Aprilia, Latina. Servizio straordinario di controllo del territorio ad alto impatto nel quartiere “Vallelata”: identificate 116 persone e controllati 77 veicoli. Nella giornata del 05 aprile ad Aprilia (LT), i Carabinieri del Reparto Territoriale Carabinieri di Aprilia (LT), unitamente a personale del Nucleo Antisofisticazione e Sanità di Latina e a quello del Nucleo Carabinieri Forestali di Latina, hanno svolto un servizio straordinario di controllo del territorio ad alto impatto nel quartiere “Vallelata”, in coordinamento con la Questura di Latina, Guardia di Finanza di Aprilia (LT) e Polizia Locale di Aprilia (LT). Al termine dei predetti controlli: • personale del NAS contestava a un cittadino indiano classe 87 residente ad Aprilia (LT) titolare di un’attività commerciale alimentare, la sanzione amministrativa di cui art. 6 c. 8 dlgs 193/2007 per mancata applicazione delle procedure di autocontrollo sull’ingresso dei prodotti alimentari che prevede il pagamento di euro 2.000,00; • personale del Nucleo Carabinieri Forestali deferivano in stato di libertà un cittadino bulgaro classe 75 residente ad Aprilia (LT) titolare di un’autocarrozzeria, per violazione dell’art. 137 c. 1, con prescrizioni di cui all’art. 138 bis, dlgs 152/2006 per scarico di acque reflue non autorizzato, nonchè contestate due violazioni amministrative, per medesimo articolo, che prevedono il pagamento di euro 2.500,00 ed euro 2.000,00; • peronale del Nucleo Carabinieri Forestali deferivano in stato di libertà un cittadino classe 87 residente ad Aprilia (LT) titolare della ditta che si occupa dello smaltimento di rifiuti, per la violazione dell’art. 256 c. 2, con applicazione delle prescrizioni di cui all’art. 318 bis, del dgls 152/2006 per la gestione illecita dei rifiuti, che prevede inoltre il pagamento della sanzione amministrativa pari ad euro 6.500,00. rifiuti sottoposti a sequestro. In esito al monitoraggio della circolazione stradale sono stati controllati 116 soggetti e 77 veicoli, elevate n. 3 sanzioni per violazione al codice della strada per un totale di euro 297,00.
