I want to know the science behind this and why I have two different stages of grape gum as it loses both color and flavor. Gross. I'm not mad about the blue (even though I'd go brighter), and I could probably handle that terra cotta/adobe color if there was something else that was fun. I mean for fuck's sake, where's my red? My bright pink? Orange? Leaf green? Where's the rainbow that is my sparkling personality? 🤣

definitely somewhere in the middle!

a lot of neutrals! mostly black and white, and shades of beige and brown with some occasional yellows and greens

The story I’d like to read for the first time again would be The Language of Flowers by Albatross.

Both romantic storylines are slow-burn, but totally different. Jinkx/Sharon is very organic and soft whereas the Courtney/Willam is more dramatic and messy.

But the part that I especially liked is the whole set-up of the get-together for both couples it’s amazing. I just wish I could erase my memories of it and read it all over again! I still do but it’s not the same, lol.

Another one is Everyone Know You’re High -Rajila by Dartmouth! I really loved the premise and the frustration of all the ‘cliffhangers’ each chapter until the end.

And there Scarlet laid, blinking up at the ceiling, trying to ground herself, bed sheets still gathered in her fist, hair splayed, haloed around her head, surely knotted, other hand resting gently on her core, bobbing up and down, like a buoy out at sea ; she tried to feel steady again as Yvie unhitched her leg from over her shoulder, lowering it slowly, gingerly, onto the bed before crawling up next to Scarlet and tracing over her collarbone with a sigh. 

There was a sigh because for all the intimacy, there was nothing more to say to one another, no intimacy left for their words, no way to contend with the shared lightness, joy, amorous intent, when they weren’t expecting to indulge in any of it at the beginning of the night. 

“Uh...so the weather, it’s uh, it’s rain,” Yvie began, trying to split the euphoric tension. “Good for the crops I guess, farmers and stuff.”
