The Styles SmackDown Surprise {AJ Styles x Little Sister!Reader}

Anon Request: AJ is the readers big brother and she wants to go to SmackDown from NXT but her brother isn’t happy about because he’s worried she’ll get hurt. That is until she saves him and shows him that she isn’t a little girl anymore.

You stood outside the doorway to your brother’s dressing room. You were trying to strike up the nerve to talk to him. It had been a rough couple of days between you two. Why?

Two Days Earlier:

“AJ I’m 25 years old and I’ve been in NXT since I was 20! Vince thinks that I would be a great addition to SmackDown!” You said to your brother-or rather your brothers back. All you saw was his black vest and his long silky brown hair. He was staring at the wall his hands on his hips.

“Vince can think what he wants but when it comes to your safety that’s my decision!” AJ said spinning around his blue eyes afire with frustration and concern. But you didn’t see that. All you saw was that your brother was being too damn overprotective.

“I’m 25 AJ! I think I can take care of myself. We’re in the 21st century now. Women don’t need a mans permission anymore. I’m just trying to understand why you won’t let me go to that next level!” You said in disbelief.

“Because you’re not ready for that next level!” AJ said banging his fist against the locker making it give a loud shudder that made you wince.

“That may be true but when it comes to me and my family I don’t care what damn century we’re in!” He said. Just then he sighed and looked at you with a softened gaze. “I say this because I love you (Y/N).” He said looking at. All he wanted was to make you understand that he didn’t want you to get hurt. “I’ve seen what this career does to people. Heck it’s almost done it to me!” He said. “People are injured every day. I live with pains caused from matches from years ago every day. I don’t want you living like that!” He said.

“I’m already living like that AJ! If you haven’t forgotten I’ve been in NXT for the past five years. I know what it can do to you!” You said. AJ shook his head. “No darling that’s not what I’m saying. Yes NXT is wrestling but it’s completely different from SmackDown or RAW! You’re gonna have to take bigger hits, larger leaps and dives and do much more advanced things. I just don’t think you’re ready.” He said.

You scoffed in disgust. “How would you know?” You spat. “You’ve never even been to one of my matches!” The venom in your tone was clear.

AJ sighed. “Trust me. I’m–.”

“Doing what’s best for me I’ve heard it all before. Well I’m leaving. I can’t even look at you right now I’m so furious.”

And with that you grabbed your jacket and left the locker room, slamming the door with a bang.

That had been two days ago. You had spoken to Vince and had made a deal with him. Tonight AJ was going up against Shinsuke Nakamura. He was going to be accompanied by Asuka. You were going to accompany your brother to the ring.

“What you do is entirely up to you.” Vince had told you.

That had been this morning.

It was now close to 10:30. You were in your new ring gear that you had gotten for your appearance on SmackDown.

And you were outside your brothers locker room.

Approaching the door you knocked.

“Come in.”

You entered to see your brother sitting on the bench, dressed in his full ring gear holding his championship belt. He looked up to see you. “Hey.” He said.

You gave a small smile. “Didn’t you tell me that hey was for horses?” You said bringing up a fond memory between you both from your childhood.

AJ cracked a smile. “I did didn’t I?” He said. He then sighed. “Look (Y/N), what I said before–.”

“I know why you did it AJ.” You said. “I would do the same if I were in your position most likely. I understand that I’m your little sister. I’ll always be your little sister but you need to remember that I’m not little anymore.” You said softly.

He nodded. “I know.” He said standing up. “And I’m sorry for being so overprotective. But after tonight you’ll see what I mean and you’ll see why I don’t want you wrestling on SmackDown or RAW.” He said.

Or so you think, you thought to yourself.

“Can you forgive me for yelling at you?” He asked. You sighed and rolled your eyes up to make it look like you were thinking. “I mean you are my big brother and I still love you so I guess so.” You said.

AJ laughed and he opened his arms wide. “Get in here you bug.” He said.

