle of the front seats. "Dad, are you sure you really convinced Ezra to come with us?"
Eren looks up to the rearview mirror and meets his daughter's eyes. She takes after you --- it's almost like he's looking at a younger you that he met when he was in high school. Imagine his elation when you gave birth to two precious babies, both of which had no shed of him on their features. Ever since you announced your pregnancy, he always hoped the baby would be your carbon copy. Both Ezra and Eileen are blessings that you bestowed him, with one of them requesting to be left alone back home because of exam revisions (something that Eileen should be doing instead of accompanying her brothers to the shopping district). "Yeah, I did, sweetie," Eren answers while turning back to the road. "He's busy studying for his exams."
"Which you should be doing," Aran casually states from the other side of the back seat.
"Do you even know how to have fun, Ran?" Eileen shots back.
"No need to get all worked up," the younger boy raised his hands. "I'm just saying that you need to sort out your priorities straight."
"Dad, I think we should drop Aran in the funhouse since he went past the stage of having a childhood, unlike Caspian."
Caspian leans back in his seat. "Hey, don't drag me into this."
"Dad will kill me if I say this to you but we all know which stage you're going to be standing on if you keep this up."
"Hey, at least I have the body for it---"
"So, you agree? You're going to end up in a stripping---"
"Oh, shut up!"
"Okay, okay, okay," Eren voices out from the driver's seat. "This dispute you two have should be postponed for the rest of the day. Do I make myself clear?" When his kids don't answer, Eren peers through the rearview mirror with slightly narrowed eyes. "Do I make myself clear?" He doesn't know how you do this when he's not home.
"Yes, Dad." Both Eileen and Aran mutter back.
"Good. Because God knows what your mother would do to me if we go back home from this impromptu trip with you still fighting." The brown-haired man shudders at the image of you staring at him from across the counter island with a spatula in hand, with half of your children throwing daggers back and forth in the background. The shopping district is then in view and Eren is craning his neck to catch a free spot in the expansive parking lot. With the vehicle parked, he turns around to his three angelic children who don varying faces of excitement. Eileen is pursing her lips while side-eyeing the window, Aran is humming something under his breath, and Caspian leans forward to match Eren's wide-eyed stare. "Alright, my offspring, how about some lunch? The food court is calling me."
"The food court?" Eileen scrunches her face. "Dad, there are restaurants in the district that don't smell like a boys' locker room."
Eren slowly shifts his head to his only daughter. "How do you know what a boys' locker room smells like---?"
"I actually like the food court," Caspian conveniently slides into the conversation.
"See!" The oldest Jaeger in the car cheers, his emerald eyes shining with glee. "Cassie likes the food court. So, how about it, huh? Come on, we shouldn't deprive ourselves just because of Leen's aversion t--"
Aran cackles.
Eren looks like he received the news that you're pregnant with twins again.
When nobody laughs along with him, Aran glances at Eileen who's pleading for him to stop opening his mouth. He shoots her an apologetic look but she simply gives him her back, opting to stare out the window with a regretful air around her. "Never m-mind," Aran tries to defuse the tension but judging from the blank yet hooded reaction from their father, he knows he fucked up. Ezra doesn't even know that Eileen already lost her virginity (such a funny concept, Aran thinks) and he's her twin. It just brought out when Eileen came home in the earliest of mornings while Aran was preparing breakfast, with the girl looking like she spent the night with a raccoon (her boyfriend looks like one anyway). She made him promise that he would never voice this out to anyone else. Now, Aran wants nothing more than to disappear, especially when Eren meets his gaze. He hastily looks down because his father looks like he's ready to burn everything to the ground while having an internal meltdown. "F-Forget I said anything."
But the damage is done. The car is silent, tension palpable that Caspian is starting to fiddle with his shirt's collar. It stays that way until the family reaches the doll store. It's their first stop since Mikasa and Sasha requested for them to bring their daughter's broken one, hoping to get it fixed before the baby realizes it's gone.
Eren remains brooding as they enter the store, his goddaughter's broken doll embraced close to his chest. Some mothers pull their children away from him, his long hair, small tattoos, and stud earrings not helping how people see him at the moment. The three Jaeger kids slowly follow their father, who's making a beeline toward the doctor's room. Aran purses his lips with wide eyes, Eileen is about to cry, and Caspian grimaces at the current situation.
"Why would you react like that?" Eileen whirls to Aran. "You know how he is with this stuff!"
Aran turns to his older sister. Even at her shorter height, her anger always spooks him. It doesn't help that she looks like you. "I'm sorry! It just came out of me. You're not gonna lie --- it is funny!" He points at her.
