Please share this information to your friends, to your followers, to your family, to all!
It's really important! It's our digital future in Europe. If European Parliament is voting for Article 13 (also for 11 and 12) then we will have a dark future for the free internet.
It seems many other European countries don't know about the new copyright law but it's important for ALL people who uses the internet and upload every day!
Only Germany and Poland are strong active against Article 13 with demonstrations. Please help them to avoid this stupid law!
We citizen of Germany are harassed by our own government as bots. We aren't humans, we were paid by Google, and we can't think for ourselves, we are stupid and young, we haven’t enough follower on Twitter to tell our opinion… but the European commission also harassed the people who demonstrated in Cologne on 23rd February 2019 as mob! Disrespectful!
Please help us! We need you and your help!
Europe-wide demonstrations against Article 13 are on 23rd March 2019!
Spread this information! Inform yourself about Article 13 (but also Article 11 and 12)!!!!

More lies about the EU copyright directive.
EU Youtube channels could be unavailable / ”Despacito” could be unavailable.
I read the directive directly from its source, the site of the EU Parliament. The NEW directive (the one approved on September that delete the wrong named "censorship machines” and allow memes) never talks about blocking, but agreements between the parts.
Article 13 paragraph 1: [..] They (social media) shall therefore conclude fair and appropriate licensing agreements with right holders .
Article 13 paragraph 3: [..] When defining best practices, special account shall be taken of fundamental rights, the use of exceptions and limitations as well as ensuring that the burden on SMEs remains appropriate and that automated blocking of content is avoided.
About European Youtube channels: If I have a channel where I teach Portoguese, Spanish, German, Italian, Norvegian or whatever without any copyrighted material… or I teach how make hair-do using free libraries of not copyrighted music, why it would be unavailable? It have nothing ruled by the directive. Let’s players are already allowed to monetize games, also because developers and game companies gain free advertisement. It’s a convenient relationship.
About "Despacito" is just a badly built lie. Here's why: given that this directive is for protect European artists (has been signed by artists like Paul Mccartney (The Beatles) and David Guetta), it would be real if it would talk about for example Alvaro Soleil, that is Spanish…. Not Despacito that is South American (Luis Fonsi is a Portorican based artist)!! 100% proved to be fake!
Watching it from an economic side, it's stupid think that songs will disappear, and artist could not getting money/views for a directive they asked in a period that the world runs most on internet. Artist will find a deal and songs will be available on artists’s channels/VEVO channels.
The situation of fake news is really out of control, that you believe in things that are realistic as unicorns.

Goodbye?
With the vote for Article 13 and Article 11 coming closer and closer, and so little support and awareness for it, things don’t look so good.
I have loved showing my builds to all 290 of you and never expected to get such good feedback from what I made. But with the new law imminent, it may be illegal to do this as I don’t own the sims.
If the law passes, I might not be able to say goodbye to you all and thank you for the past few months and all the nice comments and conversations I’ve had with you. Thank you all so much!
Now with the sad part out, the vote isn’t over yet, you can still try to put up a fight by going to savetheinternet.info for more info and for the petition and saveyourinternet.eu to contact your local MEP and tell them to stop! Even reblogging to spread awareness can help!
Article 13 is going to make it illegal to post any copyrighted material which means no fan art, fanfictions, remixes, parodies, let’s plays, Simblrs and more if the law goes ahead as it says it will.
Article 11 will make it so you have to pay to link news articles. How will people back up claims or link sources for essays without paying?
If you are in America this does affect you as all of your favourite European creators will dissapear off of the face of the internet just like I will if this law is made.
And just incase you don’t believe me, even wikepedia are worried!

How did your MEP vote??
Last June MEPs voted to reject Articles 11 and 13. However the EU’s Copyright Directive for the Digital Single Market is going back to the Parliament this week.
Please take a moment to see how your MEPs voted, as there were a number of members who were unable or unwilling to attend the last vote. Contact your MEP and encourage them to vote against these measures. Go to change.org/savetheinternet and sign the petition if you haven’t already.

GUESS WHAT,NOT ONLY THEY WANT TO CENSOR THE INTERNET BUT NOW THEY WANT TO FUCK US OVER EVEN MORE
The Internet’s ennemy, the EPP want to move the final vote’s date on the copyright directive (you know, the awful directive that will destroy the internet without regards for content creators?) to next week so the protests for the 23 march cannot take place before the final vote. You know what that is?Censorship, already as it work.https://twitter.com/Senficon/status/1102564813912395778Julia Reda warned us about this a few moments agoHere is who to contact  to keep the vote from being rushed through before the date it was originally due.https://twitter.com/Senficon/status/1102569893281574915I’m begging you, please signal boost this,if article 13 and 11 is accepted, there is no doubt whatsoever this will spread to the US too.Help us save the Internet.Contact your meps, and tell them to vote against this poorly written directive.https://saveyourinternet.eu/act/@nachosforfree @turquoisemagpie @pumpkin-demon @antisepticeye-protec-squad @therealjacksepticeye @markiplier

ATTENTION! THE EUCD is about to vote FOR or AGAINST Article 11 and 13. Why does this matter? IT AFFECTS YOUR INTERNET USAGE! If this passes, we can say goodbye to European content creators, say goodbye to fanfics, edits, and fanart because companies are going to make them PAY for it. I'm bad at explaining this but Phillip DeFranco isn't; even if you don't like him, I HIGHLY recommend you watch or cut to 8:07 to know how you can save the internet, I have it linked below. Please help!

Youtube is lying to us.
First of all they PAYED advertisement for spread their lobbying fake news because don't want to take responsabilities and is trying to scare us.
The proposed version of Article 13 would eliminate the existing notice-and-takedown system currently in place to protect rightsholders and platforms. This would make platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Soundcloud, Dailymotion, Reddit and Snapchat liable - at the moment of upload - for any copyright infringement in uploads from users, creators and artists.
FAKE, upload filters has been removed on September with emandaments. And recital 39 say: ”Members States shall ensure that online content sharing service providers referred to in paragraph 1 put in place effective and expeditious complaints and redress mechanisms that are available to users in case the cooperation referred to in paragraph 2a leads to unjustified removals of their content. Any complaint filed under such mechanisms shall be processed without undue delay and be subject to human review.”
So IMMEDATE human review of complains.
What types of copyrighted content would I not be able to use in my videos?
Examples of copyrighted material possibly impacted in your videos include images, artwork, software, excerpts from books, music, parodies and much more.
FAKE, parodies, memes and critique since September are allowed!! And small extract of any copyrighted material can be used.