You laughed and went to him giving him a hug. He squeezed you, kissing the top of your head. “God I love you (Y/N).” He said. “Your my sister and I’ll always be protective of you no matter what. It’s hardwired into my brain and my DNA.” He said to you.

You snuggled into him. “I know. And it’s my job as a little sister to always annoy you-well maybe when we were little at least.” You said.

He laughed “Maybe when we were little  yeah.” He said. He then pulled away. “Oh before I forget!” He said. He turned towards his locker. “I have a little something for you. Since your a Styles you gotta have this when we enter.” He said.

He turned and you saw him holding a hooded vest that was an exact match to his except it was your size. Your jaw dropped. “For real?” You said. He laughed and nodded. “For real.”

You pounced on him, flinging your arms around his neck giving him a hug. “Thanks AJ!”

“Anytime (Y/N).” He said returning the hug wrapping his arms around your waist and giving a small squeeze.

Suddenly there was a knock at the door and a head popped in. It was one of the attendants. “Asuka and Shinsuke are about to enter. Get to the stage please.” He said before he was gone.

AJ let out a big sigh. “Ready?” He asked.  You quickly put your vest on and gave him a “how do I look?” pose

He smiled. “Oh yeah-you’re ready!”

With an arm around your shoulder and the other holding his belt on his shoulder you two walked out the locker room and to the black curtain that seperated the WWE Universe from the calm and serene backstage area. You could hear the crowd cheering as Shinsuke and Asuka made their displays in the ring.

Letting go of you AJ put his champion belt on his waist and together you put your hoods on.

“Ready.” You said.

AJ gave a nod to the sound guy and he turned on your brothers music.

You heard the familiar tamborine sound as the lights went from red to blue and the crowd let out a thunderous cheer.

Together you both ran out to the stage before you both crouched down and rumbled.

BAM!

“No they don’t want none! No they don’t want none…”

Both you and AJ popped up in perfect sync throwing your hoods off and throwing your arms up and the crowd went crazy.

“Ladies and gentleman please welcome, accompanied to the ring by his sister (Y/N) Styles from NXT, the WWE Champion, the Phenomenal AJ Styles!”  The announcer screamed.

You cheered your brother’s name and walked behind him as he walked down the ramp. You heard a few shouts of your name and smiled but tried to not take the attention away from your brother. That would come after.

You eyed Asuka as you and your brother went to the ring. You staying on the floor while AJ went to the ring. He got on top of the turnbuckles holding up his belt before he handed it to you. “Keep it safe.” He said before winking. You nodded. A ref came over and took it to the bell before the bell rung so that it was safe. A ref always had to hold onto the belt during an official match.

The match started as soon as the bell went off. For the first half of the match Shinsuke was beating on AJ hard making him look weak. You cheered AJ on from the sidelines making sure Asuka and Shinsuke didn’t try anything funny but making sure not to interfere. Then the second half of the time AJ was full power. He pinned Shinsuke down for the three count and you cheered as he did.

But you could tell as could the audience that he was tired. The match had lasted a good ten minuets. The bell rung ending the match officially and the ref held up AJ’s hand and gave him his belt back. You cheered him exuberantly.

THEN BAM

Out of nowhere Shinsuke came and delivered a Enzuigiri to AJ which sent your brother down to the mat. That’s when Asuka pounced on him as well.

You roared in anger as you slid into the ring. Asuka saw and came at you with a clothesline. You ducked running to the other side of the ring and saw out of the corner of your eyes she was coming at you again. You gave her an elbow to the face causing her to stop short. Then you hopped onto the second rope and delivered your brothers signature move the Styllin’ DDT. As you hopped onto the second rope you did a backflip grabbing Asuka by her upper torso in midair before landing and pulling her harshly to the ground. She hit the mat hard and rolled out of the ring stunned. The crowd went crazy and AJ, who was being cornered by Shinsuke gazed in disbelief at your agility.