Eileen looks offended. "No, it's not." She pauses, her face becoming more distraught at the thought that she disappointed her dad. "No, it's not! Nobody knows about this except you and I want it to stay that way until I leave for college. Mom has a suspicion, though, but I know she won't tell Dad about any of this."
"Stop panicking, Leen," Aran sighs out, his hands on his hips. "Dad won't think too much about my reaction."
"I highly doubt that," Caspian voices out. "Remember the time he caught me trying to buy that expensive soccer equipment on his laptop?" He receives looks of expectation from both of his older siblings. "He didn't believe my excuse of watching porn so he dug into his history until he found it. That man," he nodded his head towards Eren, "is one heck of an overthinker." Caspian shrugs. "Just saying." Then, he separates from the two towards the sports aisle of the doll store.
The two watch their baby brother pick up a male doll dressed as a soccer player with an impressed face. Aran shakes his head, leaving Caspian be, before facing his sister. "Leen, I doubt Dad will look deeper into this."
"Okay," Eren appears behind his kids, who jump an inch in the air at the sound of his drawling voice. "The doll is with the doctor right now. They're going to run some tests and they'll call us when it's married." All of Aran's self-convincing dissipate in thin air. Eileen freezes at the contained heavy breathing her father is doing since they entered the shopping district. "I mean, ready. They'll call us when she's ready. Ready. Such a funny word. Funny how people nowadays just claim they're completely ready. I thought it would take them years to realize they're ready but I guess I was wrong. Wrong and naive." Eileen and Aran don't dare exchange glances for fear of Eren sniffing out that maybe his second son has an inkling of his beloved daughter's predicament. "If you two will excuse me, I'll be making an important call."
The moment he walks out of the sliding doors of the store, Aran and Eileen share a relieved sigh.
"Important call? I bet it's Mom," Aran states.
Eileen groans. "Oh, great!"
Outside, Eren loses his blank facade. He puts his phone in his ear, the other side of the call already ringing. At the sound of the call picking up, he runs his hand through his hair, messing up his bun. "Honey," he all but breathed out.
You furrow your brows at your end of the call. Today is a busy day in the city hall and having your husband ring your desk telephone in the middle of it makes you straighten in your office. "Hey, honey, is something wrong? I didn't expect you to call at this hour." You look at the wall clock.
"Am I interrupting your work?" Eren asks.
"No, no. It's perfect timing actually. Uh, I just got out of a meeting." You meet eyes with your assistant outside of your office. Falco gestures to his desk, where a pile of files containing today's renovations around the city rests. You bit your lip to prevent a sigh from coming out. You point at the phone in your ear, hoping that the young man understands that you're talking to someone important. Falco nods, mouthing that you have ten minutes before you are needed by Darius Zackly. "You were saying, honey?"
Eren puts his free arm on his chest. "Do you know anything about Eileen?"
"What? Did something happen to her?"
"Does she talk to you about certain things?"
"Ren, please say it outright."
Eren ignores your request. "You know, about what goes on in her relationship with that raccoon-looking boy?"
"Oh, you mean with her boyfriend? Sometimes, yeah."
"And in those sometimes, did she mention anything about being ready?"
"Ren, what is this about?" Your tone is soft and Eren thanks you for it.
"You know how she never talks to me about anything ever since she started high school. I just," Eren sighs, "I just want to be a safe space for her to talk about everything and anything. Like how she is with you. It sucks that I'm always thrown in the dark when it comes to this stuff. I won't be mad at her, I hope she knows that. I want to be the cool dad who's chill enough to be okay with this." He trails off.
You smile. "But?"
"But I can't help but feel like she's growing up too fast."
"Yeah, I know, honey. To be honest, Leen didn't talk to me about it."
"What?"
"Mhm. I'm waiting for her to be comfortable enough to let us know. I had my suspicions and you confirmed it. Ren?"
"Yeah, baby?"
"Just because this happened to her, it doesn't mean she changed. She's still our Eileen, Ren. Now, promise me that you won't say something that can hurt her."
Eren softens, his shoulders losing the tension. "I promise, honey. I love you."
He's pretty sure you're looking down with a small smile that reaches your eyes, one that paints your irises in little stars. "I love you, Ren." It gives him butterflies. He can't help but grin at those three little words that became a daily exchange between you two, so frequent yet still holds the same intensity of feelings that only solidified now that you have a family with him. If this was during college, nobody would catch the two of you throwing that phrase casually. You two (most specifically you) believe that it's too big of a deal.
