headcanons under the cut:

Dogday has ADHD, And because his big ol ears, he has bad sensory issues with specific sounds, especially since he can hear so well. Because of that, he carries around ear buds with him everywhere, so if you see him sitting somewhere with them in, he is overwhelmed, do not bother him!!

He glows in the dark like a nightlight, but his pendant on the other hand glows constantly. when he stims, he does so with tail wagging, hand flapping, and leg stomps/shakes.

he howls at the sun instead of the moon, and he is TERRIFIED of sunflowers. they stare back, he swears they do-

he finds pop rock candy very fascinating! it's his favorite candy.

he really likes basking in the sun! and though he may be super energetic and busy with something almost all the time, he always has an eye out, and is always keeping his friends safe, no matter the consequences! he definitely puts others before himself, no doubt.

he actually doesn't like hugs that much, his preferred way of showing affection is just setting his head on your shoulder or lightly headbutting you :3 or bapping you with his paws!

he also has bad memory. not HORRIFICALLY bad, but its not very good either.

his body is warmer than everybody elses, meaning he is the center of attention in the cold winter!

Seeing all of these asks has me tearing up ;;;; It makes me so unbelievably happy that the critters, something I was a part of to bring them to life, are getting so much love from the poppy playtime community. It touches me, and I couldn't be more grateful to create it while also being part of an amazing team.

I'm still shaken up at the fact that every time I open and play chapter three and see my animation...

I'm now part of something that has impacted and inspired me emotionally. Something that I cherish so deeply about, I couldn't be more humbled by it. So thank you for loving the critters and chapter 3 of poppy playtime. I was never expecting to get this far in life.

Yep! Inside of the factory is like a weird little town or city for the toys that dwell within, so interaction between toys in different parts of the building is very frequent.

As for their interactions with the children, that will be elaborated on in a future post :3c

Gave Catnap his Long Ass Tail back. Originally didn't have it because I thought it would be cumbersome for him in reality, but I have come to appreciate how iconic it is

Dogday: but, in the first question, I must tell all my entire reaction to it.

P! Dogday: «Ugh... my Head... II knew this place was uncanny… and knew there were monsters here… but I didn't know that one was going to slice me up like ha-»

Dogday: And later, I scream and I became hysterical for at least 2 hours. ...Don't judge me; If at one point you think you are following an old friend whom you missed very much the day you were going to be adopted, but who is actually a big metal monster with a knife, you faint for obvious reasons and feel like you are going to die. losing vital signs and everything. You wake up again transformed into a giant 14-foot-tall dog, and to top it all off you sound like the most evil being in playcare; They would do the same.

Dogday: And about the second... well...

Dogday: Who said Dogday was still alive?

Has Dogday ever broken up a fight between Kickin and Catnap successfully?

He actually has! Before the hour of joy it was a lot easier, especially since back then they weren’t trying to kill each other. Now to the present, it does take quite a bit of effort now. It’s not always successful! However, they back down when Dogday is obviously mad. Despite all the years they are not use to it. It unsettling.
