OBSERVATIONS

◽Saturn( if 7th house lord) and North-Node aspects especially conjunction can expect something odd happening during their marriage. Something unusual that makes your wedding day memorable in a good or bad way.

◽Saturn dominants should not go for opening their business. Because , Saturn is definitely not a leader, unlike Sun. They are more good at taking orders and executing them.

◽Smart work doesn't go well for Gemini Saturn.

◽Saturn ruling 6th house and going to 9th house can indicate taking loans for higher studies

◽An Aries Saturn retrograde will always prioritise their work and career over anything.

◽Now this one is very personal observation. I have seen one of my friends have Saturn square moon and also Saturn trine Neptune. The thing I noticed that no matter how many difficult situations she is in, she won't show it. There's this glow or smile on her face that makes other things that everything is going well in her life. This is how her Saturn trine Neptune helps her to cover up her problems whenever she wants to.

◽Saturn - mercury ( difficult aspects) often have problems with putting up their own opinions out there. They have this fear that maybe their thoughts or opinions don't contribute much. There's always this need to push them and let them know that they need to speak up if they feel like.

◽Saturn - Venus ( difficult aspects) are always giving explanations to prove themselves right to their partners.

◽Saturn, Sun and Chiron in the 7th house can indicate having a very protective father who didn't like you interacting with others much. Due to which, you try to hide certain things from them.

◽Bro, just run if your boss has virgo Saturn. He will nitpick everything till the work has been done to his satisfaction.

◽Also, virgo Saturns are healers in some way. They love helping out people, giving them advices to maintain their diets. Literally, waking up people at 5 am, to do exercise together.

◽You know why Saturn is debilitated in Aries because Aries indicates making your own decisions, more like being your own boss. But Saturn is not like that. Saturn's personality is of someone who takes work and get them done within the time limit.

◽Something similar is found in Leo because both Aries and Leo are fire signs. Leo also indicates leadership and being confident about your decisions.

◽Saturn- moon conjunction is one of the toughest conjunction, I have ever seen, especially in the 1st house. These people either didn't get much attention or love from their mothers or their mother wasn't present in their life.

Now, heree comes a twist, if in this conjunction, moon is in cancer or Taurus, you can see that the person's mother was always with them but she was very strict and wanted her child to remain in discipline always.

◽9th house Saturns can actually start believing in religious works or even go to pilgrimages after the age of 30.

◽If Saturn holds the highest degree in your chart( excluding SN,NN, Pluto, Neptune, Uranus), you will see that the person gets instant karma if they do something that's violates the principles of Saturn as per their chart.

For eg. 10th house Saturns slacking off....and getting hit by karma instantly.

◽Capricorn Saturns being secretive about their wealth is a must.

◽7th house lord as Saturn can feel like marriage will tie them down or lessen their control over life.

◽Saturn in 11th house will see that they don't really have a person in their life whom they can call "best friend".

◽Also, I have seen how 11th lord conjunct with Saturn in different houses will show that somehow their friends will always rely on them for the things relating to the house where the conjunction is happening.

For eg, 11th lord conjunct with Saturn in 10th, can indicate that their friends are always clinging to them for climbing up in the social ladder or maybe things related to academics

If it's in 12th house, can indicate that their friends are always seeking that emotional support from them

In an unexpected turn of events, Pittsburgh-based Astrobotic has announced the decision to bring its ambitious lunar mission to a close. The company’s Peregrine spacecraft, which aimed to deliver five NASA instruments to the Moon’s surface, will be intentionally directed to re-enter Earth’s atmosphere and burn up. This decision comes after the lander encountered a major propellant leak following its launch from Florida on a Vulcan rocket last week.

Mission’s Dilemma: Navigating Challenges and Difficult Decisions

Astrobotic faced a critical situation as the Peregrine spacecraft suffered a propellant leak, jeopardizing the planned lunar landing. Despite engineers successfully stabilizing the situation, the loss of oxidizer made a safe touch-down on the Moon impossible. In a thoughtful move to avoid potential collisions in space, Astrobotic opted for a controlled re-entry over a remote area of the South Pacific.

“While the mission did not unfold as initially planned, the team has turned adversity into an engineering success,” emphasized Sian Cleaver, Airbus’ Orion European Service Module industrial manager. The fault was traced to a ruptured oxidizer tank, disrupting the craft’s solar panel alignment. The team managed to restore stable pointing but used up additional oxidizers in the process.

Amid the challenges, Astrobotic sees the mission as a valuable learning experience. The company’s ability to diagnose and extend the life of the lander showcases the resilience of space exploration endeavors. Despite not achieving the historic lunar landing, payloads onboard were activated, proving their space-worthiness, and data was collected on the radiation environment between Earth and the Moon.

