Karasu + 🎆 if u write for him <33
I sure do nonnie, not so much but I still do!!
Karasu takes you to a riverboat cruise for the new years. The boat is huge and you can opt between a party and some fine gourmet dining - or both. He likes it because it's a more secluded, VIP experience than the crowded street parties. And you get to watch the lights around the city too, all the while eating food from the best chefs and indulging in the nicest champagne. And just as midnight approaches the boat gets close to the Eiffel Tower and you get to watch the fireworks and how they reflect in the water. It's a fancy way to turn the year, but he wants to experience it with you.

The Unique History of Riverboat Gambling
Riverboat gambling is a unique chapter in the history of gaming, particularly in the United States. It combines the romance of river travel with the thrill of gambling, and its history is as fascinating as the games themselves.
1. Origins of Riverboat Gambling
Riverboat gambling began in the early 19th century along the Mississippi River. The riverboats were a popular mode of transportation, and soon they became floating casinos, offering card games like poker and blackjack to passengers.
2. The Golden Age
The golden age of riverboat gambling occurred between 1810 and 1840. During this time, riverboats became a hub for professional gamblers who traveled the river in search of high-stakes games. These riverboats were often luxurious, catering to wealthy passengers.
3. Decline and Revival
With the advent of railroads, riverboat gambling declined in the late 19th century. However, it saw a revival in the 1990s when several states in the U.S. legalized riverboat casinos. Modern riverboat casinos now operate on rivers and lakes, offering a wide range of gaming options.
4. Modern Riverboat Casinos
Today, riverboat casinos can be found in states like Louisiana, Missouri, and Illinois. While they are no longer required to cruise, they retain the charm and tradition of their historic counterparts.
Riverboat gambling remains a unique and nostalgic way to enjoy casino games, blending history with modern entertainment. Riverboat gambling may have a rich history, but today’s gaming enthusiasts can experience the thrill of modern casino games from the comfort of their homes. Platforms like Playinmatch.com offer a wide range of casino games, providing the same excitement and opportunity to win, all without setting foot on a boat. For those who love the blend of tradition and innovation, Playinmatch.com is the perfect place to enjoy the best of both worlds.

I'm a travel planner. These 5 US destinations are my top recommendations right now.
New Post has been published on https://sa7ab.info/2024/08/11/im-a-travel-planner-these-5-us-destinations-are-my-top-recommendations-right-now-2/
I'm a travel planner. These 5 US destinations are my top recommendations right now.
People may not think to visit Milwaukee. Chris LaBasco/ShutterstockI'm a travel planner, and there are so many US destinations my clients are loving right now.Milkwakee is one of my favorite spots in the Midwest, and Newport is a great East Coast trip.Out West, there's the stunning Sedona, and Savannah is an underrated Southern town.As a travel planner, I book my fair share of national-park stays and Disney vacations, but my clients have also been loving some less advertised US destinations. If you're looking for a more under-the-radar spot for a family trip or romantic getaway, the States has plenty of low-key cities to choose from. Here are some of my favorites right now.Milwaukee is a Midwest gem.Milwaukee's Mitchell Park Domes is truly beautiful. Kelly Ermis/ShutterstockThe Wisconsin city is located on Lake Michigan's western shore, less than two hours from Chicago. For outdoorsy types, you can hit up Bradford Beach or hike and bike at Lakeshore State Park. If you like beer, tour some local breweries — Urban Harvest, Miller Brewing Company, Milwaukee Brewing Co. — and taste their offerings. Baseball fans can even spend a day tailgating and catch a Brewers game at American Family Field. Milwaukee has an expansive art museum and a spectacular zoo. The greenhouses at Mitchell Park Domes also showcase beautiful flowers and plants. Head west to experience the glorious Sedona.Sedona is a great destination for outdoorsy folks. suippi/ShutterstockLocated about two hours from Phoenix, Sedona is a nature-lover's paradise. The area's gorgeous red-colored rocks offer countless hiking opportunities, including braving Bell Rock butte. For more active adventures, there are great places to kayak and mountain bike, or you can head to one of the supernatural vortexes (energy hot spots) Sedona is known for. The natural water slide at Slide Rock State Park is a unique Arizona attraction, and Oak Creek is a gorgeous place to swim. If you're really brave, you can book a Pink Jeep Tour to see more of the nearby jaw-dropping sights while basically hanging off the cliffs. The Chapel of the Holy Cross is always at the top of my list, followed by an Old West chuckwagon dinner at Blazin' M Ranch. Downtown Sedona also has a plethora of retail and restaurant options, including the famous Cowboy Club.San Juan is a tropical destination that doesn't require a passport.Puerto Rico is a US territory. Sean Pavone/ShutterstockSan Juan is a great mix of beach fun and historical sightseeing. Plus, since Puerto Rico is a US territory, US citizens don't need a passport to visit.Visiting Old San Juan feels like taking a trip back in time. I suggest booking a tour that takes you to Capilla del Cristo, Santa María Magdalena de Pazzis Cemetery, and the San Juan Cathedral.Stay at one of the premier beach spots, like Hilton's El Conquistador Resort. And if you're looking for a thrill, book a snorkeling excursion at Icacos Island, hike through rainforests to search for waterfalls, or find a spot to go ziplining. My favorite experience, which cannot be missed, is kayaking to Laguna Grande at night to see spectacular bioluminescent water.Savannah has endless opportunities for fun, food, and relaxation.Savannah has some of the prettiest parks to stroll in. Sean Pavone/ShutterstockThe best time to visit Savannah, Georgia, is in the spring or fall when the weather is milder.Take some time to stroll the shops of River Street or hop on one of the city's famous ghost tours — Savannah is considered one of the most haunted cities in America. One of my favorite ways to see the city is by riverboat cruise, and if you have time, take a day trip to the lovely Tybee Island.History and architecture buffs should also explore the Olde Pink House, Forsyth Park, and the gorgeous homes on Jones Street.Mrs. Wilkes' Dining Room, which serves up southern delicacies, is the best place to grab lunch. Then, you can stroll the riverfront to grab a treat or drink.Newport is an East Coast delight.Newport is a charming coastal town. Marianne Campolongo/ShutterstockNewport, Rhode Island, is a mix of natural beauty, history, and stunning architecture — be sure to visit some of the town's historic mansions.I highly recommend renting a car and driving down the gorgeous Ocean Drive coastal road. But the city also offers Trolley Tours if you want to stick to the inland sights. You can also take in the views from the 3.5-mile Newport Cliff Walk or book a thrilling rail-bike tour. The town has many great restaurants, including The Mooring and Bar 'Cino. But if you can't choose, just book a food tour. There are also a number of nearby wineries and breweries, including Newport Vineyard and Greenvale, to check out.

