podcasts are great because it's like having a friend tell you about their day while you're doing the dishes but instead it's a bunch of guys running around and experiencing the horrors

Mystery Shack's attic. A bedroom full of memories... And mysteries!
I'm alive, I've just been focused on making this thing for fun.
Also, I made this fella:
cause gravity falls isn't complete without something scary lurking around-

Stupid little headcanon, but Billy totally gives names to any and all animals (and objects). Any time he comes across an animal, if it doesn't already have an established name, he'll name it the first thing he can think of, which half of the time, aren't actual names
Silly scenario
Brahms and Billy will be walking outside or something and Billy will look up and go, "Hey, Frank!"
Brahms would be confused and look up as well, only to see a bird, "Are you talking to the bird?"
"Yep. All birds are named Frank."
"... Why?"
"Because, instead of naming every individual bird I come across, I've decided to name the entire species the same name, so that's why all birds are named Frank."
At first, Brahms will be confused, but then eventually, he starts doing the same thing. Now, all birds are named Frank, all frogs are named George, all wasps are named Gerald, all dragonflies are named Jeremy, etc etc

Got any ideas for cute nicknames, the LGTS yuri couples wld give to each other?
might be a bit flat since i'm not entirely sure how nicknames work? but regardless:
elise - not really that big on cute nicknames. she just shortens names she thinks is too long, like leb for lebkuchen and rosmarine for rozenmarine. freya's name is already pretty short so she just leaves it as is
freya - we all know how much of a romantic she is, so she'd definitely be big on nicknames. "grape jewel" is a no brainer for elise, but most days she'd call her her "little grape". for leb she'd probably call her sugar or smth (short, sweet, flusters leb somehow every single time). the nickname war rozen and freya have going on is insane, because what else would happen when you put two hopeless romantics who are into each other in a room together
lebkuchen - would sometimes use cheesy nicknames ironically or as a way to tease them (like how she calls elise cute) but ultimately would probably just call them either by their names or the usual stuff like "darling" most times
rozenmarine - nickname war with freya aside i think she'd usually be more like elise in the sense that just the way she says someone's name is enough to make them melt. it's full of that soft yet ardent kind of love that's palpable in the way she says their names that makes it an effective killer

woooo my niece took 5 of my 13 lego sets, one of which was one of the three larger ones, so that's one huge box out of the way and i'm just glad she wanted them because like they ARE twenty years old and they look fine ofc but sometimes kids aren't gonna want stuff that isn't new and shiny ya know, but she did seem to want everything which would've been fine with me but i knew there was no way they would take all that with them, and at least i still have stuff of my own to sell, plus should get at least a cut of my brother's stuff for doing the inventory and putting together that stuff that wasn't already done

Hi hello due to popular demand (3 of my mutuals expressed they wanted me to) i will now be posting my art on main (and probably reblogging it onto my art blog @xx-morel-xx for archiving purposes) anyway yes i do in fact draw these are the silly little guys i keep talking about - Alec and Ondra! Ondra is a vampire who got turned in 18th century Austria-Hungary - he was not a fan of being turned. Alec's parents (or maybe grandparents havent figured that one out yet) escaped communist Czechoslovakia to the US, he comes back for university and gets his idiot emo ass accidenteally turned by Ondra while wandering a cemetery at night. They proceed to go on the run so the vampire government doesnt force Alec to murder his entire family

i think my favourite thing about volcano is just how completely irish it is
like, it fits SO neatly into the contemporary irish canon; if i had come across it without any foreknowledge and you had told me it was a dead centre production or that enda walsh had a hand in it somewhere, i'd have believed you, absolutely incredible for luke to have created something so distinctive and so uniquely him, and yet that still has that unmissable connection to the wider national theatrical identity
(and there's still time to exchange twelve shiny euros for the opportunity to stream all three brilliant hours courtesy of the dublin dance festival, DO SO WITHOUT DELAY)

BABES I did two loads of laundry. Down two flights of stairs and back up two flights of stairs. Folded and put away in one day. This used to be something that I was constantly doing. Pre pandemic, no problem. But for months it has been my unattainable health goal with my DM (that sadly has nothing to do with dragons). Now I’m a little worried I’ll crash tomorrow but we’ll see and either way I did it.

Daily Log 4
Trying out (probably just temporarily) making short daily-ish notes about things, in an attempt to see if it helps me be more reflective or productive lol.
Activities: Woke up late because I went back to sleep with a headache briefly, then kind of struggled to focus all day ToT
Worked more on the aforementioned tapestry/painting type of thing. I've done the base layer of painting for the main image, now I'm lining in darker outlines. I wanted to finish the center art before getting into the intricate borders. Still haven't translated the text lol..
Made a small bowl and also a little box with a lid out of more avocado pits. Still just with random nail cuticle tool things and kitchen knives, as I don't have proper carving tools.
Finished editing and proofreading the new poll adventure post!! I don't have time to post it tonight because I need to get to sleep early but.. I have it Completely 100% Ready.. finally..
Also washed the clothes I got together yesterday. Called about the bloodwork. Sent an email to a doctor.
Reviewed some writing documents to get back into my game maybe?? (basically, I started working on a visual novel type game a few years ago, decided it was a huge project so kind of put it on the backburner for a while in favor of things that were more easily finishable/tangible. then later on a game website I play (similar to neopets or something, there are collectable little creatures, etc.) there was an opportunity for me to design a pet on site, so I made a smaller shorter visual novel centered around that, where people on the site have to play the game in order to earn the pet, and I have a google form for them to answer a few short questions about it. All of the feedback is quite positive (reached 200 responses a while ago! though still only like 4 comments on the itch.io page lol.. Mandatory Form vs. Optional Comments evil showdown), but sometimes I get commentary that's really enthusiastic and inspires me to start back working on the OTHER bigger game. The small game was kind of like, a proof of concept that was safe because I had a guaranteed audience, that has helped me gain more insight for the larger one.
Anyway, since I've abandoned the Main Large Game for so long, I have to re-read and review/probably rewrite A LOT of things just to pick it back up again as A Thing I'm Actively Working On, so it's another one of those tasks that I do maybe 45 minutes of and then realize it's going to take days and days and get discouraged lol..
Notable sights: Saw two cats in windows. No clovers. It rained a little today but I didn't get to go outside and see it. One of the pieces of asparagus in the fridge was like the size of a carrot, comically overgrown downright ridiculous looking asparagus. Maybe I'll get taller after eating it.
Goals moving forward: Consistent sleep schedule. Focus on social activities, finding new friends in the places I want to move, communicating with ones I have. Physical therapy exercises. Plant nasturtiums. Finish and upload videos, edit costume pictures & etc.
Notable foods: ASPARAGUS AGAIN BABEY.. yeaAAAAGHHH asparagus squad !!!!!!