As you watched   Asuka roll out of the ring from your crouched position you stood up and rippled off your vest that your brother had given you. You had forgotten to take it off in the heat of the moment. You threw it towards the announcers table nearly hitting Byron Saxton in the face.

“Oh she’s angry now.” Corey Graves said.

“She was angry when she delivered that Styllin’ DDT to Asuka. She’s pissed now!” Mauro Ranallo said.

You whipped your head around, your silky brown long hair flying out like a circle as you turned your attention to Shinsuke who was now taunting your exhausted brother. “HEY SHINSUKE!” You screamed.

“Damn that girls got a voice.” Byron said.

Shinsuke ignored you still beating on your brother. You strode towards him and grabbing his shoulder pulled him back and punched him clean in the face.

He reeled back falling on the ropes to the right of your brother. You then gave him a side kick that sent him down towards the other side of the ring. You were now in-between Sinsuke and your brother in a fighting stance. You were sending a clear sign to all.

NOBODY ATTACKS MY BROTHER

“You’ve done it now Shinsuke. You’ve pissed off (Y/N) Styles and now you’re gonna get it!” Corey said excitedly.

Shinsuke holding his hand to his nose snarled at you and you lifted your hands up twitching your fingers as if saying “come on!”

Shinsuke came at you. You quickly ducked before running to the other side of the ring and delivering a flying clothesline to the Japanese wrestler. Her hit the ground hard but got up within a few seconds. He snarled at you. “I don’t hit girls.” He said.  You laughed. “Too bad.” You said. You quickly ran at him but he caught you with an arm hook. You quickly repositioned to go into hooking arm drag which you did flawlessly. The crowd cheered as Shinsuke rolled onto his upper back and landed in the ring.

You screamed for a microphone and someone threw one to you.

Shinsuke was dragging himself to the ropes and you stalked him like a predator. “That’s what you get you snake!” You said letting your Southern accent thicken a tad to show your anger. “You don’t dare come after my brother like that! Because guess what?” You said bending down. “I’ll be there waiting to rip you to shreds.” You gazed into the mans eyes. Suddenly you felt a sharp pain.

The bastard had slapped you.

You went stumbling back as Shinsuke got up. He gave you his famous hip thrust action and that sent your blood boiling. You ran in making it look like you were going in for a clothesline but at the last minuet you gave the man a taste of his own medicine. You jumped up delivering a fierce jumping Enziguri that sent Shinsuke to the mat and rolling towards the edge of the ring. You then backed up to the other side of the ring and ran going into a baseball slide dropkick and sent Shinsuke tumbling out of the ring.

The crowd went wild. You glared at Shinsuke with malice as he struggled to stand. Grabbing the microphone from where you dropped it when you took the hit you held it up to your lips. “Mess with a Styles, and you’ll get a surprise of your life.” You said watching as Asuka and Shinsuke helped each other up the ramp. You watched them go and when you made sure they were far enough away you went to your brother. “AJ you okay?” You asked.

He stared at you in disbelief. “You’re amazing.” He said. You shook your head. “I only did a few of your moves. It was no big deal.” You said as you helped him up. You brought him to the center of the ring and handed him his belt back and helped him raise his arm.

But then

As you did suddenly AJ grabbed your arm and raised it. The crowd went crazy.

“STYLES! STYLES! STYLES!” The crowd screamed.

AJ looked at you before he said. “Welcome to SmackDown.”

WWE Sydney: Recap

*I can’t remember everything that happened so I’ll just recap my favourite/most memorable matches.*

The Revival vs. The New Day: SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match

Pretty early on in the match Woods landed awkwardly on his ankle after split jumping over Wilder. Danilo the ref threw up the X pretty quickly so we knew it wasn't a work. Woods was escorted by medical staff to the back and Big E got on the mic saying he was going to finish the match 2-on-1. It was a fun match but The Revival got the win in the end after running E into the exposed top turnbuckle.

