The Winery's grapes have all been ripening these days. I was afraid the staff might be too shorthanded to pick them all themselves, so I came to help out.

Take this bunch of grapes — we can make some juice with them.

When they're ripe enough, grapes possess a wonderful sweetness and a strong, fruity fragrance. Your kind of flavor, if I'm not mistaken.

As for the ones that aren't fully ripe yet... Those can be used for fermentation. Don't worry, none of them will go to waste.

NEW CANON KAEYA TIDBITS FROM THE KAEYA HANGOUT PT. 1

I'm doing things in bullet point form coz wow there's a lot

Was the gentle and polite child! Also frequently got sick. Addie frequently took care of him in those times hehe. Is it possible that this is because of his experiences prior to getting to Mond? Travelling as a child would have made him vulnerable to tougher weather and rapidly at that. I doubt that food comes easy too. Additionally, HE WAS LEFT IN A STORM. I still think Kaeya is gentle and polite, though he definitely gives the face of charming and sly (if it benefits him and it works then might as well keep it going!)

Kindness is so inherent in him that he automatically does kind acts. He only acts like he has an ulterior motive, and tbh? I bet that act is only to keep people away. I think I made a oneshot about this saying his biological father may be worried about this tendency? Or something similar. Worryingly enough, Kaeya clearly has a hard time accepting words of affirmation from literally everyone. Heartbreaking to see in action.

Diluc is a menace, asking Kaeya to help him in his mischief, tsk. Kaeya apparently also helps Diluc in the punishments he receives. Kaeya ended up doing the most of it :( (what are the odds of Kaeya also doing Diluc's paperwork while said redhead was out on the field? What if the reason Kaeya wasn't with Diluc and Crepus during that one fateful 18th birthday because he was covering for Diluc's shift...). Tbh? Kaeya never stopped covering for Diluc. Even now, he is still covering for Diluc (DKH).

This one set off alarms in my mind. Kaeya was apparently not a very good liar when he was younger. I now definitely think that Crepus knew Kaeya lied about his origins. The question is, did Diluc know Kaeya was not a strong liar before their fight? Or did he remember afterwards and was immediately faced with even more guilt?

He might actually have a sweet tooth! Dear god look at the number of desserts he ordered. Do note that Death Afternoon is a mixture that lessens the bitterness of Dandelion Wine. Additionally, Kaeya wasn't interested in wine when he was younger, he only grew into it because it reminds him of home after he left :( The Cider Lake drink is also sweet! And I'm guessing plain chicken mushroom skewers weren't sweet enough, so he decided to add fruits to it. I THINK CREPUS ACCIDENTALLY GOT HIM INTO LIKING ALCOHOL AFTER CREATING THE CIDER LAKE DRINK LMAO. Crepus suceeding in preventing alcohol intake from one child and ended up giving it to the other

Fairly sure he was being flirted on here by an entire group of mercenaries and just didn't realize which would make things extremely funny. They saw him and immediately went "we need to see that body in the dance floor ASAP". What if he doesn't realize he is being flirted on until he is slapped in the face with a confession? It's also funny if he flirts up a storm and not realize people are flirting back lmao

So I was right... he was not kicked out. He moved out on his own. Diluc is fine with him frequenting Dawn Winery, expects it even (lol my short 1 shot makes sense now). The staff keep asking him to come back and visit more frequently. Adelinde says that Kaeya is always part of the family. They become so happy when Kaeya comes back, it's like a weight is lifted off of everyone's chests. IT'S KAEYA WHO KEEPS SAYING HE'S A GUEST AND SEPARATING HIMSELF OUGH. He's the one trying to stay away after all :((( Let's summarize this: Kaeya was the sickly, quick to bruise, kind, gentle, and polite child who everyone in the staff (and Diluc) adores and still treats like he is their baby, but said baby of the family KEEPS LEAVING. Go home Kaeya!

