With the furry versions of the yakuza cast, my current Assigned Fursona At Birth for majima is a striped hyena (who has been influenced massively by a certain spotted one.) I like the ideas/logic behind it, but i generally like to make species for these aus parallel to ones matching their continent + race. So, like, a specific african american’s afab being “cheetah”, even tho they’re born in America.

If I really wanna be a stickler tho…ed just dropped the most galaxy brain take on this, and proposed a mustelid!majima. Majima is absolutely the weasliest of bastards. They have the perfect bodytype. Not quite so much hemming and hawing abt size differences (how would i handle majima’s and kiryu’s sizes since a striped yeen is significantly bigger than a chow chow?) AND makoto is a rabbit, making a perfect parallel!!

just saying if ciarán had a fredbears family diner era robot fursona animatronic counterpart it would 100% be a fox . like even if foxy wasnt already a thing in canon he would still be one it just makes sense. its so very Him. like how spring bonnie really fits with will as a person [ rabbit symbolism, like how i spoke on in an earlier post ] and fredbear fits henry so well [ protective father i.e. "mama/papa bear" plus literally physically being categorized as a bear ... ] i just. the fox symbolism is so very ciar and he would so love to have a fox animatronic based on him.

i specifically see it as a fennec fox?? like with the big ol ears and such?? also to fit with the fredbear / spring bonnie color scheme . and i could also see it being sort of the "prequel" to foxy just as how fredbear and spring bonnie are usually considered the first freddy and bonnie models.

now i know it would make little to no actual sense for him to have an animatronic based off him considering the fact that will + henry have theirs because theyre the co-owners of the company and hes like . tangentially involved at best. but like. man. i just know that man would genuinely enjoy using his little fox suit to entertain the customers sososo much.