Buddy Murphy vs. Sami Zayn

I was pumped for this one cause I’m a massive Buddy Murphy fan and it delivered. Murphy obviously got a massive pop for being the Australian boy. Sami got on the mic before the match and threw shade at Australians. He got the most heel heat out of everyone during the night. Every time he did something heelish the crowd would chant “Sami’s a wanka!” and that was definitely the loudest chant of the night. I can officially say that I’ve seen Buddy Murphy’s running knee strike and it’s even more beautiful in person. Murphy picks up the win after the running knee and Murphy’s Law.

The Kabuki Warriors vs. Fire and Desire vs. The IIconics: Women’s Tag Team Championship Match

The IIconics get a massive pop for being the hometown girls. They cut a promo during their entrance saying how happy they are to be home. They are definitely the babyfaces in this match. The IIconics showed that they are not just comedy or the jokesters because they brought the offence during this match and were definitely the stand outs. The Kabuki Warriors pick up the win after The IIconics hit their finisher on Mandy but Kairi throws them out of the ring for Asuka to pick up the pin. (I’m struggling to remember this super clearly so this might be slightly wrong).

Kofi Kingston vs. Randy Orton

This match is exactly what you’d expect. Super slow and went on for way too long. Probably the most controversial match of the night because Kofi got booed and Randy got cheered. Kofi did get cheered as well and the crowd was happy when he won. The crowd just wanted Orton to do an RKO and when he did they popped. The Revival got involved which forced Big E to come out and help Kofi.

Ali vs. Shinsuke Nakamura (w/ Sami Zayn): Intercontinental Championship Match

Sami got heat again and there were “Sami’s a wanka!” chants throughout the whole match. Great, fast-paced match that let Ali really shine. Nakamura picks up the win with the Kinshasa after Sami distracted Ali.

Bayley vs. Charlotte Flair: SmackDown Women’s Championship

My most anticipated and favourite match of the night of course. New gear for Bayley (navy, gold and black) and taped X’s over her side plates. She walked to the ring with the title wrapped around her and I loved it. She was great at getting heat. She attacked Charlotte before the match when she was being announced. Did the typical heel move and tried to leave the match and walk to the back after a flurry of offence from Charlotte. She stole Charlotte’s chops and shushed the crowd while doing it which just caused everyone to boo more. My favourite part was her having a literal screaming match with one particular guy in the crowd. They’d argue then she’d go away and beat Charlotte some more and then she’d come back and yell at him again. According to twitter they are still going at it:

She was definitely second, behind Sami Zayn, to generate the most heat during the night. Bayley picks up the win after Charlotte goes for the Figure 8 but Bayley kicks her into the middle turnbuckle and uses the middle rope for leverage in the pin.

Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan vs. Erik Rowan and Luke Harper: Steel Cage Tag Team Match

Rowan and Harper attacked Bryan when her entered the cage during his entrance which cued Roman to come out. Good match with both teams almost escaping the cage. End came when Roman hit some superman punches, Bryan hit the running knee and Roman hit the spear.

Side note: An advertisement came up for Crown Jewel and everyone booed.

