Weekend cooking

Taa-daa! *kaged ngga? Engga ya tentu b aja wkwk

Seperti biasa weekend selalu mikirin momasak apaaaa? Karena mager td abis pulang dari luar plus olahraga, nyari deh di grabmart siapa tau ada inspirasi. Eh skrg ada Yogya Online, coba ah kita liat yang masakan yg fresh dan meat gitu kan.

Kemarin dikasih sambel pecel kesukaanku dari Ngawi, dikasih bibiku kan sepupuku alm. Bapaknya org ngawi dan si sambel pecel selalu ada, bbrp kali kalo mreka pny stoknya aku suka dikasih, kemarin dikasih yeaaayy! Mikir dong bikin apa? Sayurannya berarti kaya kangkung, toge, labu siam oke masukin list, proteinnya apa? Beli deh ikan kembung, eeh nemu ati sapi lagi tp harus beli 500gr, oke masukin list si bapak mau bikin lg katanya kan minggu kmrn ati ayam krn ketidaktahuanku wkwk. Udah deh ordered, ngga lama kurinya dtg.

Masak lah kami berdua bahu membahu, sebelumnya aku bikinin makan nemo dulu, bikin bb booster lagi lah euy semenjak sakit bbnya turun lagi udah seneng2 naik, ehh turunnn.. Patah hati ibuuuu! Misoa slice ayam plus essence lemak kaldu bb booster bismillah naik lg yuu bb nya. Aamiinn

Setelah itu aku dan bapak suami masak deh, sambil rebus ini itu, masak ini itu, nyicil gegeroh biar ngga berantakan bgt jadi pas slesei masak dapur kondusif dan bersih uwuw~

Kata bapak kita masak ati sapi sama pecel aja, ikan kembung buat besok yodah.. Masak segitu aja lama dan berdua pula yaa begitulah masak tuh ngga gampang ya coyyyy.

Alhamdulillah untuk hari ini makanan sederhana nan niqmadh atuh masaknya jg duaan meni romantizzzz awww

"6 bulan, ayo dicoba pumping 6 bulan" kataku 6 bulan yang lalu. Menjadi ibu untuk pertama kali. Melahirkan untuk pertama kali. Menyusui untuk pertama kali. 6 bulan lalu semua pengalaman adalah pengalaman untuk yang pertama kali.

Masih teringat jelas, 3 hari di rumah sakit aku dan dipta masing-masing belajar untuk pertama kali bagaimana cara menyusui-disusui yang benar. Posisi yang benar, pelekatan yang benar tapi ternyata tidak semudah itu. Aku pikir fase hamil adalah fase yang berat, ternyata fase menyusui lebih berat lagi, bukan berat sih tapi lebih ke fase dimana aku belajar untuk ikhlas.

Menyusui di rumah setelah dari RS tidaklah lebih mudah. Kami berdua masih sama-sama belajar. Sedikit demi sedikit asi mulai keluar. Walaupun begitu kami berdua masih terkendala dengan pelekatan yang benar. Sedikit berhasilnya, lebih banyak gagalnya.

Lama-lama aku mulai kalut. Kulit dan mata adek kuning. Di tengah-tengah kekalutan itu, untungnya suami masih bisa berpikir jernih dan mengajak untuk periksa ke klinik aja.

Disana semua kondisi adek dicek, pelekatan pun dicek yang ternyata dari dokternya pun kesusahan. Akhirnya melihat kondisi adek yang penurunan BBnya lebih dari batas normal dan kondisi badan yang menguning akhirnya adek disinar. Saat itu juga. Tanpa persiapan apapun, kami menunggu disana.

Dipta diletakkan di box kaca yang ditutup kain hitam dan disinar uv, hanya menggunakan popok dan penutup mata. Hati orang tua mana yang tidak hancur melihat anaknya sakit? Saat itu aku merasa bersalah, merasa gagal, nerasa engga mampu untuk berusaha memberikan yang terbaik. Saat itu aku ditarget tiap 2 jam minimal dapat 40-60ml asi, tapi apa daya asi masih seret sekali pumping cuma dapat 10-20ml. 30ml aja bersyukur. Apa engga tambah stress? Akhirnya karena produksi asiku belum memenuhi target sedangkan adek perlu minum sekitar 60ml, disambung pakai sufor.

Singkat cerita adek disinar 27 jam karena dibeberapa waktu adek rewel dan akhirnya dikeluarkan dari box sementara untuk ditenangkan.

Setelah kejadian itu aku sadar, aku salah karena tetap memaksakan ingin dbf sedangkan kondisi kami berdua belum bisa.

Aku mulai menata pikiran lagi, membulatkan tekad karena yang terpenting saat ini dan selanjutnya adalah nutrisi yang cukup untuk adek. Selain itu pertimbangan waktu cuti yang kudapet cuma satu bulan (adek umur 3 minggu aku udah masuk😞) akhirnya saat itu aku memutuskan untuk memulai hidup menjadi mom eping.

"6 bulan, ayo dicoba pumping 6 bulan. Desember. Check point pertama".

Ternyata sampai juga aku disini🥹

Engga mau bohong, selama proses menjadi mom eping pun beberapa orang ada yang *julid*. Tapi ya belajar untuk cuek dan tetap fokus ke tujuan lagi untuk memberikan nutrisi yang cukup ke adek.

Selama proses mom eping 6 bulan ini pun ada 2x dimana suplai drop. Akhirnya aku belajar lagi, ikut workshop dan ternyata ada banyak hal dan kunci dasar untuk sukses menaikan asi.

Jadi target selanjutnya adalah satu tahun menjadi mom eping.

Semangat mengASIhi ya aku😁 mari kita usahakan asi eksklusif 2 tahun itu..

hari kedua ama belajar makan

belajar

ya namanya juga belajar kan ga langsung bisa tapi biar bisa, fokus kita berarti sama proses belajarnya apa yang belum bisa bagaimana cara latihnya.

kemarin bubur saring diencerin (wortel, tempe, ikan kembung 3sdm santan)

sampai pagi tadi, ama belum terlalu bisa menelan masih hoek aja, ayah bilang coba bubur instan, akhirnya siang ini dibuatin bubur instan, ternyata gimana? sama aja 🥲

berarti bener bukan soal rasa tapi tekstur, kalo dikasih minum pake sendok bisa tuh mau kecup kecup telen.

selama 6 bulan dengan ASI yang tinggal kenyot, dua hari ini dia kedatangan tamu di pintu mulutnya, kental , ada aroma yg ga biasa, pas udah sampe mulut gatau harus digimanain akhirnya ya diem dalem mulut mungkin ada yg ketelen eh ada juga yang keluar lagi 🥹

pagi tadi agak ke triger, perasaan jaman mansa di lombok muncul, anak ga naik BBnya makanya macem gini, padahal lupa waktu itu Mansa umurnya 8 bulan, yg pas 6 bulannya pinterrr bisa menelan bubur, tapi setial anak kan bukan untum dibanding-banding ya kan.