Klee keeps looking for Kaeya! And Kaeya reads her bedtime stories!!! Hearing her voice ask where Kaeya was broke my heart, I think I'd like that used for angst purposes. Kaeya is once again letting a mischievous pyro user get away with causing mischief. Kaeya you enabler lmaaaoooo. Kaeya frequently rescues Klee from solitary confinement, done so enough times that Klee now does the same for him (I bet she thinks Kaeya is in solitary confinement whenever he's busy doing paperwork). Not to Kaebedo/Albekae you guys (I am Kaebedo/Albekae-ing you guys), but I'm fairly sure Kaeya and Albedo spend so much time together with Klee. Again, frequent enough that Albedo has tons of drawings of Kaeya (the 3 brushstrokes is a popular meme, but it actually is just a way to say that he has drawn Kaeya a lot. Bet he could draw Kaeya with his eyes closed haha). HE GOT THEM MATCHING GIFTS THATS ADORABLE

Speaking of gifts, he's a great gift giver! He really listens to people's needs and wants. What a thoughtful man (Diluc was right in his letters in hidden strife though. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF KAEYA). Speaking of, I'm guessing Kaeya is rich? Because I'm fairly sure the gifts were bought with his own pocket money and thus the huge amount of travel funds remaining (the gifts are expensive, surely it should have put a dent to the said funds had he used them)

Doing a little series where I took some ship requests on my instagram to make them fankids, this one is for me tho (jeanlisa to kick it off whoo 🙌🏻) The lineup so far is Cytham, Kavetham, Lionfish (aka Freminet x Gaming aged up probably idk how old they are canonically), Cynonari, Jealuc, and Beiguang, and feel free to send me some other pairings you wanna see (as long as they are legal pls otherwise I will ignore it 👎)

I'm gonna ramble about some headcanons and lore for them under the cut, continue with caution bc I'm insane

These two are my brainrot rn, don't even joke lad. And I wanna tell yall their name meanings too bc I like them a lot 🥹 Zephra's means "west wind" derived from Greek, and it's the feminine version of Zephyr. Tyrian was a type of purple dye used by the Ancient Phoenicians, huge huge HUGE thanks to my pookie bear @miothefish for helping me out with his name!!! Also he has Lisa's butterfly earring and you can't see bc of the angle but Zephra has the rose that went in her hair holding her ponytail <3

I'm also making a massive family tree for the characters as a go along, and just the jeanlisa tree is taking up half of the canvas bc of the KoF and Sumeru characters since Cyno is their uncle and the rest of the gang are their honorary uncles 😭 I'll be posting that once the series is done/all the requests are finished/I run out of ships and otps I enjoy

Here's an alternative version with some more info on most of the characters I wanted to briefly mention in their relation to them; Tyrian likes calling Eula his aunt too even though she was never really considered one for them so it's kind of like her unofficial title she pretends to dislike but she loves it and dotes on Tyrian 🤭 She and Diluc also helped train Zephra with a claymore and Diluc kind of became a parental figure to her in her teen years after Lisa's passing 🥺 She also feels like she's outshined by Jean and that she's not smart or powerful enough to follow in Lisa's footsteps (something that Lisa wouldn't want anyways bc it led her to her death 😔) rip zephra she's just like me fr

And yeah some Kaeya angst bc he's still going thru it I fear, and Jean is single mombossing but she's worried for zephra which me too dawg, im afraid to say she might be cooked 😦 Zephra is also kind of like a weird mix of Lisa when she was her age and Jean, where overall she's well-mannered and kind but she can be competitive and feel the need to push herself too much and pull a few strings to get what she wants from time to time. Tyrian is a ray of sunshine tho, he has not yet witnessed the horrors 💔 I do think that Jean is also a lot easier on him than her mom was with her so that also helps. He's very shy tho and wants to stick with Zephra or Razor most of the time, and they both have some nasty tan lines from going out with Razor and Klee and Fischl a lot 😔 Cyno also freaking loves them and dotes on them and Tyrian is getting a TCG addiction because of it smh, Cyno is also one of Zephra's favorite people and when she's in Sumeru she stays with him and Alhaitham (bc in my universe they are married ough I love cytham)

And (I think?) Klee physically and mentally ages slower than humans so I think she'd be technically 9 or 10, and Zephra is left with babysitting duty most of the time if she's home on break or smth 😭 Klee really looks up to her tho

Also, I wrote Tyrian's last bullet point like he was super young when Lisa died, but I think he was around 7 so he actually remembers Lisa better than I intended it to sound, he was just younger than Zephra (who was 11 at the time) and just didn't have as much time with her as Zeph did, but his most fond memory of Lisa was reading with her and she probably taught them some potion-making skills too.

