A Japanese man allegedly angry that his ideas had been stolen admitted Tuesday to starting a fire that killed 36 people in an animation studio in 2019, local media said.

The blaze that ripped through the studios of Kyoto Animation in July 2019 shocked Japan as well as the huge anime industry and its fans around the world.

"It's correct I've done" what is in the charges, Shinji Aoba said at the Kyoto District Court as the trial opened, according to the Jiji Press news agency.

"I didn't think so many people would die and now I think I went too far," said the 45-year-old.

Realising I text in two completely diff styles depending on my kinshifts is weird. Like, I've been looking back on my texts and they look like this:

'Heyo, let's go and blow up something >:3'

Swiftly followed by, 'Actually let us be better than those foolish acts. Refrain from burning down the school in my absence.'

Hhhhh I love double kinshifts. Though, sometimes they agree on just a reckless act and can text without wild flipping of styles.

hell yea i've started writing it (⁠人⁠ ⁠•͈⁠ᴗ⁠•͈⁠) except now it's hanma, takemichi AND naoto being dads skfjsh i just HAD to include that guy. i thought it'd make sense (somehow) for all three of them to get transported to the past after a time leap gone wrong. long story short naoto and (unconscious)takemichi got kidnapped shortly after naoto killed mikey, and izana wants to use their power to prevent shin's murder in the past. except izana's been torturing naoto while waiting for takemichi to wake up bc he's not exactly the most stable guy out there, esp after mikey's death. when he sees naoto's state, michi runs to him and tries to shake his hand so he can make sure this future never happens, but hanma (who was tasked with guarding takemichi while he was out cold) tries to stop him, and the moment the three of them come into contact they get sent to the past, in like 1998. now they have nothing left but the clothes on their back, and they'll have to start from scratch in this nostalgic era... and eventually realize their past friends are still there, but they're all baby. i think hanma and naoto would have some nice parallels, each living essentially for one person, giving away everything for them (hanma following kisaki's orders and naoto trying to save his sister) but now that person is gone and their version in this world doesn't even know they exist... the angst. plus naoto really looks like kisaki at times. he's got them cold blue-grey eyes too. i think hanma would like him (he's got a thing for short (average-sized but everyone's short to him) kings with murderous thoughts). naoto would just wanna kill him & kisaki & izana though (even though the last two are still kids. getting tortured really didn't help fix that side of him). takemichi is gonna have to handle these two absolute menaces to society now skfhdf (watch me make this a romantic comedy + found family somehow despite the fucked up setting i started out with)

i understand the need to make your special guy suffer u_u that's just how it is sometimes (my current fave guy to hit with hammers is naoto, i hope i can write some good stuff with him for the server too)

absolutely love these murder plots for kisaki (a normal sentence) especially the part where he makes takemichi watch helplessly *giggles cutely* and him jamming communications is a+ evil mastermind stuff (people being completely at a loss for what to do the moment you take away their usual technology from them is always super fun and scary to think about). mikey being used to lure the others into a trap?? hell yeah B-)

hehehe there's just something about villains being a little good and heroes being a little bad :^) it's unexpected it's exciting and it just freaking rules tbh

wakui writing tr's main antagonist and tr's main love interest: "what if they were both obsessed with takemichi, to the point where we find out that even a dozen years later they still hadn't moved on from him at all? yes perfect." (need to write ot3 fic for them eventually... either this or hina gets a gf. i have GOT to stop making her sit it out in the cuck chair when she could have two utterly dedicated and loving husbands instead)

Scars | Modern Verse Edition

Zipper Scar.

Kit has an old "zipper scar" on the back of head and neck from a brain surgery she had a young child - before her dad died. She does not remember the surgery or why it was done, but the scar reminds her of times with her dad during recovery. It's this scar that gets her teased quite a lot as it is barely hidden by her hair at times and can always be seen if close up.

Dog Bites.

Mentioned previously, Kit has multiple scars on her ankles and calves from being attacked by dogs. These are pretty obvious scars and she hides them under jeans or overalls most of the time.

Fingertip Scarring.  

from dermatophagia. Reiterating about Kit's sometimes unhealthy stims. She will chew on her fingernails and the skin of her fingers at times - particularly when she's feeling overwhelmed by something. This often leaves them cracked and bleeding.

Burn Scar(s).

These take the place of Kit's most prominent scars from her spinal punctures. Received accidentally in an act of arson by a fellow foster sibling. Still her most prominent scars, the burns take up 85% of her back in multiple patches. They are her most sensitive and painful, mentally and physically. She keeps them hidden as best as possible.

Lee Marchetti (non-cannon marble hornets): i always think of tim and i's house or brian's couch. the house tim and i lived in, the one alex burned down, was so great. i loved that place so much, it was the first real house i had ever really lived in, it held so many memories both good and bad, fights, late night coffee when neither of us could sleep, nightmares, laughs. but it was home. as for brian's couch, that thing was cleaned so many times after he found it on the side of the road but it still looked like it held so many diseases... but it was so damn comfortable. so many naps were taken on that couch while the others talked about alex's project and everything since i wasn't really part of the project.

Marcus Keay (non-cannon magnus archive): uh... our flat. gerard and i had a little flat together after we got away from our mum and gerard started working with gertrude. i still remember the layout of it. the kitchen never really had any real food in it, the coffee table always had some sort of notes or drawings on it, we always had rock/metal/whatever music playing, gerard would pass out on the couch more than he would sleep in his own room so we just kept a blanket and pillow out there. after he died i never actually put the blanket and pillow away, they just kinda lived on the couch. though there were a few times tim would crash at my flat and i think jon stayed there for a few days after the whole frame of him for murder thing happened before he went to stay with georgie. i think i was the only person in the archive who actually knew where he was... well, besides elias.
