#YESTERDAY I FOUND RANDOM SCREENSHOTS FROM SOMEONE IN MY PHONE?#AND TODAY I FOUND VERY SIMILAR SCREENSHKTS AGAIN????#AND I NOTICED THE SCREENSHKTS WERE TAKEN ON SOMEONES PHONE ANS THERE WAS A LIL “whatsapp” note at the top to go back to the app #so i opened whatsapp #and i found out i was added to a random group where someone is literally doing an ad #the screenshots were of an ad. and in the group when i opened it this random number was advertising this app.#what the fuck #i havent opened whatsapp in like months i used it only once because i needed to contact my sister about smt #what the FUCK #WHY CAN A RANDOM PERSON ADD OVER 50 PEOPLE INTO A GEOUP TO TRY AND GET THEM TO GET AN APP #FUCK YOU?#stiff talk #im deleting the app what the fuck

oh my god i just. my antivirus program just ran a check & had this "here's apps you don't use and waste space" pop-up and skype was at the top & i was like why the fuck do i still have skype. so opened it for the first time in. i don't know? 5 years? and i had a message from last month(!) from an old classmate going hey my phone's busted (before we usually talked via whatsapp...) do you have a discord? & i. oh it's just funny to me

#only thing to use skype for is going 'is there any other way to contact you'#i still might not delete it bc of the old gc on there. idk #the memories...#it's so funny to me now that for a good bit i like refused to switch to discord even though my friends in the main gc then were like. #About an hour ago everybody who had the app of the Israeli home front command installed got a message #saying go to a protected room immediately and stay there until further notice -#All around the whole country people got this #we saw it and from friends and from my boyfriends family also who shared it on WhatsApp and called and tried to figure out #what was going on because there was absolutely zero further information #and this was directly after the (since disproven) aircraft invasion alert for all cities in Northern Israel #So for a few minutes we all thought the only thing that could cause this would be an actual atomic bomb #and it turned out to be just a false alarm #which was obviously an immense feeling of relief #but at the same time - it's this feeling of. Profound helplessness #it's just one dumb mistake and it can make you literally think your life and the life of everybody around you could be over #and every part of this is like this #somebody says oh Lebanon is invading and somebody says oh Syria is firing at us #and you start flinching at every loud sound #and of course you know that this is also happening to people in Gaza who don't have any sort of shelter at all #and it's so crazy #like it's not just that this situation is beyond my control #it's that this situation is beyond ANYONES control #and this was literally just a mistake #but it just messes with your head so much