I think there will be some abyss angst in here too at some point, since I hc Lisa to be probably an Abyss Lector/Harold (I forget which is which) um so thinking that Zeph and Tyrian experiencing some not normal things happening and Jean doesn't know what to do since Lisa also didn't really know what that dog in her was until it was too late 😔 That's what Kaeya's for tho since he's like the heir of the abyss???? Go off king. Also some touchy ragbros angst bc Kaeya is scared for Zeph knowing how close she is with Luc and he doesn't want him to push her away because of her being from the abyss or smth (they mostly made up but it's still a fear in Kaeya's mind both for him and Jean's kids)

I think that's all I wanted to touch on for now?? Mainly just thinking about domestic fluff and angst all the time now 🥺 Zeph not being able to be open with Jean bc she feels like a disappointment but Jean would literally actually die for her and shes proud of her no matter what ough im going to lose my freak dawg guess who my favorite fankid is it's super hard ik

Diluc

You just stood there, awkwardly staring at the room. You felt like you were in a bad romance novel (which you kind of are), standing next to the guy who had your heart skipping multiple beats just by looking into your vague direction. Now in front of a single bed that you, probably?, had to share tonight.

You were no stranger to Diluc, as you did like to venture into the tavern regularly. At first you did it for the drinks and then, at some point, you just came for a chat. With him. Him, his sweet smile and his sweet way of telling stories. You loved seeing him. You...loved him.

The situation now was more of a coincidence. A coincidence you couldn´t really explain. But here it was.

The bed wasn´t like small or anything but the sheer thought of lying in such close proximity to the red haired man made your cheeks heat up like fire.

Not daring to look at him, you quietly cleared your throat „so.. uh... how do we go about this..?“

A short silence filled the room before he spoke up „Well, we could just share the bed...right?“.

You could feel his gaze burning into the side of your head, yet you just couldn´t bring yourself to look at him. „I´m sure it´ll be fine“ his reassuring voice spoke once more „if you´re comfortable with it, of course.“

Once more, you cleared your throat, before giving him a small nod „well, yeah. I suppose we can.“

Another minute of silence passed. You didn´t know. Couldn´t know. But the man was just as nervous as you were. Trying his best to voice the thoughts that were clouding his mind, before he spoke up again „We could..stay close to each other...right?“

He too had come to appreciate your presence. Was this how people made their first move? He could only hope that taking notes from Kaeya would prove good for once.

(Would probably sleep on the floor if you asked him to, idk)

Kaeya

Kaeya and you were friends. You always had been. You had shared a bed before. But that was like ages ago.

Now it felt different. It felt more intimate to think about sharing a bed.

You thought it was obvious that you liked him but you could barely tell how he felt about it. He was charming. Very charming. And you never knew how to tell `being charming` and `flirting` apart. Ever. Especially not with him, no matter how long you had known him.

But before you could even say anything, ask how to do this or voice your thoughts out loud, he had already waltzed over to the bed, stretching his arms accompanied by a small yawn.

He did not seem to care, which made your stomach churn a bit in confusing feelings.

Well, good to see that he´s comfortable with you. A bit sad to think that he doesn´t immediately get nervous at the thought of him lying next to you. Maybe he really just thought of you as his childhood friend.

You sighed before following him to the bed, shaking your head, trying to get rid of the heat going through your face.

He was already sitting on the bed, shooting you a look that you couldn´t quite decipher in the dim light. „We should stay close together tonight. Who knows what could happen? Safer to have each others back.“

If possible, you blushed even more, hoping he couldn´t see, before you nodded. „Yes. Yes stay close for...safety reasons“.

When you lied down onto the mattress you could hear him chuckle quietly, before you felt, to your horrific surprise, his arms engulfing your waist. A low whisper reached your ear „There is no shame in cuddling, is there?“ with a smirk that you could literally HEAR through his low voice, he added „for safety reasons“

With a mortified expression you stood there, in the door frame, staring at the bed.

