i want everyone with clip studio paint to know this because this has fucked me over so many times: if you restart, shut down, or force shut down your computer with csp still open but especially force shutting it down, it will render whatever canvases you had open completely corrupted and unable to be accessed except for earlier autorecovery versions within csp's backlog files. this is well documented and completely evil

Иллюстратор завис при сохранении и я уже не надеялась восстановить файл. Бывает при повторной загрузке срабатывает какое-то резервное восстановление, но в этот раз - ничего (

Помог один совет из интернета в папке куда сохраняла паттерн нашла файл со странным разрешением tmp, открыла его через иллюстратор и - о чудо! ✨ открылся нужный файл.

Ещё советуют искать «потерянные» файлы в папке C: \Users\Имя_пользователя\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator (версия Illustrator) u_RU\Autorecovery\ но у меня там обычно пусто.

Совет не универсален, иногда совсем ничего не помогает, но, имейте в виду, и не забывайте почаще сохраняться в промежуточных этапах, ну так, на всякий случай 😄 Ещё в AI где-то можно настроить автоматическое сохранение каждые 2 минуты, но я ещё не пробовала.
