Memorial Service Held in Oasis Springs

Celebrating the life and honoring the passing of Malcolm, Lord Landgraab of Oasis Springs...

The different branches of the Landgraab Family of Oasis Springs gathered at Summerwind House this morning to honor the life of the late Malcolm Landgraab.

Understandably grieved was Dowager Lady Lana Landgraab, who welcomed her guests to the service with tears running down her face behind her veil. She first greeted Soren Landgraab, Duke of Clovervale, her late husband's older brother.

His family joined him in giving respect to their aunt and sister-in-law- Princess Carolin Landgraab, Duchess of Clovervale...

...Beckham Landgraab, Viscount of Arid Ridge, and his girlfriend, Princess Malie Mahoe of Sulani...

...and Lady Brianne Landgraab. All were seen bowing or curtseying to Lady Lana, an Oasis Springs mourning tradition: All rank and titles are set aside for the duration of the service, and deference is given to the chief mourner- in this case, the widow of the departed.

The new Lord and Lady Landgraab stood to the side while Lady Lana greeted guests, looking not quite so berieved as the late Lord's widow. Rumor has it the new Lady Landgraab- Lady Adelaide- has been looking forward to her advancement in rank for quite some time. She was respectful of course, but there were certainly no tearars shed by the new Lady of Summerwind House...

Lady Lana also greeted her late husband's younger sister, Eileen Thornton, Baroness Patterwood, and her family...

...Arthur Thronton, Baron Patterwood...

...and their daughters, the Right Honorable Misses Abigail and Eleanor Thornton.

Our sincere condolences for your loss. Rest In Peace, Malcolm, Lord Landgraab of Oasis Springs.

Ranking Keira Knightley movies I've seen

Found this ranking I made of Keira Knightley movies in one of my old notebooks and had to share with the world this new year's eve (worth noting that some of them like Imitation Game and Anna Karenina weren't originally on the list, so I added them tonight)

Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace - Keira Knightley is not in it enough. when she is, she's indistinguishable from Natalie Portman. 1/10

Princess of Thieves - baby Keira Knightley chops off all her hair and makes me bisexual. is a cutie with a reasonable amount of chemistry with the charming love interest. wins over grouchy dad by saving england and being good at archery. 8/10

King Arthur - Keira's acting is great but i don't think the writers knew what to do with her. i do love her costumes though. 5/10

Never Let Me Go - i barely remember anything about this movie. book was probably better. -1/10

Atonement - OMG!!! the PASSION. the YEARNING. this is the first tragic WWII romance i ever experienced and it DELIVERS. mostly though it's the green dress. the one she's wearing when she has sex with the faun from the narnia movies. that green dress belongs in Titanic or something illustrious. i don't think this movie's appreciated enough. i think it's time for a rewatch. 12/10

The Nutcracker and the Four Realms - little known (no one but my mom and i ever saw it) but holy SHIT is the world missing out. Keira puts on this high-pitched voice as the EVIL SUGAR PLUM FAIRY in a giant tuto. she is by far the best thing about the movie which unfortunately is lackluster in every way. 6/10 and all 6 are for her

Seeking a Friend for the End of the World - this movie should not be allowed to be so darn cute when it's about the literal apocalypse but it is and Keira is cute in it. she gets to go on a roadtrip with Steve Carrell in hopes of seeing her parents again before a giant meteor hits the earth and kills everyone. has a surprisingly touching ending. 8/10

Begin Again - i like anything where Keira sings. she's also a good role model for mark ruffalo's daughter in this. not my favorite John Carnye movie (that would be Sing Street which came out three years later) but definitely watchable. 7/10

Love Actually - why didn't they let Keira do anything in this movie? -2/10

Imitation Game - more tragic WWII stuff, though not as gutting as Atonement. Keira gets a turn playing the normal (albeit v. smart) person playing opposite Benedict Cumberbatch being weird. she does just as good a job as Martin Freeman while being way hotter. (also helps that the movie is better written than Sherlock.) her story isn't the tragic part and i'm not going to make jokes about Alan Turing who deserved much better than he got. 7/10

Anna Karenina - despite plalying the character whose name is the title, Keira was not in this enough. costumes were good but movie was approximately 1000 years long. still haven't forgiven my college boyfriend for making me watch it. -5/10

Pride & Prejudice - not my favorite Austen adaptation but you can't say Keira's not having the time of her life. she's a little giggly -- Elizabeth is more dry -- but she's definitely pretty and does a good job with the material given. Rosamund Pike may be the only person as good as her. 6/10

Bend It Like Beckham - the movie that launched a thousand lesbians. Keira gets put on the map as a tiny cute blond tomboyish lesbian soccer (ahem, *football*) player. she's a treat. 10/10

Pirates of the Caribbean - THE Keira Knightley movies. the dresses? check. the sword fighting? check. Pirate King with men falling at her feet? check, check, and check. best thing about the triology. got to kiss three dudes (sao feng doesn't count), gives a rousing third act speech, and gets to be the character who got the "keeps removing weapons from more and more illogical places on her person" trope. plus she sings! (a little.) disney did not deserve her and neither did any man in those movies. (orlando came closest though) 10 million/10

At this point I think as a fandom, we've lost some of the crackship charm we once had. I can look up Ashara Dayne and Ser Davos and find results, But Nettles and Helaena have nothing. It's time to rectify that for my favourite girl and try to inspire some fanfics. Feel free to add more.