Is there a place or county you would like to visit one day? - Japan (from North to South!) - Ireland Is there a talent you would like to have but that you sadly don't have? ...drawing... I like to drawing... I draw... but I'm not even half as good as I would like to be. And I wish I would have a talent for certain kinds of drawing... those kinds of drawings that are liked by someone I really like... (why talking around it: I would love to be able to create works that Finn Bálor likes (like the works of Lora Zombie [and... I'm jealous of sinip759... it slowly gets painful for me to see how often he likes and shares her work... but that's my personal problem... I have absolutely no problem with sinip and her work, it's the opposite, I enjoy her work too]) I know that you are cautious about what you eat but is there something you can't go without? When you have a "cheat day" (if you allow yourself days like that) what do you go for? I wrote those questions for Deseray... so this one doesn't really fit me... because in my life every day is a "cheat day"... I'm not a healthy eater, I definitely eat too much sugar. I can't go without sweets like chocolate, cookies, wine gums / gummi bears, ice-cream (I love ice-cream!)... (...at the moment I sadly can't afford buying me the sweets I long for... but I'm looking forward to the moment in which I can...which will hopefully come one day...) I didn't until extremely recently. But one of those tried and true ways to get me into anything is for a friend to go, hey you know x media? its got a lgbt lovestory and its actually good.which is what happened re the golden lovers! my friend bethy was like, hey I know you like big lads with lots of feelings, and she was right.so yes, I'm extremely new to knowing anything about wrestling. Previously all I knew was that Asuka was extremely cool and hot and Shinsuke Nakamura's entrance was this great theatrical thing.

Oh the Horror! Or is it the Horror Show at Extreme Rules!

We are now just one week away from the next WWE PPV in the COVID-19 pandemic era from the Performance Center. This PPV is usually built around the gimmicks and this year is no different. We’ll get a Swamp Match from Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman for the Universal Title. We’ll get an Eye for an Eye (or whatever that means) Match between Rey Mysterio and Seth Rollins. It’ll be a Bar Fight between Jeff Hardy and Sheamus and so much more.

Dolph Ziggler is waiting to tell the World what the stipulation will be against Drew McIntyre for his WWE Championship. It’s building to be a pretty decent PPV. I would expect the Swamp Match to be cinematic of course. It’ll be interesting to see how they incorporate the wetlands into their history. My expectations aren’t very high, so here’s hoping!

I expect Asuka vs. Sasha Banks to steal the show too! Could it be time for Sasha and Bayley to wear ALL the women’s gold in the WWE. I think so!

It’s hard to imagine that SummerSlam is one month away and we are still in the crowd-less era. Who would’ve ever thought that would be. It will be interesting to see how New Japan Wrestling handles their first event with fans, roughly 3,500 for this weekend’s event in Japan. But, things are so different here in the United States that I don’t see fans in the stands anytime soon with all the spikes we are getting, especially with the WWE based in Florida these days, the new epicenter of the coronavirus.

But, with that in mind, here’s where we stand:

Heath Slater – Talk about delivering the promo of his WWE life! Slater brought the reality to bestie Drew McIntyre before Drew claymored him straight to defeat. Loved the surprise of Slater showing up while in the final days of his no-compete clause of his contract. I just wished they would’ve had Slater beat up Dolph Ziggler to further the storyline. Maybe, like Drew Maverick on NXT, it’s not the last of Heath just yet?

Asuka vs. Bayley – Two of the best in-ring performers right now, men or women, in the WWE. Nikki Cross showed how unpredictable she is too by showing up behind the plexiglass to help Asuka pull off the win. We are all fans in these weekly battles between Asuka, Bayley and Sasha Banks!

Hello, RKO – Found it funny that Randy Orton is again paired with two third-generation wrestlers in Andrade & Angel Garza. Brings back memories of Curtis Axel, Bo Dallas & Cody Rhodes. I love Orton’s slow build too! So good at the storytelling to the eventual “legend Killing” of Big Show to come.

The lowlights:

No-contest – I see no point in having matches end in no-contests these days. Love that Kairi Sane is back to help Asuka and set up next week’s Tag Team Title Match against Banks & Bayley, but we could’ve at least gotten a finish to the match between Sane & Banks.

Ruby Riott, again – I don’t get feeding Ruby Riott to the IIconics each week without the pay-off of Liv Morgan coming to help her former friend. It just makes too much sense not to do it. Having her lose weekly in mere minutes doesn’t do her any favors.

