The Mirrorring of Army: Then and Now

I didn't expect my previous post to gain some hate, so here goes my third post of the day: There are good and bad side to every fandom, but if you spend so much time with the negative. All you will see or feel is that negativity. Yes, some of my experiences with Army have been frustrating, but it's like a sibling relationship. I will still be there for other Army and A LOT of my experiences have honestly been life changing in a good way. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this... In 2019 BTS performed at the GMA. Spoilers: Jikook were very cute. Army there at the time were told to leave quickly and they did, but then returned to pick up their trash or belongings. Last year when Jungkook's concert, also at GMA, got cancelled there was a lot of confusion and fear. Army helped each other to get shelter and reach home. Especially those who were not from the area or who had flown in from South Korea. This is simular to what happened at Busan when the mobile network went down and some I-Army got stranded. K-Army helped them reach their destinations when they got turned down by local taxis. When BTS did their recent concerts, there were A LOT of complaints about Army not singing along enough. It was obvious that the sound wasn't coming through properly on the stream, because you could hear the chants in fancams. However, there was a delay. Now that we have the PTD Behinds, the members THEMSELVES mentioned about how bad the sound reverb was. There was a delay on the sound in the stadium, depending on where you stood. That's why in some clips it sounds like the fan chants are massively out of sync.

There was also the belief that certain members would get zero cheers whilst on stage. I still do not understand where this lie came from, but it spread very far and hashtags were started. All the members got the loudest cheers I have heard. They always will. It was started to create fear and it started a chain reaction for no apparent reason, because so many like to assume the worse before getting their facts right. Army also helped each other whilst waiting in lines. Again, simular to what happened at James Corden in 2020.

Back in 2019 there were a lot more scandals or hate aimed towards the members than some of you might know of. However, they were dealt with in GC's or in private to prevent those hateful words from spreading. Now it's almost like this hatred is used to get engagement. Paddington, a know anti back then, even said that they would say things to try to get on Report Pages because it would help get them more attention. Antis follow our report pages to know which posts or accounts to boost. Boosted accounts are harder to take down because of the Twitter algorithm and it's why so many do beg to not engage with such posts. This includes using their name, responding or quoting. Is there an easy solution? I don't really know. But if you ever start to feel unsure, please step away and remember those good times: When MMA 2020 Jikook happened. When we donated money to the Beyond the Rainbow Foundation in South Korea after Yoon won his election. The happiness each Bangton or Run Episode brings. The joy we'll feel once Jin is back...

Ok I feel like I’m going crazy? So my stepsister and her bff are swearing to me that BTS is going on tour in 2023 and I’m like no they aren’t?? They’re enlisting?? But then you look it up and there are a ton of websites that say they are? This is a scam right? Like I know 100% it is but I need someone else to agree with me because I’m looking at BTS content almost daily and I’ve never seen anyone on my platforms talk about it😂

What in world is this website. The fact that they misspelled Bangtan Sonyeondan, didn't know the English meaning "Bulletproof Boyscouts" and "Beyond the Scene" and also misspelled the company website in their "link." Should honestly tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about this website. 😅

No, they aren't touring as a group in 2023. Jin is still in the military!! And no solo tour has even been hinted at much less announced for now too for any of the other 6. Soooo... your sister and her BFF are unfortunately mistaken. Sorry!

And yes, the dates they listed in their supposed upcoming 2023 tour were the ones they did for the PTD Concerts in Korea and the USA. And the cities they listed as countries they were going to perform in for this unnamed "tour" were the same places they went to for the Love Yourself Speak Yourself Tour (plus a few others and minus India). Sooo I honestly have no idea what these websites are doing other than trying to generate clicks 🤷🏻‍♀️

The last episode of Supernatural airs today, it's gonna tear my heart open. I've thought of what this day would feel like for years. It's the future thoughts that I'll have, thinking about what the Winchesters are up to, and not being label to deal with no new stories that I'm worried about. I will miss them.

I am happy that BTS BE comes out the next day, I know it will help.