1. Daeron and Nettles

Think Enemies to Lovers, Captive of War drama like Jaime and Brienne or just some good old Gwen and Arthur-inspired love. Ivy by Taylor Swift coded, a She's all that inspired affair. I genuinely think that he's just trying to be there for her with this one. It happens and neither of them realise until You're in Love starts playing.

2. Baela and Nettles.

They would give the pot calling the kettle black in every argument. The Princess Bride-esque dynamic between them. Very Graham and Megan from but I'm a Cheerleader. Sapphic Pinning and Resentment should be its own genre. Sir Chloe's Michelle is my vision. We can even make a throuple with them and Jace or Alyn. Truly, I think they but heads until they kiss, building on resentment. I also think they would be the coolest couple.

3. Addam and Nettles

Kaz and Inej core.

But in all seriousness, I think Addam being loyal and Duty bound and Nettles challenging that idea is delicious. Solider of Duty x Solider for the People. A modern-day Persuasion story but gender-flipped if we put our minds to it. See you Again Kali Uchis and Tyler the Creator, that's all.

4. Nettles and Helaena

They just deserve better. That's all. Give me cottagecore sapphic romance with my best girls involves. Like the young lesbians from Barbie and the Diamond Castle. Lesbians raising kids together. Sheepstealer and Dreamfyre hatching eggs for the nieces and nephews. I just-

It would be so cool, I will by Mitski sentiment is already attached.

5. Alyn and Nettles

Now that we are here obviously she apologized for Sheepstealer, she doesn't need to but she did, He tries not to like her but can't help it. She wins him over and they hatch him an egg or something idk. Think The Princess Diaries: Royal Engagement, Mia and Nicholas, Flipped the movie if you will. Jealously plots would slay. For the song choice think Shameless Camila Cabello. Please remember that Alyn is younger than Netty by 3/4 years though.

6. Rhaena and Nettles

See now this is classic Friends to Lovers, Emma and Harriet if gay, perhaps, Bend it Like Beckham core definitely. Sofia by Clario inspired. Nettles doesn't leave Rhaena out because she's without a dragon and the same happens inverse. Sapphic confusion however, like Rhaena doesn't understand at first why she feels that way.

7. Nettles and Jace.

Now for the Mr Knightley and Emma Woodhouse of our time, the Kate and Anthony of Westeros. The potential for her just not listening to him when he tries to tell her how to ride a dragon. Or when she talks to him about the people he'll rule over eventually, Ygritte and Jon style. She's also the only bastard who doesn't look Targaryen, he can relate to that a bit. I think she's Fierce and he's Stubborn. Ungodly Hour by Chloe x Halle for them.

8. Nettles and Alys.

The Fire Witches of Westeros. I think they will be perfect as a ship. American Horror Story-esque characters. The two Witches in the story are obviously my favourites. It would be Jennifer's Body meets, the craft meets, and Suspiria. Willow by Taylor Swift becomes them.

This one was also a bonus more or less.

Anyways I just need to start to get a baseline story for my girl by the time the show gives her to us. So we have a general sense of direction, I'm tired of the mischaracterization of my baby. She's smart, resourceful, Cunning, Fearless, and not entirely loyal. She also curses, enough for it to be a character trait. Please remember this for her, I'm tired. I also know that Daemon loved her but she's too much fun as a character to limit her to him romantically in all her fanfictions, it is an interesting narrative to explore while we don't have exact answers but he gets romantic ships with anyone. She deserves more.

Remember early on when they were dating when Harry arranged for Meghan and her parents a thanksgiving meal? I think we assumed at the time the location in Hollywood came from Arthur Landon, but maybe it was the Beckhams pad they used? Either way the pattern is they are provided all the freebies (Elton’s private jet, Clooney private jet, Beckhams house) and they get into a fight and thats it.

I actually haven't seen King Arthur: Legend of the Sword yet. Back when I got sick right after graduating from college, I binged through all the Arthurian stuff on Netflix at the time... and haven't seen much live action stuff since then.

It's in my Plan-to Watch list though! For some year or other...

