Types of Beef
Beef cuts are provided with loins, sirloins, ribs, chunks, briskets, rounds, and plates. If you are confused about how to cook which types of beef, this guide will help you.

1. Loin cuts::
This meat is mostly used for steak, baking, broiling, and grilling.
- Short Loin is used to make Strip Steak, also called Strip loin, this part is expensive since the taste of the meat is soft
- Top Sirloin and Bottom Sirloin is soft. It's used to cook steaks, grilling and grilling.
- Tenderloin is soft, it is used for BBQ and is delicious.
- Fillet is soft, use to stir fry as you like and the meat is quite tender.
- T-bone is the shape of the bone that cuts off the bone. T is the phase between Strip loin and Tenderloin used to make steaks and it is also expensive.

2. Sirloin cuts::
This meat is for making grilled steaks, baked, are expensive. It is coming from the rear of the animal, these are also leaner cuts, and certainly not the best beef choice if you want to slow cook.

3. Rib cuts::
- Short Rib is the meat attached to the rib. It looks like a curved piece, it is popular to grill, burn, bake.
- Rib eye is pure meat without ribs attached which has been very popular. It is often used for steaks, grilling, or frying meat.
- Prime Rib is a pure meat, similar in appearance to Rib Eye. It is commonly used for steaks, grills, and fries, but this type of meat has a higher layer of fat than Rib Eye.

4. Chunk cuts::
Meat around the neck. This type of meat is thick, suitable for baking and stews because it produces soft and delicious meat.

5. Brisket cuts::
The cow chest is perfect for grilling for BBQ. It's a forgiving cut but the margin between delicious juicy and chewy dry is small.

6. Round cuts::
The hip of the meat. It is commonly used for cooking, baking, grilling, mincing, stir frying, and cooking steaks.

7. Plate & flank cuts::
It is used in baking, grilling or cooking steaks. It's called "Outside Skirt Steak". It's cheap and a lot of fat. Many people like to make stew, and braised beef.
