How to protect your long hair? I need tips (Help)

Okay.

First of all, do NOT use heat or put it in a really tight hairstyle.

Second of all, use a conditioner. Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just a conditioner.

Third of all, DO NOT OIL TRAIN IT. Oil training is a lie. Wash it whenever it needs.

Fourth of all, make sure to brush it by starting from the tip and making your way up. It's a lot less forcefull that way.