An Annabelle supporter/BOW, aka the biggest Annabelle ass kisser, has seen my post. She uploaded it onto her stories as if everyone will look at it and go: “WHATT?!” Yeah, because that’s what Annabelle’s cult followers do. They share a hive mind, it’s practically all they do now if you don’t like her. They go: “😨🤯YOU DONT LIKE ANNABELLE?! SHE SHOULD —- YOU”, which is said by His fake ass lawyer on Twitter, and btw, no it isn’t a joke. This is serious.

Just because I don’t like Annabelle doesn’t make me “invalid”, “crazy”, “jealous”. Sebastian is my comfort actor, COMFORT. I do not see myself “fucking” him. I am in a RELATIONSHIP. A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP. Way healthier than with Seb and AW.

If this is a real relationship, it’s toxic as fuck. When they breakup , she’s not gonna be known more than as his “ex girlfriend”. Because tell me, the only things you know her from are from her PR boyfriends and Peaky blinders. Multiple articles have said it themselves, she’s a forgetful actress. Her role was mostly cut out of King Arthur because the director didn’t like her as Maggie.

I miss Sebastian’s ex girlfriends, do I think they were PR? No. Do I think after he signed up for CAA he’s been in PR? Yes.

It’s a very common thing within Hollywood, I hope you all know that. I mean him and his exes were always caught kissing, hugging, laughing, what not. With her it’s quite the opposite. We’ve heard from multiple of sebs co-workers the fact that seb is a good guy, but with Annabelle, it seems like her co-workers are uncomfortable with her or just dislike her. Which is the same with Tom cruise by the way.

You worship her, for what?? A high five from Seb? Oh PLEASE. Spare me the decency !! You have to be kidding, right? Seb does not give a single shit about what you say about their PR relationship.

It’s very obvious the PR is for HER gain, plus she is friends with her ex, has been seen hanging out with him while in a relationship with Chris pine, literally is SO CLOSE with her “bestie” Drew and all of a sudden is so close with her new “bestie”, James (the one who “congratulated” Sebastian in his story for more attention too)

It’s not a “rumor” that she’s an alcoholic. She literally posts photos of herself having wine in the back, every after party she has wine, on vacation she’ll have wine in her hand, dinner photos she’ll have wine in her hand, promoting a wine brand (previously), and etc. there’s PHOTO PROOF I have of her being problematic, not to mention I can just screen record it right now (if you still don’t believe me).

Sebastian doesn’t even carry her luggage, he only lets her hold a finger (he never did that before), and you mainly see them leaving each other behind or standing 4 to 6 feet away from each other. Seriously?? If that was any of his exes, he’d be practically doing anything he could to make them feel comfortable, there’s photos to prove that too.

CAA, aka the company Seb joined in 2020, is known for promoting PR relationships and putting their clients into them to promote their public figure. Seb doesn’t need it, Annabelle does. She hasn’t became this known since she even started dating famous men, starting all the way from James R.

Seb has NEVER been more baited in a relationship before. She baits everyone anyways, including her leech friends. When she was recording the “game” she purposefully slowed down when it got to Brady and Beckham, just to prove that she is sitting near Tom and David?? Not to mention she is purposely trying to get the cameras attention, looking into any camera she can see, trying to move closer to Tom and David, whatever. It’s annoying and desperate. She tries way too hard to stand out and be noticed, not to mention tries to be “funny” and pretend she’s “private” since getting with Seb in the first place.

Oh but what did she do before? Post her PR boyfriends 24/7 for more spotlight and attention. What a shocker!!! It’s getting tiring. Plus she also follows his fan accounts, stalks the fan pages, stalks tumblr blogs/posts, etc. she is a creepy stalker, there’s no denying it… she even looks into what people say about her and her fake relationship with Seb, it has been proven MULTIPLE times.🙄 When will you people open your eyes???

babe what's your opinion on the charles and alex thing now with how the people in their life are posting them central focus in almost staged looking pics? also it's really been making me think when I notice how Arthur seems to have been distancing himself from Charles and now not even going on vacation with the family...

I think, as I have thought for a while, that Charles is branching out of F1 in terms of his public image. People think it’s Alexandra that wants the fame and the social media presence but I think the driving factor is Charles. The people he surrounds himself with, the way he curates his online presence…it seems like he likes the way he’s going in terms of being part of a more traditional “celebrity” couple. It’s very David and Victoria Beckham.

I don’t know too much about Arthur but I feel like since he started his new relationship he is spending a bit less time with Charles and Alexandra, and their older brother and his gf (who I think appears a lot with Alexandra on social media). I’m thinking maybe the girlfriends are not as tight knit as the previous iteration, so when he has time off he’s spending it separately with his gf. At the end of the day those kind of family/group holidays only work if everyone gets on like a house on fire, and that’s not always the case. Sometimes spouses/partners don’t gel well enough to be regularly spending multiple days together.

Overall I just feel like Charles is continuing his foray into the mainstream and Alexandra is kind of along for the ride
