I like that modern au little comic strip of damen being laurents "slave" during college and damen has the giant tattoo of a lion head on his back and laurents like "holy mother of everything hes so freaking hot", anyway, i really freaking like that tattoo on damen, i think about it a lot, but now im thinking of if he had it in the canon universe, it would be ripped to pieces by the lashing, and youd only see parts of it after his skin healed

but also YEAH i know its a bit of a cliche but i looove the lion tattoo on damen and i love!!! the concept of them having tattoos in canon!! i can totally see it and i feel like the veretian prince’s guard specifically would be fuckin TATTED
