Bella Sara Headcannons Pt. 3

I imagine Penny Inkwell becomes this absolute powerhouse of a grown woman. Like, an absolute crusader for justice, publishing the most important and pressing news in her newspaper, and becoming the standard for all knowledge in North of North. Everyone knows her name, and she knows everyone business.

Pixies/fairies are like the North of North equivalent of average pests. They get in everything, and play tricks and are generally an absolute nuisance. Angry citizens are constantly chasing them out of their homes with a broom. It’s a common occurrence.

Thunder seems really buff and macho, but he’s secretly really a shy and sensitive boi. He prefers hanging out with his animal friends and avoiding other horses and people, which is why he never mated, and why his herd he founded is so isolated. He basically created a herd for socially awkward introverts like him, and he is thriving. 

Humans are able to join herds if they prove to be exemplary in the traits those herds identify. Canon hinted at this with a number of human cards that have herd emblems, but I think it goes all the way. Like, these humans are welcome to live and work in the herd’s castles or territories, although most choose to keep their affiliations quiet and live normal lives amongst other humans. 

This one is more serious haha In my head, Colm gets a whole character redemption arc. I see him as this kid who is deeply internalizing all his issues and refusing to face the extreme emotions he feels. I think deep down he feels extremely isolated and unwanted, which is partly him making up his problems, but partially justified. I think Emma was extremely doted on by her Aunt and Uncle first on Earth after the death of her parents, and yes that’s justified, but to Colm that felt like he was being ignored and misplaced in his own home to an extent, and instead of facing that hurt he bottled it up and started being a stupid brat and acting out. And then by accident, suddenly he’s on a magical world where Emma is the hero, and doesn’t that just make it hurt all the more? Even in a magical world he’s still second best, still pushed aside, and all of the feelings justified and not have created the tumultuous storm inside of him that he doesn’t know how to deal with. But I see him learning and growing in North of North, as he learns that he is capable of his own kind of bravery, and that he doesn’t need to be the center of everyone’s attention to be valuable. I see him apologizing, and trying his best to do good wherever he goes. I think he would turn into a self assured sort of man, but one that is aware when to step back too after all he’s learning in his childhood. Except with Emma, where I see him both keeping up a friendly rivalry, but also being a little extra cautious with her because he’s worried of a repeat of their childhoods. By the end of things, I think he would secretly be North of North’s favorite of the heros from earth, although they never say it to his face. He has a charisma about him (even in canon that is made clear) and couple that with his new sense of wanting to do right would make him a very influential person in his own way. (And Valkrist’s Flight Colm is NOT canon to be btw. I’m pro card series and Emma and Lost Herds Colm all the way.)

Her hair would be all slobbered on and her toes have been accidentally stepped on too many times to count and she is just “I love my big dumb babies so much”

i dont think this guy would be like. like his jokes are always thought out carefully and properly so i dont think anybody would be offended by it.

but one day, he got a call from someone named "booo bear" and ryoko was furious when she found out.

Joe was desperately trying to explain that "booo bear" is 'boo' like 'BOOO YOU SUCK >:(' and bear was their actual nickname.

ryoko kept on pressing for answers while joe was like a kicked puppy like trying to find the right words to explain like 'ryoko boo is BOO you suck :( ur my real boo bear'

so when you come up. you immediately explain to ryoko about the name and the reason why joe is contacting the person (solely because they run a dress company that has a dress joe would think ryoko would look good in and hes trying to get a free deal bro hes broke)

in the end ryoko profusely apologizes to him for the misunderstanding. joe thanks you for clearing it up for him :D and hes honestly super grateful you came in the right time.

i mean yeah, it started off as a joke but then it kinda got seirous when she mentioned edward (big headcannon that sara was team jacob /Ih /j)

and then things were getting heated they were both spitting bars and it got so tense so you know what you did??

put your hands over their mouths before they turned to you. you let them go, and just blutnly say.

and you clear misunderstandings and stuff like WOO WEE thank god. you made them both apologize to each other.

So when it was over she just looked at you. like you sure your face was blank like usually you looked SATISFIED on what you did. what an icon. the moment.

