Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer / Ripto’s Rage - Aquaria Towers:
“When I did my level reviews for the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, I’ve mentioned how much I hated this level, mainly because of the gameplay and how akward the controls felt. The original version is so much better. The gameplay is a lot more smoother and enjoyable.”
PS: the gameplay used for this gifsetis not mine. The original video belongs to the user: EtherealCrisp, on Youtube.

Having broad taste in music leads one to find unique sound samples/progressions/drumbeats and to instantly recognize them when they're used elsewhere.
When liking video game music produces this phenomenon it's especially weird.
We were picking music for this year's choreography in my dance class and two of the options had sounds or progressions I immediately recognized.
"Saptak" by Solace has a drum sample in it that's exactly the drumline of "Hard Fought" from HL2 (both links timestamped). I think they even kept and looped the backing drone from "Hard Fought" as well (If we assume it was a direct inspiration the timing lines up, too! HL2 came out 4 years before "Saptak" was released if the date on that video is correct. Granted this may be a fairly generic D&B beat but the sound libraries are identical.)
The other track I don't have a link for yet (will edit/RB when I get one) but it absolutely has the "meow" soundbyte from "Zephyr" on the Spyro 2 soundtrack, which just about cracked me up the first time I heard it because I had never heard, nor expected to hear, that sample elsewhere. And it's not just in the background it's a major sample in the bridge!

🏖️ Sunny Beach Day - Penside Pool 🐢
Jump on in to the cave's water—it leads to the way out from here, yes, but I think it's worth your time to swim around in there even if you're heading to the beach anyway. There's just something different about a pool this wide and deep that feels and sounds unique from being under the waves at the shore...

The above is the view from The Traders hotel - a hotel situated near to the KLCC Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur.
The hotel is within walking distance to the tower, and is near to the awesome KLCC park.
Apart from the KLCC view from most rooms, the hotel is also close to the Kuala Lumpur's aquarium, the Aquaria.
If you're thinking of getting a hotel room near to the Petronas towers and want some good options, just head on to the site below :

What would the great leaders do if they had illegitimate children
Some of them actually do!
Hethor Etios secretly sent her illegitimate son to Folkvar Kingdom and told everyone he died at birth. He is being raised by her friend and doesn't know he's technically royalty...but I think one day his caregiver or perhaps his real father (Hethor's brother-in-law) will spill the beans.
Morgause of the Unseelie ignores all her kids, legitimate or not. Sometimes she kills them out of paranoia, fearing they will try to usurp her throne one day. They're scared shitless of her and try to stay out of her way.
Oberon Mogdir has had a few "oops babies" in his time, but he has both the child and mother assassinated by the mafia to protect his image.
Gultopp Folkvar's daughter Sygbarne is not exactly "illegitimate", but she is not eligible for the throne and he doesn't want his people to know about her, so he locked her away in a tower for the rest of her life.
Roz Yerim-Mor would love all of his children, regardless of their circumstances.
Serafeen of Damijana secretly aborted an illegitimate baby.
Chua Lamai is supposed to be celibate, so they'd pull a Hethor and send their kid away to a foreign land. Indiga Evangeline would do the same.
Marghan Matuzu completely ignores his bastard kids and denies fatherhood to them.
Qara Zareen would also send hers away, not to save face but because she doesn't want to deal with them. One kid is already too much responsibility for her.
Sovereign of Aquaria banishes his "defective" children from his kingdom, and most of them go live in a special colony populated by their unwanted siblings.

16 for the fandom ask
16. a tiny detail in canon that you want more people to appreciate
I'll avoid the joke answer of "canon in general" and go with... the value Sonic sees in his friends.
Given fans and certain adaptations alike have had him treat Tails, Knuckles, etc like punching bags and/or scapegoats, or he's forced to learn the value of teamwork despite him being infamous for the real superpower of teamwork, it'd be nice if more folk got reacquainted with the trust and respect that is clearly present with Game Sonic.
For Spyro, it's been a common joke for years that in Spyro 2, Ripto doesn't actually do anything beyond taking over the homeworld castles, since there's no prominent mook species like the Gnorcs and Rhynocs, and he's never mentioned directly in any of the levels. That's a funny thought and all, but the unused dialogue for the level cutscenes have since confirmed that he is indeed responsible for the goings on in each of the levels (sending the water workers to Sunny Beach and Aquaria Towers, sending the warlocks to Cloud Temples, instigating the war between Breeze Harbour and Zephyr, etc). But even before said unused dialogue was unearthed, it always seemed like the obvious conclusion to me. Why would things be any different in this game compared to Gnasty Gnorc in the first one, and the Sorceress in the third?

This time we head to Aquaria Towers where we deftly avoid obstacles, destroy metal sharks and wrangle big manta rays.
Spyro is a classic series of action adventure platforming games where you play as a little dragon collecting gems and jumping around. The Reignited Trilogy remasters these games for modern platforms giving us pretty new graphics while keeping true to the fun of the originals. We're still a little dragon and we're still collecting gems.
