Billy is racist and the fandom really needs to stop pushing that to the side. I know y’all really want your white boy of the year whose secretly gay and just repressed but that’s not Billy. He’s homophobic, he’s racist, he’s bigoted. It doesn’t matter what Dacre said about Billy.

Since the Duffers clearly disagree with him and they’re literally the creators of the show. Billy is meant to show the backlash one might face in the 80s when going into an interracial relationship. The books I read effect my writing a ton so I'm always curious about the books my favorite fic writers read.

Unfortunately there are a lot of people who tend to ruin a lot of good things. I'm a very naive person (sorta not so much anymore) and I don't tend to learn my lessons until I hit my breaking point. This person really knew exactly how to rake me over the coals til I shattered like a Batavian tear.

(Dramatics aside) it sucked.

I'll get over it eventually though, I make progress every day.

And thank you for saying you're proud of me. Ahaha I might've actually really needed that.

Oh blippie, I read a TON of books haha. A lot of books influence what I write too, that’s the fun creation cycle! Currently I’m reading Legends & Lattes and earlier this week I finished A Restless Truth!