Bask in his Glory – Give Keith Lee his due. He is now Mr. NXT! He holds all the Gold and can cement his position as to where either the NXT Championship or the North American Championship goes. The loaded main event helped NXT take the total viewership win again against AEW and sets in motion the Lee vs. Karrion Kross feud too, which could be EPIC! Now, what becomes of Adam Cole? Does he move forward to RAW after 403 days atop the Full Sail mast. Either way, he deserves a ton of credit too for elevating the NXT Championship.

Robert Stone – Keep the comedy coming! Shotzi Blackheart running over Stone with her mini-tank is comedic gold! Another embarrassing moment of reject for the Robert Stone brand.

Solid:

The middle of the show – It wasn’t epic but it was truly very solid and a buidlng moment as we see Bronson Reed continue to gain momentum with a victory. The cruiserweights continue their feud of Legado del Fantasma against the rest of the division.

Gargano vs. Scott – Given a spot on a different night, this one could’ve stolen the show. But after the street fight and Championship vs. Championship match, it takes a back seat. Wouldn’t mind seeing it again though!

Sasha, Bayley, Alexa and Nikki – Strongest part of the show. Fun tag team that keeps the storyline going with Bayley sneaking the win over Cross. It gives me a reason to care about their upcoming title match.

The lowlights:

The rest of the show! Honestly, from the start of the show with Miz TV (again) setting up Jeff Hardy vs. The Miz with the usual barbs to the end of the show with a tag team title no-contest, there just was not a good vibe to this show.

Don’t get me wrong, Hardy vs. The Miz was serviceable and a nice match between two vets, but nothing spectacular other than to set up what we already knew – a Bar Fight for Hardy vs. Sheamus at Extreme Rules

The Karoake Showdown was a disaster! Having Lacey Evans, Naomi, Dana Brooke and Tamina sink WWE entrance themes is a waste of everyone’s time and if you wanted to sing the “Common Man” theme for Dusty Rhodes, wouldn’t it have been more appropriate at NXT’s Great American Bash? Then, to have a no-contest for Evans and Naomi further wasted our time and was just a time filler.

Finally, don’t get me started with the tag team title match. Why build up a championship match only to see it halted at the first sign of chaos that only seemed to let the World know we have a tables match coming at Extreme Rules. There are 100 different ways to accomplish that goal than to waste a title match on broadcast TV.

And oh yeah, did I mention we got a replay of Money In the Bank’s Braun Strowman vs. Bray Wyatt’s title match? Time filler folks. They could’ve wrapped up that in a 3-minute production piece.

Here’s hoping that next week’s go home show is much better. I’m not holding my breathe. This one was not good people!

Parting shots:

Reigns vs. Lee – Sign me up for one, whenever it’s possible. Roman Reigns tweeted out this week his congratulations to Keith Lee for his NXT Title win and wants a shot down the road. Make this happen WWE! That is, of course, if you ever acknowledge that Reigns is still part of the company still.

Y/n watched out the window of the truck as they drove, she watched the woods turn into a city. She rubbed her hands on her daughter’s back soothing her sleeping child, her brother Erick had his head on her shoulder. They drove through the city until they reached a tall wall with a large gate covered by a screen.

They stopped at the gate and waited for it to open, as they drove in Y/n and Erick saw a small hotel not higher than two stories. The gate closed behind them, there were two men armed with guns. One man was tall with long blonde hair and blue eyes he had on a black T-shirt and jeans. The other man was shorter and scruffy, his dirty blonde hair sticking out of his baseball hat.

“Y/n, Erick come with me I’ll introduce you to our leader” Carmella said motioning them to come with her. They followed her to a room and Carmella knocked on the door and a tall large man answered. He was huge his muscular frame filled the doorway, he had a beard and long hair. “Roman this is Y/n, her brother Erick and her daughter Sara” Carmella said.

The man she called Roman grunted in response “okay I’ll get them settled, go help Charlotte unload the truck” he said. Carmella nodded and turned around smiling at Y/n before walking out the door and off into the distance. “I’m Roman I’ll show you guys around and take you to your rooms you’re welcome to stay here” he said.

