Air of change.

September always brings with it an air of change. Clearing the path for a fresh start most of us are hoping to have this fall. Whatever fresh start you are planning to put into action, self care should be a high priority.

In our daily life it is very important to take time for ourselves. Everyone needs a bit of self care to keep us grounded, healthy and moving forward.

Adopting health related routines to to strengthens our sense of balance and wellness. We can do so by: - Drinking more water to stay hydrated - Blocking out time for ourselves (which can be as little as 10 minutes to an hour a day) - Using this time to read, meditate, self reflect, do a crossword puzzle, go for a walk in nature. - Bonus: Trying out a new "lifestyle" such as meatless Mondays if you're not already vegan or vegetarian.