Console and protect and crack open and weep
Nursing often feels like a string of individual insane tasks and pieces that are cumulatively slammed together with outrageous force, resulting more entropy than one person can possibly comprehend. No one added task or step can be truly felt unless it happens to careen into the others just right and grip the divided attention of the person navigating the experience.
I took care of a woman today who has been through a lot in less than 60 years of life. She had a stroke, she had cancer, she lost her husband, and today she ended up in the hallway of TJUH ED around 1 pm in need of an especially painful packing of the structures inside her nose, because she was choking on clots of blood that poured down continuously. She had already been shuffled from New Jersey to Philadelphia, stuck in the hallway among some other deeply unhappy people. Eventually, as patients began to be moved to their inpatient areas I was able to bring her into one of my open rooms. In the room, we were able to give her some rest, some privacy, some relief.
She told me that she was familiar with hospitals because she had had a job in labor and delivery for years before her stroke put her out of work. She also revealed that her husband had passed away about a year ago of a sudden heart attack. Since then she had trapped herself in her room, suffering to the point where her family literally and physically dragged her out there to get her to try and re-enter the world. She resented that they did it, but acknowledged it was also for the best. She remembered how her husband made her laugh, how he held her close with his strong arms. She said that one of the last things they got to do together was take a cruise aboard the Spirit of Philadelphia, a riverboat on the Delaware, for dinner and dancing. He was never a dancer as far as she knew, and to her surprise, when he brought her to the floor to dance she found he had been taking lessons. She was so bowled over and she fawned over how such a seemingly ungraceful man could manage to surprise her this way. Recalling this memory brought her to tears. It was no wonder to me why and how she trapped herself in her room. I put my hand on her shoulder and offered consoling words I felt so dearly that I thought I would cry.
I administered some pain medication to ease her discomfort of being repeatedly prodded with instruments in both nostrils (so painful her resting heart rate shot to the 130s), tucked her in with a warm blanket and closed the door. She later told me that it was the first rest she had gotten in two days. At about 6:30 p.m., after she had weathered the four waves of visits from ENT residents jamming things in her nose without anesthesia, her bleeding had slowed and she felt safe going home with close follow-up next week. I removed her IV, reviewed the precautions she should come back to the ED for, and asked if she needed anything else. She thanked me so earnestly for the special care I had given her and I accepted this as gracefully as I've ever been able to. She said her nephews were on the way from New Jersey to pick her up and she needed clothing -- she had been transferred from the hospital where she had initially presented after bleeding through her shirt. I went rummaging in the closet for her requested 2XL t-shirt, knowing we rarely had what people were looking for. The article I pulled out of the bin was one of only two that we had: a soft gray t-shirt with an imagine of Snoopy with sunglasses on doing a really cocky lean. The caption next to him said: SO AWESOME IT HURTS. I couldn't think of a more appropriate item to offer to her.
When I handed her the shirt, she laughed. She found it just as fitting as I did. I made my way out of the room with "it was really my pleasure to care for you...". I find that I throw around "hope you feel better" so frequently it sometimes feels like it has lost meaning, but this time I truly meant it.