Roman looked tired he had bags under his eyes and his voice was scratchy and he was full of worry. Roman was the leader of the community people looked to him for safety and protection. Roman had always been a leader and people looked up to him and when the world fell he was the one who stood up. He stepped up when nobody else could to be the leader of the community and he helped clear the dead from the hotel.

Roman also ordered the wall built but he helped build it, along with the other survivors. Roman put his hair up in a bun on the back of his head, "thank you Roman for letting stay here" Y/n said. "Don't even mention it, it's what this place is we try to survive while helping others survive" Roman said.

"Are my sister and niece safe here" Erick asked, "you're all safer here then outside the walls, we do our best, but nothing lasts forever not in this world" Roman said. "No matter what happens we'll protect you guys, you just have to pitch in" Roman said. "How do you mean" Y/n said, "we all have chores around here, you saw the look outs and gate keeper on your way in" Roman said.

As they were walking they passed a group of people, two men were identical twins, they were both big and looked a lot like Roman. The other man was slightly smaller and had long hair and a beard that was well trimmed. "Boys these are our new arrivals, Erick his sister Y/n and her daughter Sara, these are Jimmy and Jey my cousins and this is Seth my second in command" Roman said.

"Welcome guys, we'll say hi later we have some trouble on the south wall" Seth said, "you need help" Roman said. "Na we're good big dog" Jimmy said. "Those guys are like Baron, Charlotte, Enzo and Carmella, they're our run crews, we need supplies one team goes out" Roman said. He led them into a large dining room where a woman was preparing dinner, "this is Renee, she's our cook, dish washer and keeps this place running" Roman said.

They went through the door back outside and into another room, "this is Naomi, she's our nurse, she does a little bit of everything around here" Roman said. "She's also married to my cousin Jimmy" he said, he took them to a door and opened it he led them in. "You can have these rooms, this door goes into another room so Erick can have his own space" Roman said. "I'll leave you guys to get settled, dinners in an hour, you should come and get to know everyone" Roman said.

Y/n laid Sara down on one of the beds and Y/n looked out the window for once in a long time she felt safe. Erick fell asleep on the bed in his room, Y/n had thought it was sweet of Roman to give Erick his own room. In an hour Sara was awake and so was Erick so they went to the dining room. Erick made fast friends with Enzo and Cass and Carmella. Erick had learned that the run crew and gate keeper and look outs all did the same thing. That's what Erick wanted to do, he was afraid to tell his sister Y/n this though.

Y/n was sitting at a table giving Sara a piece of bread and laughing when the small child ate it like it was candy. Roman watched her feed her daughter first and eat what was left over. "Hey can I join you" Roman said, "yes of course" Y/n said, Roman sat down and Sara smiled at him and waved. "Hello beautiful how are you" Roman said, "okay" Sara said, before she goes back to her bread.

"So I found a job for Erick, he said he wanted to be on the run crew" Roman said, Y/n's eyes opened really wide with fear and worry. "Don't worry we'll train him and keep him on look out duty with Dean he's the best guy I have next to Seth" Roman said. Y/n felt a little better knowing her brother wasn't going on runs at least not yet. "You well, I was thinking Renee and Naomi can use some help with the day to day care, keeping this place going" Roman said. "That's fine with me, I don't really have any other skills besides being a mother and a waitress" she said.

"Well I don't believe that, you kept yourself and two children alive in the woods where there's the highest population of zombies" Roman said. "I think you're amazing and your families going to be an asset here" he said. "Thank you Roman, I've gotta get this little one to bed, so I'll see you tomorrow, would you make sure they don't keep Erick too late" Y/n said pointing towards Enzo and Cass and Carmella and Erick. "Sure thing Y/n, goodnight" Roman said.

Roman had gone through the hotel to the office that he Seth and Dean turned into a war room of sorts. What Roman had not told Y/n and her family was there was more in the world to fear than just the dead.