Jim Hopper in the Steddie Twilight AU:

(Quick intro to say that Hopper is one of the characters that needs the least tweaking to fit into the AU because he is actually just a grumpier Charlie Swan. I literally would just have to replace some of the names in this extract from the Twilight Characters Wikipedia pages and voila, Jim Hopper.

Charlie Swan is Bella Swan's father and works as police chief in Forks. His hobbies include fishing with Harry Clearwater and Billy Black, as well as watching various sports on TV. Charlie married Bella's mother, Renée, just after they both graduated from high school, and they soon had Bella. Renée divorced Charlie not long after and moved to Phoenix, Arizona with Bella. Bella later mentions that Charlie still has not quite gotten over her mother. He became accustomed to living alone. [...] At the end of Breaking Dawn, he and Sue Clearwater have developed a romantic relationship.

Which is pretty much what I've done with a few Lil tweaks and headcanons thrown in.)

Hopper used to be chief of police for Hawkins before the death of his daughter Sara. The bereavement caused Hopper and his wife to divorce and sent Hopper into a deep depression. After that, he quit the force and took up a job as a park ranger for the nearby national park and pretty much retreated from society except for when he'd visit the few friends he still had in Hawkins.

These friends include Joyce Byers, who he sees a lot because of the shelter she runs and the veterinary services she offers; Joyce's boyfriend, Bob Newby, an old classmate who Hopper often goes hunting with; Benny Hammond, a childhood friend who Hopper leant on the most after his daughter died; and Murray Bauman, who Hopper met while on the force and kind of just got stuck with.

Hopper is introduced to the supernatural side of Hawkins when his friend Benny finds Eleven wandering the woods around his diner. He gives Eleven to Hopper to take care of and is subsequently killed by Dr Brenner's men, who stage the death like an animal attack.

Hopper manages to keep El safe for years without the people of Hawkin's even knowing that she exists and develops a father-like relationship with her despite being terrified of losing another kid. This leads him to be overly protective and ends with her running away.

Which is where Eleven meets Will Byers while he's being hunted by Henry and keeps him alive. After seeing Henry, who used Eleven to commit a massacre at the lab they were being held, drives Eleven to return back home to Hopper where she stays for another year.

Around this time the murders in Hawkins start to get worse. Bob Newby is killed while out hunting and three high-schoolers are also found dead in various locations around town. The police are scrambling for answers, blame is being placed on innocent people (like Eddie), and the residents of Hawkins are out for blood.

Long story short, Hopper needs to let Eleven help fight with the gang. She's the key to saving Hawkins and preventing more death and destruction but she's also Hopper's daughter and he's already lost one daughter, he'll be damned if he loses another. So he agrees on the one condition that he gets to fight too.

(Which means spending a lot more time with Joyce Byers and her boys...)

Yuri on Ice!

fav characters: Yuuri K, Phichit, Viktor, Yurio, Leo, Guang-Hong... honestly, I like p much all of the characters, but these are the ones that come immediately to mind

least fav characters: This is hard because all of the characters are likable in their own way. In rewatching the show recently, though, I found myself a bit annoyed with Ciao Ciao’s dismissal of Yuuri... like I know he’s proud of his boy Phichit and he should be, but that doesn’t mean he has to trash talk Yuuri! That’s such a minor thing, though

fav relationship: Viktor/Yuuri, of course!! However, I also love poly Phichit/Leo/Guang-Hong, Otabek/Yurio, Mila/Sara, Otabek/Mila, Emil/Sara, JJ/Bella, and JJ/Seung-gil! Really, I ship too many things...

fav moment: the reveal at the end of episode 10!! It was the best plot twist ever. I spent a whole week with my head spinning because of how brilliant it was

headcanons/theories: I like demiace biromantic Yuuri and gray-asexual Yurio being ace solidarity buds. Also, Phichit as a demiaro pansexual who crushes on all of his friends and confuses platonic and romantic attraction all the time because I like to project on him! Also also! the fact that Seung-gil canonically kissed Nishigori continues to delight me, so I think he perhaps has a thing for bully types, plus we know that JJ and Seung-gil have a longtime rivalry going, so I headcanon Seung-gil as crushing on JJ while also hating him about twice as much as he likes him

how’d you find it: tumblr posts were ranting and raving about it bring the gay anime we all deserved so obviously I was intrigued

random thoughts: I often like to imagine myself introducing anime to a future partner, and I’d start with a tour of lgbta anime. Said tour would have to start with yuri on ice, because it’s so accessible for people who have no prior knowledge of anime.