Jin / Seokjin

At first, Seokjin would be shocked to hear your son call him 'daddy' as the cute eight year old never really showed an interest in him but would instead just shrug him off. He also referred to Jin as nothing but 'my mom's boyfriend' so it would be shocking to both of you when he went over to Jin and said 

"Daddy, I'm bleeding." 

After the initial shock, he would be a little teary eyed as the two of you were discussing whether or not it would be a good idea for him to stay around if your son wasn't comfortable with him being there with both you. It would make both you feel extremely relieved that the little boy finally called him dad.

Suga / Yoongi

Yoongi would try to play it off as cool as he could possibly manage to do so after your daughter called him 'daddy' during a family game the three of you were playing. She had gotten mad because she thought Yoongi was cheating at the game and hollered at him for doing so. 

"Oh my god. Daddy, you're cheating! Put it back." 

He would look over at you and raise his eyebrows, trying not to show his emotions up front for both of you to see. Of course, he would feel a little emotional about the three year old calling him 'Daddy' instead of 'Yoon' but he wouldn't want to cry in front of the toddler. 

"She called me daddy, did you hear that? And I'm not cheating, you're just really bad at the game babe." 

"DON'T BE MEAN TO ME!"

J-Hope / Hoseok

You and Hoseok would be at the park with your five year old son for a picnic lunch and play time for the little munchkin when he would finally decide to call "bubba Hosie" his 'daddy' instead. He had overheard you and Hoseok talking about Hoseok adopting him and thought that since Hoseok would technically be his dad, he should go ahead and give Hoseok the nickname. After the three of you finished eating, your son wanted Hoseok to take him down the slide so he used that chance to call him 'daddy'. 

"Daddy will you take me down the slide?" 

Hoseok would be excited and very proud that he was finally comfortable enough to call him his dad. His reaction wouldn't be big or dramatic but instead he would just grin and lift the small boy up. 

"Of course buddy, let's go."

RM / Rap Monster / Namjoon

Namjoon would get super excited about you and your daughter came in to wake him up and she called you daddy. You had to wake him up for a dentist's appointment for your nine year old daughter so you decided to mess with him to wake him up but your daughter had a better idea. 

"Wake up daddy~" 

His reaction would be somewhat small as he's being woken up with it and everything so he would probably just hug her and stick his tongue out at you. "She loves me more now."

Jimin

We all know that Jimin is super silly and loves kids so he and your two year old daughter clicked almost immediately after meeting. It wasn't surprising when she called him Daddy but he would get really excited about her doing this so he would act much like a child; He would most likely jump up and down and shake you like crazy. 

"DID YOU HEAR WHAT SHE SAID? I'M HER DADDY, DID YOU HEAR IT?! SAY IT AGAIN!" 

Would literally become the the 'asdfghjkl;' of humans. He was s h o o k but excited. Jimin would embrace the new role of "daddy".

V / Taehyung

Taehyung is a giant three year old boy so when your son called him daddy, he would be a little surprised and would kinda tilt his head to the side as he looked over at you with the young boy sitting on his lap. 

"Am I 'daddy' material? Like, am I old enough for that title?”

He would be really happy about being called ‘daddy’ and wouldn’t really know what else to say other than crack a few jokes about finally being accepted as ‘dad’ rather than ‘my really large younger brother’. 

Jungkook

S H O O K. Jungkook is the baby of his group so of course he's not always considered an 'adult' due to his maknae status so when your daughter straight up called him her dad, he would be so shocked he didn't know how to respond. He would be frozen in place as he kinda just looked between you and your daughter. 

"I.. Wow, I'm dad now. That's- I GOTTA CALL JIN."

Under his little joke, he would feel really proud that your daughter could call him that. He would be so proud of the accomplishment, he would have to call his mom and tell her about being a daddy now. Of course he’s been a father figure to her because he helps provide her with the essential needs but he didn’t want to call himself her dad if you and her weren’t ready for that but after she called him ‘daddy’ on her own, he would proudly talk about his daughter and not his partner’s daughter.