You didn´t know the yaksha very well, as you had only been in contact with him while Zhongli was around. He seemed... alright enough? He was carrying a lot of sorrow, that much you knew.

You could tell, only because Zhongli was around to make him feel comfortable enough to let some expressions through his facial features.

But you didn´t know why, never wanted to press for it, never wanted to make him feel like he would need to open up to you. So you just tried to keep the contact minimal.

But now here you were, on a journey the old man had set you up to, standing in front of a single bed.

It wasn´t like you were scared to share a bed with him. He didn´t seem like someone who´d take advantage of you at least. But...you couldn´t help but wonder how he´d feel about this..? Would he be alright?

You cleared your throat quietly before muttering „so.. only one bed huh?“. Your voice laced with just a hint of sarcasm.

You looked at him, out of the corner of your eye and took notice of his expression changing. He looked sort of…angry?

Before you could dwell in the thought much longer he had already started muttering „Foolish mortals. Joking at times that require a serious aptitude. Do you expect something to happen? Tell me.“

You were..surprised to say the least. Joking? About what? The irony? You couldn´t figure out what exactly he was talking about. Slowly. Cautiously. You muttered back „Joking about what? What would I expect to happen?“

He stared at you for what felt like an eternity. Slowly but surely you started to feel a bit...uncomfortable. Why was he staring like that?

„I know what happens at night, between two individuals of your kind. Do not hold me to foolish standards of being naive“.

You were flabbergasted, to say the least, before you could get a hold of yourself and murmur „I... just want to get to sleep...No hidden intentions there...“

Now he seemed to be the one who was uncomfortable, averting his face to hide a blush crossing his cheeks. How silly of him. Now he was the one who felt foolish.

A short moment passed and you knew that he was embarrassed about his little outburst. Someone's got trust issues. But you didn't press on it, only sharing a kind smile "I didn't mean anything bad by it. Sorry for the confusion". He nodded and seemed to calm down. After a while he nodded again, maybe more to himself then to you, before mumbling „Sure. I´ll share a bed with you“.

What you didn´t know was that the mf didn´t even need sleep to begin with.

To be embarrassed about the thought of having to share a bed with your husband of all people.

But your marriage wasn't a conventional one, as neither of you married out of love.

It's not like you hated each other, you'd actually say that you got along just fine. You just never got into any...romance situations.

It felt weird, being married already but never having been on a date together. But it also felt weird for you to now try and get closer to him?

There were no books on how to go about this, so you just tried to wing it. Which wasn't easy.

When his eyes looked at you with such precise attention whenever you opened your mouth to say something, it was hard to get any words out at all. You could hear your heart slamming against your chest whenever you focused on his eyes. They were so beautiful.

That aside, right now you couldn't see his eyes. Thankfully. And you were hoping that he couldn't see yours either.

Your eyes were full on staring at the single bed in front of you.

Today, you couldn't venture off into your own room. Today, people could see where you went. Today, people would be able to judge you on your marriage.

Today, you had to stay at a Hotel and today you did not want to put a bad image upon your dearest husband. So you just asked Thoma to book a room supposed for married couples. There was a sofa but…you kind of wanted to make a move on him. To maybe, actually, be married to him? The thought alone made your heart flutter.

You imagined this scenario to be way easier in your head but now, with him being so close to you, you could definitely feel your nerves spiking up and your face burning with embarrassment.

He didn't seem to notice as he stood there for a while, taking in the room, then he turned towards you "just…one bed?". His tone showed his confusion. You cleared your throat before nodding "I thought… well, I thought we could spend the night together…".

The blush on your cheeks did not want to leave you alone but still, you turned your head to meet the amused gaze of your husband.

This little shit was all you could think before he spoke again "Quite a bold move to make. I like it."

Thinking about Minecraft super build stream Diluc who used to be a super serious and competitive shooting game stream. And people keep wondering like is this the game guy? Like he used to fuck shit up, and now he's just patiently building in minecraft? No, it can't be the same.

It 100% is and Diluc just got tired of being competitive. Now he just wants to build things and talk about birds.