“There’s a lot that we can take away from this, but ultimately space travel is difficult and we’re seeing that here,” acknowledged Cleaver. The Astrobotic team demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills, providing insights for future missions. One of the NASA instruments on board, the Peregrine Ion Trap Mass Spectrometer (PITMS), developed in the UK, showcased its capabilities during check-out tests.

Astrobotic remains part of NASA’s private-public partnership, intending to send a rover called Viper to the Moon in the latter half of the year. Astrobots Athenia

A toy/character I know nothing about. I just bought it because it's a femme-bot, that was on sale, and looked cool. Obviously she didn't come with the wrecker insignia, that's my addition so she fits in better with my Autobots.

I know it's a character from a 5 issue comic miniseries, Astrobots, written by Simon Furman of Marvel Transformers and early IDW tf fame, but I can find very little information on it save the rather vague solicitations, and it doesn't seem to be available for sale anywhere anymore. (Astrobot is a difficult term to search as it mostly pulls up cheap toys for toddlers and Knock-off transformers/star wars toys!)

I from what I can gather she's one of the protagonists of the book, apparently tasked with caring for human space -colonists in suspended animation. And the story seems to revolve around two factions of Astrobots, the heroes protecting the colonists, and the villains who want an astrobot civilization without humans. But I could be completely wrong on that!

Admittedly with it being a Simon Furman book I can't say I'm particularly interested in reading it, as he's infamous for his tone deaf treatment of women/ female-presenting transformers /robots in his writing! And even ignoring that I've generally found I don't like his writing style that much...

It's even unclear what company made the toy.

The box says toy forge / toy notch who appear to be a 3D printing company, though the toy doesn't look/feel like the typical 3D printed plastic I've handled.

(Admittedly the only 3D printed stuff I've handled are upgrade kits for transformers).

There's some indication Toy Forge may or may not be linked to Ocular Max, who themselves are probably Mastermind Creations (the third party company known for making idw style*not* Transformers). The shop I bought it from had her categorised as a Mastermind Creations figure, so I have no idea!

Whatever the backstory of the figure/character she's a cool little toy with lots of alternative hands, though unfortunately the grey paint they used is extremely vulnerable to chipping/flaking off.

The PS5 under Jim Ryan has been a sales success, but it's also been the death of the very creativity that made PlayStation to begin with.

He murdered creative all smaller development for the sake of "games too big too fail" and promoting games as a service. Those same GAAS titles still haven't arrived.

PS5 has 1 exclusive game this year.... 2 if you count PSVR2.

It's too late the save the PS5 as far s its creative output goes. But with Jim Ryan gone, the eventual PS6 may at least be able to guide PlayStation back to the things that made it so distinctive in the first place.

Peregrine launch sees US on way to the Moon after five decades

The first US Moon landing mission in 52 years is on its way after Astrobotic’s Peregrine Mission One (PM1) lifted off this morning from Launch Complex-41 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida atop a ULA Vulcan rocket at 2:18 am EST.

Under cloudy skies, the launch of PM1 took place without major delays or incidents. At one minute 16 seconds into the flight, the Vulcan/Centaur launcher reached maximum dynamic pressure. Reaching the one-minute-50-second mark, the solid rocket boosters separated from the Vulcan core stage. At the four-minute-59 second mark, the two first stage liquid fuel engines shut down, with stage separation following six seconds later.

The second stage then ignited and burned for two additional engine burns. After the Centaur stage shut down, the Peregrine spacecraft separated at 50 minutes into the flight.

The Centaur stage then fired again, sending it into a heliocentric orbit where it deployed the Celestis Memorial Spaceflight’s "Enterprise Flight" payload, which carries the cremated remains or DNA of a number of celebrities, including Gene and Majel Roddenberry, Nichelle Nichols, DeForest Kelley, and James Doohan. Peregrine also has the remains or DNA of 66 other individuals as part of the Celestis "Tranquility Flight" to the lunar surface.

As the Peregrine lander's systems powered up, contact was established with Astrobotic’s Mission Control Center, which will oversee operations from now on as Peregrine embarks on its 17-to-19-day cruise phase to lunar orbit during which it will orbit the Earth once before inserting into a lunar transfer orbit.

On reaching lunar orbit, Peregrine will carry out a series of orbital maneuvers to bring it closer to the lunar surface for up to 39 days until it gets the green light to land sometime in February 2024 at Sinus Viscositatis next to the Gruithuisen Domes on the northeast border of Oceanus Procellarum. This is an area of particular interest to geologists and it is hoped that the domes, which were formed out of granite-like substances, may shed light on the presence of water under the lunar surface or trapped in minerals.

Also onboard Peregrine are 20 payloads. Five of these are NASA experiments sent as part of the Artemis program and 15 more from international organizations. One of these is the Iris Lunar Rover built by Carnegie Mellon University. This means the PM1 is not only the first US lunar landing mission in over half a century and the first using a privately owned and operated spacecraft, it is also the first American mission to carry a lunar robotic rover.