(Also: The tour would end with Ikuhara’s Yuri Kuma Arasi and Sarazanmai, because while they may be masterpieces, the audience really needs a comprehensive understanding of both various anime tropes and the history of lgbta content in anime in order to fully appreciate them for the works of art that they are.)

Bella Sara Headcanons Pt. 2

You asked for more, so here you go!

In my head, Candlebright is literally the size of a candle. Can you imagine how precious?????

Tyri is secretly a disgraced/banished Valkyrie. This is why she suddenly appears after Emma’s return even though canon clearly states there is only one Valkyrie per world, and each Valkyrie has their own realm to protect. Tyri did something in her own realm that caused her to be banished, and now her sentence is teaching Emma to be a better Valkyrie then she was. (I can’t decide if she’s permanently banished or just temporarily though. I’ll leave that one up to your imagination.)

Colm’s parents secretly didn’t treat him very well. (Not abusive, but more absent parents.) This is why he is so eager to travel with Emma to North of North and never seems to care about the people and world he left behind.

There are many more evil or at least dangerous creatures than just wolves and spiders in North of North. There’s no way the only creatures are all happy and kind. 

Canon states multiple times that there are many more active wolf riders then Ivenna, but we never see them. Why? Because they actually have all passed away. Ivenna knows this, but keeps up the mystery because it makes people fear her more if they think she could call for backup at any moment.

All the herds are secretly a little resentful of Herd Bellasara. I mean, it’s confirmed their territory is literally ALL OF NORTH OF NORTH. What herd wouldn’t be a little jealous that “their” lands are actually being rented out from the supreme horse herd.

The only reason Tiff is helping at the Ballroom in adventures is North of North’s equivalent of community service. No one can convince me that Tiff “I only care about myself, winning, and won’t hesitate to sabotage Marta and Nike in the middle of a race” Miltondotter was suddenly volunteering her time out of the goodness or her heart, or that she was given any kind of position of authority. No, that girl did something and got in trouble, and now she has to do menial labor.

Okay I said this as a joke but now I'm thinking?? Bella Sara's War Years + Alien 1979

During the Wolf Riders' siege at Rolandsgaard Castle, Shahazar, Islandar, and Valeryk were killed (along with a lot of other horses; my headcanon is that the undead horses are all remnants of the army that battled the Wolf Riders). This is literally the only detail we're given about the war. A lot of horses and wolves died, eventually the horses won, and Feral and Fenrir disappeared/were locked away, respectively.

So basically, we have free reins (pun intended) to make up whatever we want about the war!

Myrfor has the power to shapeshift. In the movie he turns into a human and in the comics he turns into a horse. In the Foals 2017 Promo Series he even has a freaky intermediate human/wolf form.

This means Myrfor could have infiltrated Rolandsgaard very effectively and picked off dozens of horses! Just imagine the manhunt. Imagine the victorious feeling, when they catch their suspect, turning into horror as he becomes a monstrous wolf thing. Imagine thinking you've gotten rid of him, but he shows up again, wearing another shape, and continues killing in the shadows.

Guerilla Soldier Myrfor working from within the castle. Everyone knows he's there, hiding in their walls and vents and dark corners, but they're too few to catch him. If they go alone, he'll just pick them off one by one, but if they go as a group, they'll never cover enough ground to find him. They can't leave the castle, it's still safer than the outside world. They've trapped themselves with a killer whom they let in because he looked like one of them.

JJ trusts him and ships Leoji like hell Plot twist: it doesn't work but Guang Hong and Leo get together eventually and JJ feels like a proud momma Leo and him sometimes argue over bands but they mostly respect each other's tastes They always BOTH love anything on Otabek's playlist though, and they sometimes include JJ's own songs which make him really happy Isabella becomes friends with Mila and Sara and the three of them love gossiping. JJ sometimes joins them Chris teaches him the ways of The Sexy™ and at some point JJ pole dances for Isabella. Who dies laughing because this is so not JJ-like JJ silently curses Chris's name but still thanks him, 'that's a great way to get some exercise done' Michele slowly realizes everyone around him is having a Perfect Soulmate Relationship™ but the most experienced would be either JJ, or Vitya. He knows Vitya would rant about Yuuri for hours so he asks JJ about human relationships JJ rants about Isabella for hours and Michele hates his life Emil absolutely loves JJ and they share a not-so-secret love of bad puns Seung-Gil pretends he hates him bc he's 'noisy' but they bond over ice-skating and their love for the sport Georgi joins them soon enough and is like 'you two aren't Extra enough' They both go 'you're the one who's wAY too Extra' Minami admires JJ lots and fanboys to the point of crying when he meets him for the first time (let's be honest, we all are Minami)