Taking care of the trees on your property is not just about aesthetics, it is also a matter of safety and overall health. Trees are living organisms that require proper care to thrive and remain structurally sound. Engaging professional tree care services, such as Lumberjack Tree Care Services in Harrisburg, PA, can provide numerous benefits for both you and your trees.
Proper tree care helps in maintaining the overall beauty and appeal of your landscape. Well-maintained trees enhance the visual appeal of your property, making it more inviting and enjoyable for both residents and visitors. Regular pruning and trimming can shape and balance the trees, promoting healthy growth and providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
In addition to aesthetics, tree care services also play a vital role in ensuring the safety of your property and loved ones. Overgrown or damaged trees can pose a significant risk, especially during severe weather conditions. Professional tree care providers, like Lumberjack Tree Care Services, have the knowledge and expertise to identify potential hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate them. This includes removing dead branches, reducing the weight of heavy limbs, and even complete tree removal when necessary.
Furthermore, maintaining the health of your trees is essential for their longevity. Tree care services involve regular inspections, diagnosing diseases, and treating infestations. By identifying and addressing these issues early on, you can prevent further damage and potentially save your trees from irreversible harm.
Choosing professional tree care services, such as Lumberjack Tree Care Services, ensures that your trees receive the attention and care they deserve. With their expertise and dedication, they can help you maintain stunning, healthy, and safe trees for years to come.
Factors to Consider When Choosing a Tree Service Provider
When it comes to choosing a tree service provider, you want to ensure that you are entrusting your trees to experienced professionals who will deliver high-quality service. Here are some key factors to consider before making your decision:
Credentials and Certifications
A reputable tree care service provider, like Lumberjack Tree Care Services, should have the necessary credentials and certifications to perform tree care tasks safely and effectively. Look for certifications from organizations such as the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) or the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA). These certifications demonstrate that the company's arborists have undergone rigorous training and adhere to industry standards.
Experience and Expertise
Experience is a crucial factor to consider when selecting a tree care service provider. A company with years of experience, like Lumberjack Tree Care Services, has likely encountered various tree care challenges and knows how to handle them effectively. Experienced professionals have the knowledge and expertise to assess tree health, diagnose issues accurately, and provide appropriate solutions.
Range of Services Offered
Different tree care service providers may offer a variety of services. Assess your specific needs and ensure that the provider you choose offers the services you require. Whether it's tree pruning, trimming, removal, stump grinding, or emergency tree services, it's essential that the company can meet your specific tree care needs.
Safety Measures and Insurance Coverage
Tree care involves inherent risks, so it's crucial to choose a service provider that prioritizes safety. Inquire about the safety measures they have in place to protect their workers, your property, and themselves. Additionally, ensure that the company has proper insurance coverage to protect you from any liability in case of accidents or property damage during the tree care process.
Reputation and Customer Reviews
One of the best ways to gauge the quality of a tree care service provider is by checking their reputation and customer reviews. Look for testimonials and reviews from previous clients to get a sense of the company's track record. Positive feedback and referrals are indicators of a reputable and reliable service provider.
Cost and Pricing
While cost should not be the sole determining factor, it is still an important consideration. Request detailed quotes from different providers and compare them against the services they offer. Be cautious of extremely low prices, as they may indicate subpar service or lack of necessary insurance coverage. Look for a balance between affordability and high-quality service.
By considering these factors and conducting thorough research, you can make an informed decision when choosing a tree care service provider. Lumberjack Tree Care Services ticks all the boxes, providing exceptional service, expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Choosing the right tree care service provider is crucial for the health, safety, and beauty of your trees and property. Lumberjack Tree Care Services in Harrisburg, PA, offers a comprehensive range of professional tree care solutions that you can trust.

I'm a travel planner. These 5 US destinations are my top recommendations right now.
New Post has been published on https://sa7ab.info/2024/08/11/im-a-travel-planner-these-5-us-destinations-are-my-top-recommendations-right-now/
I'm a travel planner.