With his day shifting brighter after his call with you, Eren saunters the store with animated steps and a small grin that crinkles his eyes. He spots his two sons conversing at a tea party table in front of the huge window overlooking the floor of the store. He raises his eyebrows when he sees that Caspian is holding a doll while Aran picks out a couple of sports uniforms from a portable drawer. Despite the rare sight, Eren's grin broadens, warmth tingling his chest. He walks towards the doctor's room where he left the broken doll, stopping beside Eileen, who took the role of listening to the doctor while Eren made the call.
"So, what's the prognosis, doc?"
The doctor jumps at his sudden appearance. The man's eyes widened at Eren's height, a good five inches over the top of the pretend doctor's head. "Oh, you must be the one who dropped her here. Well, as I was saying to this young lady here," he nods at Eileen, "we can fix most of Sina's broken arm but she may never gain full mobility around the joints because the company doesn't make those parts anymore."
"That's pretty good, right? She'll look exactly the same, no one will know," Eileen states with a shrug of her shoulders.
Eren slightly pouts. "I'll know."
If you're here right now, you would have glared at him until he apologized for the unnecessary comment and for brewing another argument.
The doctor shifts in his seat. "Uh---"
"I'm saying that I like her the way she was, she's the sweetest girl I've ever cared for since she appeared." Silence. Eren hastily adds, "When I saw her out of her packaging, that is."
Eileen takes a deep breath. "Dad, she's still the sweetest girl you've ever cared for."
"No, she's..." He remembers your words. "I'm sorry, doc, but I'm still processing the news." Eren narrows his eyes, though not in a threatening manner. "Can we get a little privacy while we talk about the possible solutions that can cure the damage to this little girl?"
The doctor blinks. "Oh, sure." He stands up and points at the next room. "I have to deliver bad news to a kid over there anyway. Might as well do it now instead of pushing it back."
Now that the father-daughter duo has been left alone, Eren faces Eileen. He stuffs his hands inside his pockets instead of crossing them on his chest. "Listen, Leen," he starts, his voice cracking a little. Eren clears his throat while his mind runs a hundred different sentences to assure his only daughter. He lays out the facts: Eileen is almost of legal age and he claims he's a cool parent that rivals you in any aspect of the kids' lives. He thinks of saying that sex is a part of everyone's growth. He's ready to tell her that he's there if ever something goes wrong. Instead of voicing out the very essence of what he's thinking, Eren says, "This might probably be for a little while. Why don't you check on the food court and see if they have empty tables that can fit us four."
Eren is an idiot.
Eileen feels like all air has been sucked out of her lungs. "Oh." She looks down, her fingers wringing the sleeves of her cardigan. "O-Okay, Dad."
Eren purses his lips. "Okay, kiddo."
She turns away, only to come back a second later to ask, "Dad, do you want a booth or a regular table?"
The brunet releases a breath. His entire demeanor softens. "Whatever is right for you, sweetie. I trust your decisions and I trust you." He opens his arms. He doesn't even have to beckon her because his little girl, the sweetest that he ever cared for since she appeared in his life, immediately buries herself in his embrace. Eren feels her nuzzle deeper in his chest. It takes everything in him not to burst into tears. Instead, he inhales the familiar shampoo you always buy for her --- watermelon and something floral. Eren kisses the top of his daughter's head, contented that his bond with her becomes tauter than it already is.
bonus:
"Hey, Dad," Caspian calls out to Eren while they're waiting for the doll.
Eileen and Aran left to get a free spot in one of the family restaurants around the shopping districts, the former's request was approved because Eren felt the need to be sentimental.
The tall brunet looks at his youngest and down to the doll in his hands. "Yeah, Cassie?"
"Can I get this doll?" He carefully lifts the doll for his father to see. He knows this requires a double take --- a thirteen-year-old boy who wants to buy a doll. Caspian watches as Eren uncrosses his arms and tucks them into his pockets. "Uh, he is an all-around kid who likes all kinds of sports. You see, his kit has free ten sports outfits, all of them I play since elementary. I want to buy this doll because if I feel like playing another sport this school year other than soccer, I can just change his clothes. Like a mood tracker but for my hobby. I don't know if you understand me but---" The youngest Jaeger stops when Eren wraps his arms around his smaller figure. "Dad?" His voice is muffled.
"Yes, Cassie," Eren nods, kissing his son's head. "You can get that doll, you can even get more outfits for him if you want."
"... Dad, one additional outfit costs seventy-five dollars."
"You can get that doll and his free outfits."
Caspian laughs. "Thanks, Dad. You're so cool."
Eren sways Caspian to an imaginary tune, relishing in the happiness he got because of this trip.