4. What’s your current NOTP?D*lena and C.lace. 

9. Do you have many ships that never got together at all?I already answered this, so I’m just gonna copy and paste, cos obviously it’s the same answer. I have a fair few. Off the top of my head, Eleven/Amy, Daryl/Beth, Dexter/Debra, Harry/Hermione, Bella/Jacob. Then there’s Emma/Regina and Bonnie/Damon, but there’s still a chance they may get together (we can hope!).

17. Talk about a pairing you’ve stopped shipping romantically.I already talked about Emma and H00k, so this time I’ll talk about Sherlock and John. I’d always been unsure about whether I shipped them romantically tbh, but it was one of those situations whereby cos the Sherlock fandom is so dominated by Johnlock fans, I kinda got sucked into it too and started shipping them. But I just realised that I don’t ship them romantically at all. Don’t get me wrong, I can see the chemistry is there, but I just see Sherlock as being so bad for John. There’s a very unhealthy dynamic to their relationship and ultimately Sherlock is always the one pulling the strings and John is forced to follow. But honestly, it’s mostly because I just see them as being friends more so than anything else. 

18. Talk about a moment which made you question an entire ship.I’d definitely have to say the TVD season 4 finale where Elena chose D*mon. Like I had complete faith all the way through season 4 that by the end of the season Elena would find her way back to Stefan because he was the love of her life, so I was actually so shocked when that happened and it made me doubt everything. Because like, her choosing to be with D*mon and loving him more than Stefan is something she said would never ever happen, so the fact that it had definitely made me question everything. There were a lot of moments are that that made me question everything too, but that’s another story haha. 

20. Talk about a ship you feel alone in shipping.Dexter and Debra. I’m pretty sure when the show as still airing and the fandom was bigger and more active, there were probably some Debster shippers, but most of them are long gone. And I remember in season 6 when Deb finally admitted she was in love with Dexter so many people were disgusted at the writers for going down that path and complaining how it was wrong for them to be together because they’re brother and sister and blah blah blah. But they’re probably one of my OTP’s and at the darker end of the spectrum on my shipping scale. I loved them for - in Deb’s words - being so fucked up. I loved that they were complicated, messy and dangerous. It was such an intriguing dynamic to me and it sucked me in. 

24. Do you mostly ship canon pairings?Definitely. There was a time when I pretty much only shipped canon pairings, because I didn’t understand the concept of non-canon ships. Like a lot of the time non-canon ships are two characters that are portrayed as being solely friends or they barely interact and I’d be thinking, “So why/how do people ship them?”. But over the last year or so I’ve opened myself up more to non-canon pairings and they can actually be so much more fun than canon pairings. The reason for that is that there’s more creativity involved. The shippers can create endless headcanons and write stories of what could/should happen in the future with the ships or create endless AUs, they can make manips, write theories on how they think the ship could be canon or why they should be canon. With non-canon ships it’s an entirely different world that is completely open and free for the shippers to do what they want and I think sometimes canon ships don’t have that, because there is a limit on the creativity and freedom because the focus is the material/scenes they’re given by the show/movie, rather than creating their own, if that makes sense. 

