Scarmouche watches from afar, replaying what he would tell you. He hates to admit it but he took Childes advice after tell him ’it was just sad at this point.’ He started to make his way over to you, who was just minding their own business.

“Recruit.” He said surprising you. You quickly turned on your heel to face him.

“Yes Ballender?” You question hoping you didn’t upset him. You couldn’t think of anything you did wrong.

He paused for a second but it felt a lot longer. The silence felt deafening on your ears.

“I was wondering if you wouldn’t mind coming to my room- as in a date.” He said stiffly, saying what Childe told him to.

You were stunned THE Ballender, Number Six of the Fatui Harbingers ask you, YOU, to go on a date. Your face felt like the sun.

Scaramouche got nervous, which he rarely did, waiting for your reply.

“O-Of course.” you finally stuttered out.

“Great. I expect to see you around 6.” He said curtly before leaving.

“Thanks.”

“It’s no problem.” He looked you in the eyes. “I was wondering if you aren’t too tired, if you would like to grab something to eat. It’s on me.”

Your face heated up and suddenly you no longer feel tired. What a coincidence.

“Sure. I could really go for something to eat.”

I turned these into Head-cannons, I hope that’s ok. I find out if I need to get hip surgery soon so I’ll try to pop out as many requests as possible until I found out so, I might be slow with requests, but I’m just scared of the answer I might get. If I get the surgery, I’ll have to be in a wheelchair for a very long time then be in crutches for even longer. I might even need to walk with a cane some days. I just hope I’m healthy enough to get the surgery and recover quickly.

Là, il a marqué des points. Le coup d’Adeline, c’était très fort. Je n’en ai parlé à personne. Même pas à mes proches. Ni à ma famille ni à mes potes. Encore moins à Régis qui s’est rapproché d’elle depuis quelque temps.

Mais comment cet homme qui sort de nulle part peut savoir ça s’il ne m’a pas observé longuement ? J’admets qu’il me connaît. Il me connaît personnellement, OK, mais pourquoi ? Pour que j’entre dans une école ?

Le professeur sort un objet long et fin. Il marmonne quelque chose d’incompréhensible et un éclair jaillit de l’objet qui semble de bois. L’éclair atteint l’armoire métallique, qui se met à bouger, à claquer des portes et à sauter sur elle-même. Comme si elle était devenue vivante.

– Camille, la magie existe ! Et tu es un magicien !

– Comment savez-vous que je suis magicien ? Je n’ai jamais fait de magie !

– Toi, non, mais ta famille est une des plus vieille famille de magiciens.

– Vous voulez dire que mes parents sont magiciens, et que ça se transmet ?

– La magie se transmet de génération, mais il peut arriver que la transmission saute une ou deux générations. C’est ce qui s’est passé pour ta famille. Ton arrière-arrière-grand-père du côté de ton père était le dernier magicien de la famille, jusqu’à ce que tu naisses.

– Pourquoi mes parents ne m’ont pas raconté cette histoire de magiciens ?

– Car ils ne sont pas au courant, tout simplement. Ton arrière-arrière-grand-père, voyant que ses enfants n’avaient pas de pouvoirs, a décidé de se mettre à vivre comme des non-mages. Il a intégré la communauté de non-mages et n’a jamais révélé ses pouvoirs à ses enfants. Il a emporté son secret dans la tombe.

– OK pour les dons, mais pourquoi êtes-vous là ?

– Pour l’école. Avec tes dons, tu peux intégrer l’école de Beauxbâtons. Une école de magie où l’on t’apprendra à utiliser tes dons.

– Mais comment je vais y aller ? Mes parents ne sont pas au courant de l’existence de la magie !

– On a pensé à plusieurs stratégies. Mais ça sera à toi de décider. On verra ça quand tu auras signé ton dossier inscription.

– Vous l’avez sur vous ?

– Non, car la Loi de la Magie possède un article définissant un délai obligatoire de trois semaines entre l’annonce de l’existence de la magie et l’entrée dans une école de magie à un jeune magicien.

– Donc je devrais signer le dossier dans trois semaines ?

– C’est ça ! On se reverra au même endroit, à la même heure. J’étais ravi de te rencontrer, Camille. Bien entendu, la communauté magique doit rester secrète et discrète. Tu ne dois parler de ça à personne ! Sur ce, je te dis au revoir ! À dans trois semaines !