26. Have you noticed a pattern in your shipping? Is there a romantic dynamic you’re more drawn to?I already answered this one, too, so here’s my answer from before: I don’t think I have a pattern to my shipping. In fact, I think if you look at a list of my ships it’s very random. I’m really the kind of person where if it’s there for me it’s there. Like, your ships just choose you and it’s a hard thing to explain why or how it happens. I think that the only thing that all of my ships have in common is that they changed each other’s life in some drastic way. I think I’m generally drawn to those domesticated, loving, supportive, soul mate, vanilla type relationships where the two people are good for each other. So I’m talking about ships such as Monica/Chandler, Snow/Charming, Jane/Michael, Glenn/Maggie, Michael/Sara. But at the same time, I have a fascination with ships that are the complete opposite, ships that have an interesting, messy, complicated and sometimes even a dangerous dynamic, such as, Regina/Emma, Dexter/Debra, Chuch/Blair, Cook/Effy, Henry VIII/Anne Boleyn, Phoebe/Cole and Jax/Tara. So yeah, for me it’s all about chemistry and whether the story of the couple intrigues me or not. Whether or not I like the characters involved as individuals also has a pretty big influence. Generally, most of my ships involve two of my favourite characters.

31. Talk about one of your favorite headcanons for a ship you love.The one that really sticks out in my mind, is one I have for Eleven and Amy. When the Doctor was gone for long periods of time, Amy missed him so much that there were nights where she’d lie awake at night. She just couldn’t sleep, because every time she closed her eyes she saw his face and she was constantly straining her ears to listen out for that familiar sound of the TARDIS. So, she’d wait until Rory fell asleep, then she’d sneak downstairs, go in the freezer, grab a box of fish fingers and then go to the cupboard and reach for a can of custard. Once they were done she’d take her bowl of fish fingers and custard outside into the the back garden and perch herself on the bench. It would be bitterly cold, so she’d have a woolly blanket wrapped about her shoulders, the bowl cupped in her hands and steam rising from it. She didn’t even notice the tears streaming down her face until she lifted the bowl up to her face, inhaled the smell and noticed them dropping one by one into the bowl. Once she saw them it made her cry harder until she was sobbing. She stayed out there in the cold for a long time simply bawling, until the fish fingers and custard were cold and then she looked up at the stars and prayed for her raggedy Doctor to appear from the dark night sky. She thought back to the night she spent lying back in the grass, hand in hand with the greatest painter that ever lived and her Doctor, she wished for more nights like those. She knew she should be moving forward, living her life with Rory, but she couldn’t let go of the Doctor or the life she had with him. Even after all those years, she was still the girl who was waiting and she’d realise in those moments that she didn’t know how to stop waiting. Eventually when the tears ran dry, she’d get up, take one last look up at the stars and whisper, “Goodnight, raggedy man” and then turn to head inside the house. She’d climb into bed next to Rory and feel so guilty that she still longed for the Doctor, that she still dreamed of running away with him all over again. Eventually she’d drift off to sleep, memories of the Doctor at the forefront of her mind. In the meantime, the Doctor would just be returning to the TARDIS after yet another adventure, he’d step in, a spring in his step and a jolly grin on his face, but once the door was firmly closed behind him, the mask would slip and the sadness would return. He’d lived for nearly a thousand years, spent a majority of his life without Amy, yet the TARDIS didn’t quite feel the same without her presence. It didn’t feel like a home to him anymore. There was a deep sadness in his eyes, that no matter how hard he tried he could never hide, yet none of the people or creatures he met seemed to notice. He’d get ready for bed, change into some hideous grandad pajamas and he’d warm up a bowl of fish fingers and custard - just like he did every night - then he’d sit on his bed, eat it and finally feel like he was closer to home. Unlike Amy, he wouldn’t cry, because he knew he’d see her again soon. Instead he’d place the empty bowl at the side of his bed, turn the lights off, lie back and whisper, “See you soon, Pond”, before falling to sleep with a smile on his face and Amy in his heart

32. Share five must-read fics.I have to admit, I haven’t read many fics, so I don’t know if I can share five, but here are the ones I recommend:1. Break Me Everytime (Dexter) - honestly, no fanfiction story could ever beat this in my eyes. @six-impossible-things is such a talented writer, I could read her stuff forever.2. In the Aftermath (Dexter) - this is an addition to Break Me Everytime (above)3. There Are Rules (Dexter) - a sequel to Break Me Everytime (basically, if you like Dexter, read all of the fics Solia has dedicated to Break Me Everytime, because they’re amazing). 4. Black and Blue (Once Upon a Time) - the first (and only) Swan Queen fic that’s managed to keep my attention so far. But there are so many Swan Queen fics out there and this is only the beginning, hopefully soon I will be able to recommend a lot more. I don’t have a fifth to share. Sorry, I suck.

I have it in my mind that bella, on performance days, takes the greater part of the day to make sure her costume and anything that she wears right down to the accessories that she picks will help in enhancing whatever she is performing.  Often she will even have some of her pets to help out with things that she can’t reach of whatever(she has taught a lot of them to do so)and so if you see her coming in pretty close to when she’s going to perform, that would be why.

■ - Bedroom/house/living quarters headcanon!

Her entire house has been built by her boyfriend, Saras and she has mapped out every inch of it as well.  Like I have said that she has a number of pets, but in her mind she has thought of everything when it comes to them including having little holes that come out to different places so they can play in it and will tuck away nicely so that people don’t trip on them cause there are doors open.  She also has little areas where she keeps special things that can be retrieved by her and her alone.

Bella Sara Headcanons (part 1 of who knows how many tbh)

@hostilepopcorn made a post on her headcanons which, although I share very few of them, I thought was super interesting to read! It’s always fun to see how different people interpret a familiar franchise. So just for fun, here are a few of my headcanons. 

Before the company created herds, I had a headcanon that horses were placed into herd by element types. Like fire horses, earth horses, etc. I still headcanon that smaller herds of lesser/non-legendary horses formed their own herds based on common attributes and elements.

Anyone human can become a Valkyrie if they prove themselves through extraordinary deeds. However, these deeds have to be so outstanding that it is almost an impossible goal, which is why there are so few Valkyries to this day.

Horses with mythological/other close ties to Earth (ie. Native Lights, Northern Lights, Ancient Lights) are not named after the legends but actually are the spirit of those things/beings incarnated in North of North’s magical horses. They also travel from time to time back to earth to silently look out for humanity.

The fairy realm is huge and vast, moreso than any of the main characters know. There are many, many, more horses that live there amongst the fairies that have never stepped foot in North of North, and probably never will.

Sigga isn’t actually dead. She retained her immortality, but was unable to ever return as her punishment. She now guards the sacred spaces of North of North. She is the Valkyrie spirit in “Fiery Fiona.”

Space horses are a bigger thing. Like beyond Herd Starlight. If you were to windwalk into the vast space above North of North, you would find many smaller herds and groups of windwalking/space horses just living their best life.

Both Boda and Ivenna are secretly somewhat kind hearted, but were mistreated by Feral for so long that they both became hardened to the world. They’re not good, but once they weren’t totally evil either. 

The Deserée and the Dune Lupines are not evil. But they’ve been running on second hand information left by Feral for so long that they are horribly misguided. And due to the treacherous nature of living in the desert, they are afraid to do anything different or new. However, when Emma eventually returns she is able to speak to them and show them, and the Dune Lupines, the error of their ways. Thus, the first instance of horses and wolves getting along in the history of North of North is born.

Most people and horses in North of North are shockingly normal. They have very little use for magic and live fairly simple lives (outside of living in a magical land, of course).

There are more “normal” horses than magical horses. Of course, all horses are magical in a sense and can use mind speak and so on, but most are not windwalkers, or have wings, etc. They are just simple horses with simple needs who are content to live and work alongside humans.

Almost every home in North of North has a citrustack. I mean, why wouldn’t they? Free cleaning and a fuzzy friend! 

Colm is secretly really insecure, which is what causes his frequent outbursts of bravado and so on. Inside he feels like Emma is always showing him up, and he’s worried he doesn’t really have a place in North of North like she does. He also secretly really cares for his cousin, although he’d never fully admit that.

Deru and Twig are not separate beings. They’re kind of like two halves a whole? I suppose? As equal parts of the world tree, they share thoughts, dreams, and memories. They are also ancient spirits, having slept dormant in what was first a normal tree, before Sara woke them with her magic.

There are a ton of islands beyond the known map of North of North. However, technology for sailing was never that big of a deal to the people or horses, so it was never fully developed. Some powerful flying horses,  windwalkers, and water horses know of the existence of these islands, where humans and horses both live untouched. 

There are terrifying deep ocean horses in the depths of the sea. Angler fish horses? Those exist. Blob fish horses? Yep. Any kind of crazy combination you can think of, they exist so far down that they’ll most likely never be discovered. And since they don’t like bright spaces, they won’t venture to the surface either.
